Stayed here for 4 nights. The reasons I chose this hotel were the price and the location. So I didn't expect any fancy things at all, but it was disappointing, their cold and disorganised reception/receiptionits. I like to arrange things in advance, so I completed an online check-in on the Accor website and thoroughly read the email I received after the check-in. Upon check-in at the hotel, I was asked to pay a THB 500 deposit per night, which was not mentioned in the earlier email. I even asked the receptionist to have a read of that email. THB 500 was not a matter; the fact that it was not mentioned in advance was a problem. So I asked the receptionist for an explanation, but she couldn't, so she brought in the duty manager, Sita. Sita just insisted that it is the hotel’s policy, with no explanation or apology for not informing guests about the required deposit in advance. I gave up and let them use my credit card for the deposit. Then they refused to give me a copy of the card receipt. Instead, they told me to take a pic if I need any info on that card receipt, which clearly printed ‘Customer Copy’. The hotel really needs to improve how it informs guests about the deposit and educate its receptionists about how to handle it. By the way, I had breakfast at the hotel for 3 days - it was all the same menu. If you were like me, who want pork bacon and sausages for breakfast, this is not your hotel.

December 2, 2025 - December 17, 2025 This was my second stay at the hotel. Once again, my first experience was confirmed. The hotel is very clean, the staff are extremely friendly, and the central location is unbeatable. The breakfast is delicious and varied. From the manager to the receptionist, from the kitchen staff to the maids, everyone is helpful, nice, and courteous. As on my first visit, I felt very comfortable and decided to check in there for a third time. Robert from Germany
