I had a fairly good experience. Anni and Nestor were particularly helpful. However, cups and spoons were not replaced for our entire 7 day stay, which was appalling. Also, in all my experience, there is also a small toothbrush/paste/lotion/slippers etc. when I go to hotels. I have realized the availability, whether or not I actually use them, add to my overall experience.

Kindly always make sure the room has a bottle of drinking water and body wash. I had to use body wash besides the sink whilst bathing because the one in the shower was empty. Kindly also provide utensils for making tea or coffee.

The only reason I am providing you with my feedback today is to let you know that I was not satisfied at all with the laundry service you provided for my 2 suits. Light ironing marks were left on one suit and creases were all over the other one.

Very comfortable accommodation and clean rooms. Staff are very courteous and respectful. keep it up that way. dining area was clean and spacious. Areas for improvement: 1) price high - reduce a bit but without a hit on quality. 2) Improve ventilation in the walk way from entry glass trap doors leading to the elevator/lift. I suggest you reduce use of scented freshener sprays in favour of forced ventilation i.e. fan
