Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, wonderful upgrade due to my Accor membership. Beautifully and centrally located. This time I needed a number of extras such as late checkout and a room for business calls: absolutely no problem at all! A wonderful stay!

The overall stay was below acceptable standards, room soundproofing is almost non-existent by at level 25. The constant loud slamming noise from room doors when other guests open and close them is extremely disturbing, especially during rest hours. Noise travels very easily into the room, making it very annoying and disruptive to sleep.

The toilet is transparent and with our family staying together and our children are already 11 years, they are old enough to know and understand the awkwardness of bathing and the toilet are so transparent, have complained to hotel staff, your staff only came and stick blanket over the toilet window for the whole of 3 nights. we have paid so much like SGD1000 to receive such bad experience and your hotel staff told me the entire hotel toilet is same there is nothing the hotel can do !
