The room was clean with comfortable bed sheets.

This is may be my fourth time to live here. The staff always keep at the high standard. The location is the best which near central world. However, this time the water pressure of the shower in my room is very weak and the experience is a bit bad. Moreover, on 7th august , i stay in the breakfast buffet for more than an hour from likely 09…, the thai curry is never refilled, i didnt eat a bite of that. Thats quite disappointed as they are so good taste.

The stay was excellent, and I really enjoyed my experience. However, I have one comment about the beds. They were not very comfortable because they have wheels and kept moving. It would be much better if the beds were fixed and stable.

I had another wonderful stay at Novotel Platinum Pratunam, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality.
A very special thank you to the manager and the team members, Palmy, Mean, and Nina, who went above and beyond to help me with an urgent request to print several Schengen visa documents. Their willingness to assist, efficiency, and genuine kindness made a stressful situation so much easier.
I would also like to thank Pattiesia at the Elite Member Front Desk for providing a seamless and warm check-in and check-out experience. Your professionalism and attention to detail were truly appreciated.
