Hotel has an odd entrance, car does not go to the door as there are steps down to the entrance. We got to the gate and of the 3 men working at the gate not a single one helped with the luggage, just stood around and watched not friendly either. We got to the check in desk and it took them about 30 minutes to check us in. Rooms are ok, nice clean bathroom but stains on the chair and sofa. The door frame was painted which had not dried yet and so every time I touched it by mistake I was getting paint on me. Breakfast is ok. Restaurant has a limited menu, we ate there once and my husband got food poisoning. Ordered a coke, took them 30 minutes to get some ice. Overall quiet a disorganised hotel. No pool as it is under maintenance, but didn't see any work being done on it, its just closed and they can continue to charge people for it. Hotel says spa but no steam or sauna so really its just a treatment room. Would not stay again.
