Fantastic staffs for a brand new hotel. The Novotel Marcory is a great hotel. Rooms are spacious and well designed for a novotel. It feels good to stay here.

The hotel is really nice, clean, and modern. However, my husband had an accident while entering the hotel gate. The bollard was rising, and he didn’t notice it, so he bumped his leg on it and got injured. We would like to suggest that you install warning signs and a sound alert when the bollards are in motion. Lastly, we wondered why there was no other exit. We had a big family there, but we couldn’t move around easily to visit each other. Instead, we had to go down the lift to the ground floor to meet. One night, my young niece felt sick, and I was called to see her. However, to reach her, I had to go down the lift to the ground floor, where someone had to meet me before we could go up together. What would happen in case of a fire? Only with lifts? Where is emergency escape route?
