I love being there lately, it’s kinda beautiful, I loved the Coworking Space (Wojo) funny place, Melvin at the reception talked to me about it, such a nice guy, I was well taken care of and the food was good. The environment is safe, I did some footing in the morning lol. I’ll be back again.

No lifts working for the first 24 hours. No shower at all for the first 24 hours. No hot water for the next 3 days. Room not made up for 2 days.

well located but lacks capacity for a true business like hotel

I stayed at the Pullman Hotel in Abidjan for two weeks on a business trip. On the positive side, the rooms were functional and comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of options and attentive service. However, there were significant drawbacks during my stay that affected my ability to work. The WiFi was extremely unreliable, making it nearly impossible to maintain productivity. Additionally, there was a 24-hour period without hot water, although I did appreciate the hotel's effort to offset this inconvenience with a social event. The elevators also stopped working at one point, adding to the overall disruptions. While these issues might not be as problematic for a leisure stay, I cannot recommend the Pullman for business purposes due to these limitations. Lastly, upon checkout, I noticed an unusual charge. Although the check-in staff initially assured me it was only a guarantee, further investigation revealed I had indeed been charged, and a refund was subsequently processed. This was the first time such an issue occurred for me, and I was glad I double-checked.

For 2 days the water systems collapse so no water for my room and couldn’t shower before an important meeting. Then also the loft didn’t work so myself and my team had to climb 9 floors up and down. The hotel usually is good but looks looks there are serious maintenance issues

Really helpful front desk, Ebenezer and team helped us with directions, organised taxis, a late checkout and in general always available to help us when needed. I’d recommend this as a good business hotel for a base in Ivory Coast, breakfast was also great
