Nice stay. Staff is well co-operative. Breakfast is excellent & hygiene. A small suggestion, please provide mini fridge in the room. You provide Fridge in other places.

No chang no upgrade rather it turn from bad to worst

The property never got upgrade and it's same in all ways and means ,in fact in so many things it went to worst from bad . Staff is good but setup is not enough to male guest pleasant.

Hotel environment is clean, the service generally is okay. Breakfast very okay, but improvement is needed on WiFi for those upstairs, and drinking water should be provided in the rooms

I had a great stay at the hotel, the staff were wonderful. The only downside was that the costs as displayed on the website was different from the actual costs that I paid.

No room service, bathtub water has a sequence at what it releases very hot water that burns for couple seconds then it chills itself. Fruits werent fresh. I had relocate to another hotel

Floods, Roaches, Mosquitoes and unfriendly reception

The first room was flooded with water as we walked in. We got a room change after a brief and very unconcerned conversation with the receptionist who was not very bothered. The second room had cockroaches and we preferred to suffer in silence than have to talk to the receptionist again, who seemed to focus on male white clients checking out than on us(of African descent). The pool was dirty and the area full of mosquitoes. The other staff however were super kind and friendly (Kitchen staff, the guards and waiters, also the male receptionists the next morning for check out)

There should be more options for Asian Vegetarian. I see lots of Indian Vegetarian staying in this hotel I am staying here for more than three years. Vegetarian means No Meat/Fish/Beef/Chicken.

There was no hairdryer in the room, the internet speed was pathetic. There was no electric kettle, the one they provided was also damaged and did not work. Even while at the time of hotel booking the hotel sent on room confirmation with different tariffs. The security and breakfast were decent enough for that only giving 3-ratings.

Well located but overpriced hotel for what it is. Either the price per night should be lower, or the services and quality of the rooms should be increased. The breakfast buffet had barely anything to eat. One of the worst buffet i've ever seen. That is unacceptable considering the hotel charges extra $ for this. The beds and pillows are the worst I've ever experienced in any hotel. They should all be changed. The beds are too small. Should be Queen Sized not double sized. The rooms are also much smaller than what was advertised. The bathroom has no door for the shower so water gets everywhere on the floor.
