Sareena K. Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback following your recent business stay with us. We are pleased to know that you appreciated our convenient location, clean rooms, and the friendliness of our Heartists®. At the same time, we are truly sorry that several aspects of your experience did not meet expectations. In particular, we sincerely apologize for the extended wait for your room. Waiting three hours after arrival is certainly not the experience we would wish for any guest. We also appreciate your comments regarding breakfast and the limited vegetarian choices. Your feedback about listening more carefully to individual preferences and being more proactive in anticipating guest needs is very valuable, and we will share this with our Food & Beverage and Front Office teams for further improvement. We also take note of your comments regarding breakfast clearance and the availability of our management team during busy periods. As an ALL Classic member, we are especially sorry that the recognition you received did not feel meaningful or personal enough. We value your loyalty and will use your feedback as an opportunity to strengthen the way we connect with and care for our members. Thank you again for helping us see where we can do better. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a more attentive, seamless, and enjoyable experience. Warm regards, Patthara K. Guest Experience Manager

Guest Experience Manager

does the hotel stop providing bath towels by default? It is strange that I had to call for housekeeping for bath towels. Other than the missing bath towels, the rooms are cleaned properly daily, strong aircon and staff are always friendly, cheeful and helpful. I got no other complaints.

This is may be my fourth time to live here. The staff always keep at the high standard. The location is the best which near central world. However, this time the water pressure of the shower in my room is very weak and the experience is a bit bad. Moreover, on 7th august , i stay in the breakfast buffet for more than an hour from likely 09…, the thai curry is never refilled, i didnt eat a bite of that. Thats quite disappointed as they are so good taste.

Dear Mr. W., Thank you for choosing to stay with us once again, and especially for making Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam your home for what we understand is your fourth visit. We’re pleased to know that you continue to enjoy our convenient location and that our team has consistently maintained a high standard of service. At the same time, we’re sincerely sorry that this stay did not fully meet your expectations. We regret the inconvenience caused by the weak shower water pressure in your room. We will share your feedback with our Engineering team for further checking and improvement. We are also very sorry about your experience at breakfast on 7 August. We completely understand your disappointment after spending time at the buffet from around 9:15 to 10:15 and not being able to enjoy the Thai curry you were looking forward to. This should not have happened, and we will follow up with our Food & Beverage team to ensure that buffet items are monitored and replenished more promptly throughout breakfast service. No problem. If you’re unsure of the name, it’s better not to guess.
