I stayed in total upto 7 months in this hotel and it is only getting "worse". Days prior arrival send several email to change my booking dates - No reply. This had to be followed up by my local contact several times. Their shuttle service conditions and time airport to hotel time not matching european flights. On arrival a loud discussion on the reception between 2 hotel staff and 2 clients in respect of the invoice goes on for 20 min no guests checking in. Finally in the room, no warm water to shower. Just was traveling 36 hours by plane. Next day the breakfast. 09.00 hrs - no bread more to find and not more to get. The cold buffet as usual a mess and meat discoloured. Hygiene is very low. Internet connection. On my laptop impossible to get logged in. had asked for a local router in my room. Knew this from the other periods of stay in the hotel. No cannot the IT gent will have a look. Not on my laptop. Previously it took me 3 days to get my laptop working again. Finally after summond the General manegr who should show up after 5 min but never showed up an other "managing lady" came to ask what and how. Got the router and worked for an 1 hour when my laptop was attacked in shuch fasion my laptop was switched off by thr firewalls installed. Whwn consulting an IT expert abroad we went with VPN over 4 different connection and it worked. When they started checking why my laptop stopped it was due "internal" PUP's randsomware, spyware. The hotel internet is heavily infected from inside. Buffet dinner is a disaster and I avoid it as I had 3 food poisinings in this hotel and I am not alone. The food is over cooked taste less i.e. deepfreeze taste over done with whatever speceries. Also here buffet not supplied during the dinner hours lots of empty pans ad stinking fish. To be short I have tried to male the local senior management in several occasions that the break fast, lunch and dinner is a dissaster and far from hygienic. That there are 2-3 supervisors just walking around but do not keep an eye on what is missing not working coffee machines. tables are cleaned with the same towel and buffets are sorry infected with bacteria causing food posioning. To conclude I tried to give the feed back localy in several occasions, have send once a mail to Accor Paris who send mail to the local manager who start an argument with me as guest that it is not like that. Sorry the facts are like that if I come in with a test team they can close down their restaurant and kitchen. The IT is switched off. Not to mention what we go to find more. I stayed in many Accor hotels this is the worsed. You got the feedback now start working on it.
