Room was locked, due some confusion about payment. The front Desk was not professionnal at all, due to mismanagement of receipt and lack of document management.

The hotel is brand new and well located. The staff is very friendly, always looking at options and making you feel at home. In addition, I experienced the cancelling of my flight and I could speak to Ms Oulai Babo, the Front Office Manager, who understood the problem and managed to keep my room for an additional night if the cancelling of my flight was confirmed. I also like the badge on each employee stating "Fan of ..."
