The Pullman Hotel has always been my favourite in Abidjan. I liked its modern and chic decor and classy delivery and feel. I think years of underinvestment are starting to show, the service offering has deteriorated and quality of food too. Last year poor maintenance of the elevator left a colleague stuck for 20 minutes or what felt like hours. They’ve fixed the lift but now the pool is drained and doesn’t look like it’s getting fixed soon and only one of two treadmills works in the very cramped gym. I have been staying there consistently over the past 5-7 years but I’m reconsidering after my last visit.

Excellent service, friendly staff. I had a lovely room with a great view on the 7th floor. Great location if you’re in Abidjan for business with meetings/activities in the Plateau. I speak little to no French and the staff were generally very accommodating.
