Our stay in the hotel was incredible and amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful and are there to help the guests 24 hours especially Alin , Ice and Racy. The location is perfect and near to many famous shopping malls . Highly recommended .

Our usual place in Bangkok. Close to Central World mall, Platinum Mall, Big C and many places to eat. Easy publuc and private transporation. Room is big, bed comfortable, location practical and the executive lounge staff Best, Ice and Racy are gems! The whole staff is very nice in fact.

The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Aoe - the cleaner assigned to level 18 was professional and polite. She cleaned the rooms well and took pride in her work. The hotel is located just above the mall and is close to other major malls. Easy to navigate and for those who love shopping, most things and places are within walking distance.
