Great and comfy stay. My suggestion is to reduce the amount of THB2000 for being blocked in line with other accor hotels. Second, I feel that the children's pool should have some character. Its correct that it is a wellness hotel but being a comfortable self contained place to stay with children would be great and this would also include having a better meals for children including pizzas, healthy fries, noodles, pastas to keep the children included. Focus a bit more on local food, especially halal food.

Please allow me to transparently share that a nightly deposit is a common practice for most hotels in Asia-Pacific as such deposits allow our guests to consume at the hotel, use the Spa services and to cover any other incidental charges, such as the room service or the mini-bar. This is meant to provide convenience for our guests rather than having to settle the bill every time they go to the restaurant, bar, Spa or else. I stayed for 2 nights and had a fantastic time. Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The staff were outstanding. I arrived very early in the morning. The reception staff did their best to have my room ready, and I was very grateful when they upgraded my stay. Baitoey, Fern, and Nan were incredibly kind and welcoming, keeping my caffeine levels up while I waited for my room.
