The A/C is centralised, but cooling in very very poor. At night if setting is kept on minimum temperature it still feels very hot. The room charges per night are too high (USD 120-140/night) as compared to the services offered. Even complimentary water is not provided in room which will cost less than USD1. There is no kettle and tea set provided. In case of resturant, what is mentioned in menu card is only for show, they don't offer from that. They have sort of set menu and card is different for that which is Beef, Chicken, Fish and Fruits served either with Rice or French Fries. I am Business travelling and keeps on travelling to many countries have also stayed at few of the properties of IBIS at much lower rates and better service. The shuttle sservice is not available before 9am. My flight was at 10:30am and when I checked 1 day prior for the shuttle request it was advised that shuttle service only after 9am not before that. The WIFI is just worst, in some rooms you don't get WIFI connection, if you want to use you have to stand in the lobby.

It was nice and cosy. However, there's need to provide a tea jug, glass cup, tea cup complimentry tea bag and atleast a bottle of water daily in the room for guests.

Breakfast ok lunch and dinner nok, no choice and cold. About Bedroom, find hair in the bathroom. Bed very confortable. Personnel average, some are very kind and others not at all. About security personnel, i didn't like the way how they managed to find me a taxi so I did by myself and 5 time less expansive.

The rooms are really tiny , The centralized AC hardly give any effect. Menu was same in breakfast / lunch / dinner for all days . Rooms were not clean . In room TV entairtaniing channel were only in French .No English news channel .place is at one extreme of Abidjan .

The hotel stay is excellent but food is poor. There were open bread with mosquitoes sticking to it. Many times platea were not timely cleared. The area near swimming pool has lots of mosquitoes

The Hotel was very convenient for my work activities, however the experience in the hotel was not as expected. The hotel looks old, some smell in my level, the restaurant cleanness is something that definitively must be improved and also the kindness of the people working in that area. I only found one person that was kind and friendly at reception the day I arrived.

I have been visiting Abidjan since 2008. I make atleast 5 trips a year and I mostly stay at Ibis Marcory. I like Ibis Marcory for 2 things - 1) the location: it is located to so many shopping malls, restaurants. it is easier to get around. 2) The staff. They are the sweetest and well trained staff in all of Abidjan. I have stayed at many hotel in Abidjan and West Africa and Ibis Marcory staff can be counted as one of the better trained staff, who are actually willing to help the customers.
