We had a fantastic Chinese New Year stay at this urban oasis. The highlight was the vibrant Lion Dance in the lobby—a wonderful festive touch! Even during the holiday rush, the staff remained incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and provided the perfect 'wellness' retreat from the city bustle. Highly recommend for anyone wanting professional service and a pristine environment.

Dear the GM Rubel and Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional hospitality I received during my recent stay (13-18 Feb) at your hotel in the Deluxe Twin Suite. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by your front desk team, who handled my check-in efficiently and with genuine friendliness by staff Bright and Seven. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered — from the concierge and restaurant team, Wat (F&B Director) and his team including (Wat) — demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and a sincere commitment to the comfort of the guests. Nat was very hardworking, helping to clear tables and directing staff especially during the peak periods to ensure the needs of the guests were met. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful service and attention to detail. The room was beautifully maintained, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Small gestures by your staff truly made a difference and reflected the high standards of your hotel. Not forgetting the helpful guys at the pool, who helped at Nourish during the peak periods. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We were also happy with the lion dance performance that added to the festive vibes. Please extend my gratitude to the entire team for their dedication and hard work. It is clear that the entire team take great pride in delivering outstanding service (thanks to your Leadership !) I will certainly recommend your hotel to friends and family, and I look forward to returning to your hotel on my next Chinese New Year 2027 visit to Bangkok ! P/S: One area of suggestion - is that you could consider allowing existing customers who have already downloaded your Movenpick app to carry out the booking of their subsequent stays via the app, instead of having to go online again. My overall stay was ok but there was misslocated of shampoo and body wash but I was too tired to call the staff so I did not have the shampoo in my shower. The hot water came after 5 minutes and the shower knot was a little broken so I was confused if they have hot water or not. The room was very loud since it faced toward the street so I would suggest request for a quited room. The staff were very nice and welcome. The room was very clean and comfy.

I understand from your comment that you were unhappy with the mislocated of the bathroom amenities, the hot/cold water in the shower, and you also have experienced some noise inconvenience coming from outside of the hotel. Pertaining to the bathroom amenities and hot/cold water in the shower, rest assured that I have asked our Director of Engineering to inspect the room you have stayed at and take the appropriate corrective measures with regards to the water temperature as well as reviewed these matter with our Executive Housekeeper to re-emphasize to all housekeeping maid on the service standard at the hotel and provide further coaching and supervision to the housekeeping maid that serviced your room to avoid such inconvenience to other guests in the future . With regards to the noise inconvenience coming from outside of the hotel, allow me to transparently share that we are currently exploring ways to further improve the isolation of the room facing the street side. Meanwhile, for your next visit, our Front Office Manager will ensure to arrange a room facing the hotel garden to ensure a calm and relaxing stay.
