I had requested early check-in; however, the room was not provided at the expected time. It appeared that the room may have been ready, but it was handed over later than necessary. If early check-in is not an available option, I would request that it not be offered in the feedback or request process, as it creates expectations that may not be met. Traveling with an infant made the delay particularly difficult and uncomfortable for us. Additionally, the hotel was not available on Google Maps, which made it difficult for us to locate the property upon arrival. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests, especially those traveling with young children.

Regarding early check-in, the standard check-in time for your booking is 14:00 hrs, as clearly stated in the booking confirmation and terms & conditions. Early check-in requests are not guaranteed and are always subject to room availability on the day of arrival, particularly during high-occupancy periods such as the New Year season. Such requests are considered a courtesy, not a confirmation. We recommend to be more planned in advance than expecting something beyond the booking conditions. When guests arrive before the standard check-in time, we always make our best effort to accommodate early access where possible. However, due to operational constraints and the high volume of similar requests, early check-ins are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and strictly based on room availability on that time and day. When a room is provided before or at the standard check-in time, the hotel is fully meeting the confirmed booking conditions. We understand that traveling with an infant can be challenging. However, when early room access is a critical requirement, we strongly recommend advance planning by confirming and securing early check-in in advance, which may involve reserving and paying accordingly. This allows the hotel to prepare the room in advance and avoids reliance on unconfirmed arrangements, helping to prevent disappointment upon arrival. Regarding the hotel location, the property has been operating for over 18 years and is correctly pinned on Google Maps. Please note that there is also an ibis Styles property located on Soi 4, which may cause confusion. Please check before and should there be any difficulty in locating the hotel, our team is always available to assist and guide guests directly. We hope this explanation provides clarity and helps set realistic expectations for future travels. Proper planning and reliance on confirmed booking details are the best ways to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay experience. Low price comes with low quality service

Stayed here for 4 nights. The reasons I chose this hotel were the price and the location. So I didn't expect any fancy things at all, but it was disappointing, their cold and disorganised reception/receiptionits. I like to arrange things in advance, so I completed an online check-in on the Accor website and thoroughly read the email I received after the check-in. Upon check-in at the hotel, I was asked to pay a THB 500 deposit per night, which was not mentioned in the earlier email. I even asked the receptionist to have a read of that email. THB 500 was not a matter; the fact that it was not mentioned in advance was a problem. So I asked the receptionist for an explanation, but she couldn't, so she brought in the duty manager, Sita. Sita just insisted that it is the hotel’s policy, with no explanation or apology for not informing guests about the required deposit in advance. I gave up and let them use my credit card for the deposit. Then they refused to give me a copy of the card receipt. Instead, they told me to take a pic if I need any info on that card receipt, which clearly printed ‘Customer Copy’. The hotel really needs to improve how it informs guests about the deposit and educate its receptionists about how to handle it. By the way, I had breakfast at the hotel for 3 days - it was all the same menu. If you were like me, who want pork bacon and sausages for breakfast, this is not your hotel.
