Staff were a real credit to the hotel. Public spaces were lovely and well decorated. Our wellness suite was a good size, the view of derelict buildings wasn’t the best. Although we had two balconies neither had any furniture.

However, I understand that your recent stay experience was not to your expectation, and, despite the warm and friendly service spirit from our team, you were unhappy with the room arrangement, and the facilities in the room. I sincerely empathize with your feelings and apologize that the guestrooms did not meet your expectations. I fully recognize that every guest has a different appreciate about the preference of a room arrangement and its facilities, which I sincerely respect. While I honestly do not have any excuse for the inconvenience experienced on this occasion. With regard to the cleanliness standard in the bathroom, I have asked our Executive Housekeeper to re-emphasize to all housekeeping maid on the cleanliness standard in place at the hotel and provide further coaching and supervision to the housekeeping maid that serviced your room. Movenpick was a nice retreat in the heard of Bangkok but surrounded by trees and greenery. Take advantage of the included classes as a part of the fitness opportunities. I say the yoga class with Nan and she was great. A short but relaxing session to set your mood for the rest of the day. Recomended 👍
