While I understand that your recent stay was overall to your expectations and your family have appreciated the comfort of recent stay with us, I also noticed from your comment that you were unhappy with the deposit amount required upon arrival and your expectation regarding our children's swimming pool facilities and the variety of options available on our kids' menu were not meet fully met. I fully empathize with your feelings and appreciate your candid feedback. Please allow me to transparently share that a nightly deposit is a common practice for most hotels in Asia-Pacific as such deposits allow our guests to consume at the hotel, use the Spa services and to cover any other incidental charges, such as the room service or the mini-bar. This is meant to provide convenience for our guests rather than having to settle the bill every time they go to the restaurant, bar, Spa or else. With regards to our children's swimming pool facilities and the variety of kids' menu, rest assured that I will review the highlighted points with our Director of Room as well as our Executive Chef to see how we can further enhance our pool facilities and food & beverages offerings to improve our guest's experience in the future.
