The hotel is brand new and well located. The staff is very friendly, always looking at options and making you feel at home. In addition, I experienced the cancelling of my flight and I could speak to Ms Oulai Babo, the Front Office Manager, who understood the problem and managed to keep my room for an additional night if the cancelling of my flight was confirmed. I also like the badge on each employee stating "Fan of ..."

Excellent front desk and restaurant staff. Good location with a nice mall and supermarket accross the street. Modern and comfortable rooms. Very clean.

Check-in process and room setup took over 8h to be completed. Unacceptable. Overall service given was poor. Asked to see the manager, who never showed up in 8 days.

We would like to gently clarify that you arrived at 8:30 a.m., while our official check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Even so, and in appreciation of your loyalty as an Accor Gold member, our team was pleased to provide your room key just 15 minutes after your arrival at no additional charge ; well ahead of the scheduled time. We regret that you were unable to meet with the management team during your stay. Please rest assured that our managers are available every day until 11:00 p.m. to support our guests and assist with any requests. We are sincerely sorry if our efforts were not fully reflected in your experience, and we truly hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again for a stay that is fully pleasant and satisfying.
