Probably one of the worst reception staff I have come across and I have travelled extensively over the world. Racist Behavior from the all the receptionist staff members and highly under trained. Hotel Location is good however the rooms are dated and require urgent upgradation. Food is average and less options for vegetarians. The GM of the Hotel was the only saving grace Mr. Jeffrey and a thorough gentleman. The Bell Boys / House keeping staff are nice and courteous too. Overall good reputed hotels are very few in Abidjan and hence options remain limited therefore you may stay here due to lack of choices.

My stay was work related rather than for tourism purposes. Great quiet location, but the Internet acted up during my stay so had to be buying phone credits to do my work. Food was good, but limited on the menu. It would have been nice to have a pressing iron to be able to have a quick press before leaving each morning.

Utterly disgust8ng room. No tv in room. Wifi was slow. Carpets dirty. The rooms smelled as if the carpet had been wet a long time ago, a very mouldy and musky smell. Shower small, hot water was room temperature most days. Towels dirty. Air conditioning didn't work. Mosquito's and cockroaches in the room. The only good thing I can say was the gym was decent, the mattress was comfortable and the breakfast was reasonable. The lobby makes this hotel seem nice but the rooms themselves are disgusting. Not recommended at all.

It could had been better. Waited 3 days for laundry. After coming home I found out that I was charged 1 day too much. Trying to contact the hotel by mail to sort it out. But never got an answer. Have now asked my bank for help.

1. Tried in vain to contact Hotel (both thru phone and email) to arrange airport pickup but did not receive any response. The manager confirmed that hotel received my email request but staff ignored email. 2. Had issues accessing the wifi in the room but reception staff blamed my electronic devices settings (2x iphones, 1 x PC, 1 x tablet) without addressing the real problem which was the url that I was been redirected to when attempting to logon hotel wifi 3. Despite reserving transport to airport a day before my departure, the car was late and hotel staff told me to either wait or cancel order to take a taxi. If I was informed earlier that arrangement could not nbe met, I would have arranged for alternative but telling me half an hour after my original reservation time left me no option. Ultimately, hotel ordered me a yango car without A/C and dirty instead of the hotel car but still charged me premium fares to the airport.
