May I thank you for staying at Movenpick BDMS Bangkok Hotel on your recent travel to Thailand and for taking the time to share your experience. As a valued Accor ALL Gold Elite member, I sincerely appreciate your feedback as this helps me to constantly reflect on our service standard and look at ways to further enhance our guest's experience in the future. However, I understand that your recent stay was not up to your expectation and noticed from your comment that you were unhappy the points not being credited to your account for both of your rooms. I sincerely empathize with your feelings and humbly apologize for any disappointment caused. Naturally, I have called for an investigation, speaking with our Guest Relations Manager as well as our Duty Manager and understood that, while you have booked for 2 rooms, only your rooms stay has been credited to your account. I am terribly sorry for this issue. Please be informed that the points are usually automatically rewarded to the guests by the global loyalty program and there is no manual process to avoid any errors. However, it appears that there was a system glitch, for which we have raised to our global support team to identify the root cause and ensure your points are credited promptly. May I thank you for your kind understanding and patience as we work diligently with our global support team to have the matter resolved swiftly. Meanwhile, I also noticed from the survey that you were unhappy with the booking experience, the check-in, the room upgrade, the breakfast offering, the cleanliness, the departure experience along with the service from our team. Pertaining to the room upgrade, allow me to transparently share that, on the day of your arrival (Thursday, September 14th), the hotel was running close to full and we had 80 rooms arriving on that day, with a large number being Accor ALL Platinum Elite members, Accor ALL Diamond Elite members, Accor Plus Platinum Elite members as well as number of family travelers booking the family rooms and suites. As you may understand, we prioritize the suites for suite paying guests, then Diamond and Platinum guests, and if we still have suites available, then arrange it for our Gold Elite members. Unfortunately, on that day, all our Suites were fully arranged for paying guests and Platinum and Diamond members. Nevertheless, our team has arranged an enhanced room with the garden view for you on this occasion. May I humbly thank you for your kind understanding and should we have the opportunity to welcome you again, I will personally ensure a nice room upgrade on your next visit as a courtesy. I trust this will be acceptable. Finally, with regards to the other areas with a low 6 out of 10, as there was no comment, and in order for me and my team to take the appropriate corrective action, I will highly appreciate any additional feedback you may wish to share and that will help us to enhance your future stays with us.
