Check-in process and room setup took over 8h to be completed. Unacceptable. Overall service given was poor. Asked to see the manager, who never showed up in 8 days.

We would like to gently clarify that you arrived at 8:30 a.m., while our official check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Even so, and in appreciation of your loyalty as an Accor Gold member, our team was pleased to provide your room key just 15 minutes after your arrival at no additional charge ; well ahead of the scheduled time. We regret that you were unable to meet with the management team during your stay. Please rest assured that our managers are available every day until 11:00 p.m. to support our guests and assist with any requests. We are sincerely sorry if our efforts were not fully reflected in your experience, and we truly hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again for a stay that is fully pleasant and satisfying.

The rooms are finely in order and the cadre wonderful. Service is good in rooms as well as in the restaurant. The only thing I did not appreciate is during the dinner with our regional leadership on Tuesday when a waiter has brought a different dish from what our reginlonal CFO ordered. Instead of withdrawing that calmly and bring what the person ordered in replacement, she spent few seconds trying to convey the CFO that the dish brought is actually what he ordered for. While the CFO mention that she has repeated loudly his order when he placed and everyone on the table near him has confirmed. I believe simple apologies and a dish of replacement could simply be the answer for such a situation.

My sleep was frequently interrupted by the lights in my room, which came on automatically in the night. The A/C also went off on its own and, when it came on, the room was sometimes too cold and it was impossible to adjust it to my preferred temperatures.
