The Pullman Shuttle/Taxi charged me an amount of 35,000 XOF from the Felix-Houphout- Boigny International Airport to Pullman a distance of about 12 kilometers. This is an unreasonably excessive charge. Using Yango from the hotel to the Airport cost me 5,000 XOF. While hotel rates are priced differently many international hotels charge competitive rates for Airport shuttles services to attract hotel guests. Accordingly, I am writing to seek at least a 50% refund as the 35,000 XOF charges is not acceptable. You may deposit the money on my visa credit card which I used to make payment to the hotel.

My 2-week stay at the Pullman in Ivory Coast was a awfully disappointing and a complete failure of basic hospitality. I was subjected to undisclosed construction noise, a persistent mold-like odor, repeated service outages, missed housekeeping, spoiled food from a power cut, and even a morning without running water. These issues were handled poorly, if at all. For a paid suite and an Accor property, this was unacceptable, deceptive, and far below any reasonable standard. I expect immediate compensation and a serious response from management

I really wanted to like this hotel, but the noise level at night made it very hard to sleep. There was constant activity and noise right outside my door, along with disruptive sounds coming from the levels above and below me. My sleep was constantly interrupted, which negatively impacted my trip. Management really needs to address the sound issues in the building.

I booked a room overlooking the water but I could not stay on the balcony due to noise from the street. There was construction noise from floor above and that made it worse. I was forced to stay away from the room during day time in the busy bar because the pool was out of use. The overall experience was not a good one. Although I met really nice and warm staff who tried to make my stay memorable. Many thanks to Abdul at the front desk.

Actually everything was really good expect room services cause were ever we asked for something we had to wait approximately 1 hour to get it such as water, hair dryer otherwise everything was perfect and smooth

For a 5-star, pool was closed. Gym was incredibly small and never had towels refreshed. Breakfast was subpar and very uninteresting. Lobby's smell awful due to no solution for humidity. Ordered couple of drinks from the bar and they were disappointing. The only good part was the bed which was comfortable and a nice view from the high floor if you are on the lagoon side.

One evening when I returned to my room, the door would not open. It was around 3:00 PM, and I had to make three trips to the reception desk before a technician finally arrived, approximately an hour later. After a long and tiring day, this was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I would have appreciated a much quicker response to resolve the issue.
