I have been a regular guest at this hotel since it opened. With each stay, I find the service deteriorates a little more. The prices charged are excessive, especially for the extra services.

poor quality of food, not much varieties, late room cleaning and not good quality of accessories (shower cap spoiled), staff not friendly

Your prices for basic refreshments are very high. You need to place slippers in every room. You need to service your lifts/elevators to be able to function on every level (for instance, I lodged on the 6th floor and the operational buttons of the lift on the right side of the floor didn’t work all through my stay). The corridors are very noisy with footsteps of pedestrians clearly heard within my room many something needs to be done about the floor carpet. Everything else wasn’t that bad.
