The toilet is transparent and with our family staying together and our children are already 11 years, they are old enough to know and understand the awkwardness of bathing and the toilet are so transparent, have complained to hotel staff, your staff only came and stick blanket over the toilet window for the whole of 3 nights. we have paid so much like SGD1000 to receive such bad experience and your hotel staff told me the entire hotel toilet is same there is nothing the hotel can do !

I recently stayed at Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a great view of the city. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was always in perfect condition. The location is extremely strategic—right above the Platinum Fashion Mall and within walking distance to popular shopping areas like CentralWorld, Big C, Pratunam Market, and the BTS stations. It made getting around Bangkok incredibly convenient, especially for shopping and dining. Service was another highlight. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, whether it was assisting with transport, providing recommendations, or handling requests promptly. Their warm hospitality truly made the stay memorable. The hotel also provides all the essential facilities you’d expect from Novotel— Great breakfast buffet with a wide selection Efficient check-in and check-out process Comfortable lobby lounge and working areas The only downside is they are currently in renovation for certain floors, including their skybar and some floors may hear knocking during day time, including mine. But that doesn't impact my stay as we are not in the room during day time.

The location is perfect if shopping in Platinum Mall and Central World is the goal. Many restaurants also nearby. However, the room itself can be improved. It's hard to fix up given there is no outlet in the bathroom and no mirror on the desk area. Difficult for a woman to fix their hair using iron curler and put make up. Also, I don't understand why the bathroom wall has to be glass. Whenever your room mate uses the bathroom at night, it lights up the whole room. Other than that, service is excellent and room is clean and spacious.

Overall is a good experience is my 3rd there good location n clean but this time round I request for no corner room I was told to upgrade in order not to stay corner room im confused
