i flew in to bkk early and reached hotel around 8, requested for early check in but was denied by the first staff i talked to. an hour later, i had a chance to talk to Palmy, Anya and King and told her my predicament and she managed to help arrange and get me a room for me to rest around 1030. she also helped to arrange for all 4 rooms i booked to be on the same floor and I really want to thank her for helping with this as I was travelling with 2 elderly.

Great location convenient for shopping, food and massage! Room was clean and well appointed, check in staff also offered early check-in and upgrade which was an unexpected but delightful bonus. My only complaint for the stay was that the water pressure in the shower was not strong. But would definitely stay again.

Stayed there when I need to go to BKK 2 days 1 night for work. Worked all day then dined elsewhere. Slept at the hotel and had breakfast. Afterwards went shopping for 2 hours, went back to pack then checked out & left the suitcase at the hotel. Grabbed a quick lunch at the mall then left for the airport.

I have stayed at this hotel more than five times because of its excellent location, cleanliness, and the wonderful views, which have always made my stays memorable. The hotel has consistently been one of my top choices whenever I visit. For this stay, I had specifically informed the front desk that I would prefer a high-floor room, as I have always enjoyed the scenery from the rooms. Unfortunately, I was given a low-floor room with virtually no view at all, which was very disappointing. Since the view is one of the main reasons I keep returning, this experience did not meet my expectations. I still appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and convenient location, but I sincerely hope room preferences communicated to the front desk can be better accommodated in future, especially for returning guests.
