Very good. Only issue I complained of a broken seat toilet and for 4 nights till i left. Was not fixed

Receptionists are well trained, courteous and flexible. Breakfast presents an excellent spread. Room service is choppy; uncooked meats at times but dining at La Rive is much better. Williams the porter is a fine gentleman with promise.

It was great overall. Enjoyed the restaurant services. More training could be provided to the guards at the entrance though to be more welcoming.
