Good stay, clean and well equipped rooms, good entertainment system. But centralized AC does not work for everyone. Please allow guests to manage themselves the temperature in their room.

There were many mixed experiences. Generally staff is extremely friendly and helpful but not very organized. Eg. noone asked and on my question even refused to give a room upgrade for my gold status, because it was somehow not visible for them in the system (training?). Also the shower gel is a complete disaster, because you cannot get it out of the little bottle (seriously!). The breakfast is very rich and diversified but every day a big part of it is forgotten (eg. 50% a knife to cut the bread). however it is very clean which is already a very rare thing in abidjan. Swimming pool can be bigger. Same with meals in general, staff forgets or is slow but still always very friendly, so you forgive them everyting.

The phone guest service in my room didn’t work. The bathroom sliding door didn’t fully close. I requested serviced that took longer than expected. I requested car service, never received a call back

Beautifull refurbished hotel

The hotel has been clearly rebranded with success. Very nice and welcoming reception, nice bar along the pool or facing the Laguna. You will like it for sure. Out of the facilities and the room, there is clearly room for improvement concerning services. Most of things are missing on the room service menu and you will most probably get the choice between fish and chicken with attieke and alloco. Main concerns are around Covid 19 measures, were employees and also most of customers do not wear the facial mask. Not sure we can do anything concerning customers, but for employees it's another story. Service was very long at breakfast to get my hot drink, most of the time waiters are here but looks like they don't really care that you are already sat and starting you breakfast without coffee or tea. Some employees are clearly doing better but to be honest very few. A great hotel, but still few things that need to be improved.

Everything was nice, I enjoyed staying there for two days. The only downside is that you cannot bring outside food in the hotel.. which is unusual for hotels. Also it would be great to think about having some plus size bathrobes because not everyone wears a size M or L.

The room wasn't the ocean view that i reserved. Also, i called front desk numerous times for towels or assistance and nobody showed up to my room. I had to go downstairs and request additional services.

The romm was very nice and in line with my expectations. However the service was terrible: - had to wait for an hour before getting my room while I was told that I would get it "very shortly" - Every day I day to reuest for the housekeeping to clean the room, and they forgot 2 times to replace the towels - I ordered 2 times from room service and each of the 2 times my order came incomplete - I had to call request another delivery Overall I am quite disappointed and don't think I would go to this hotel again.

First of all i booked a junior suite with lounge access - But there is no Lounge, so i pay more than i suppose too. Second things is that the person who check in make a mistake and make me pay instead just take a warranty amount ! And when i check out my bills was inferior of what i paid. But they can't be able to reimbourse me on my card !
