Lots of critical misses…

Scheduled airport shuttle…they didn’t show up so I took a taxi. No currency exchange onsite. Pool is not open. Room was okay. Linens acceptable. Bed okay. Breakfast was good, so was dinner. Walkable location to tour mosque, cathedral. Shuttle, currency and pool take it down to three stars.

After a nightmare experience in Conakry, arriving at the Pullman Abidjan was the perfect remedy. The hotel’s welcoming atmosphere provided a much-needed sense of relief and comfort from the moment I walked through the doors. The Front Office team truly sets this property apart, and I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. A special shout-out goes to Abdul and Dolores, who were both incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Their professionalism and genuine warmth made a significant difference in my stay, turning a stressful travel week into a truly fantastic experience.

I had a memorable experience at Pullman. The place is really lovely with very nice scenes. Melvin, Abdul and Kassou as well as all the waiters and waitresses were very warm and helpful. Definitely recommended
