Nice bed and pillows. Spacious room. Got an upgrade to a bigger rooms. The staff were all very friendly and loves playing with children.

Upon our arrival .We face difficulty on check in .Our room were given to us in 6 and 7 level.I did spoke to them finally we are given the same level.Upon our chek in our room were not given ammenities ,we have to request.This is my first experence that I have envounter.I am a frquent traveller.I have stay in bangkok in Berkley /Amari /Centre Point /Holiday Inn never encounter such a situtation.And also the room have no Door Bell.We have to knock on the door.Our final experence is our breakfast.While we were having our breakfast midway the Manager were checking our table and half of my member went to the room and we wrere told to share the table which were not occupied I was disappointed.This is just a feedback Hopefully can be improved.Overall I am pleased and satisfied..Secondly the kitchen chef are not trained in delivering service quality.My suggest in always put a smile to make all room quest happy in our first meal.Thank you and hope that feedback can improve

Wonderful stay. Kudos to Ms Palmy and her team for delivering excellence. An absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff from concierge to housekeeping to front desk went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, the room was spotless with a stunning view, and the on-site dining was delicious. Exceptional hospitality overall.

Nothing wrong with the hotel itself. Overall, got what I expected of a Novotel hotel. Only thing i would highlight is that the breakfast was pretty bad. The quality of food was average and the majority of the "hot" food was stone cold (or luke warm at best).

The hotel is going through some minor maintenance but the maintenance disturbance duration is throughout my whole stay even sunday. I was kinda disappointed with it and didnt manage to sleep longer as the works started around late 8am and lasted till i think 5pm?
