Hotel rooms need refreshing. Bear mimimum when it comes to room cleaning

The Hotel is old, in need to refurbishment, the pool closed probably for months, no information during booking, the bar is old fashioned and not cosy at all, service not proactive, even at checking English not easy and extreme slow checkout, prepayment/authorisation unclear and zero platinum treatment (I normally don’t need it but it felt zero)
