Absolutely disappointed with the service. We are a family of 5 adults and 2 kids(1 suite room and king room)and as Diamond members, we expected far better. Yet, there were no welcome drinks upon our arrival. -No bellman to help us with our luggage or escort us to the room. -The suite room we were given had problems with the AC. We ended up having to sleep on the floor. -The laundry was ridiculously expensive more than 5000 Baht for express service (double the price, no combo - no discount for member and pay direct at room upon receiving clothes), even though they confirmed a 4-hour turnaround. But we only received it after calling the next morning, nearly at noon. -We encountered issues with both our credit card and bank transfer while settling the room charge. My Thai friend tried to assist, but nothing worked during the night. We ended up paying 20,000 Baht in cash for one night room charge and shortened our stay due to the payment issue. The afternoon manager handled the situation terribly, with a bad attitude and raised voice. They first insisted we pay for the entire 3-night stay, even though we couldn’t process the payment because of the invalid card and bank transfer. Only after I said, “Do you want to keep me here when I don’t have enough money to pay?” She finally said, “OK, This time I’ll shorten your booking.” We arrived late at 19:30, and the suite room was terrible, paired with horrible service at the front desk. We were so upset. - We were informed that we couldn’t have breakfast because it wasn’t included in the booking. This was due to a mix-up in the system between the receptionist and the F&B staff? They only let us enter after I mentioned we’re Diamond members and referred to the benefits and conditions we discussed with the receptionist the night before. We had to pay extra for 1 adult, and then the F&B staff checked and offered a COMP for the last person! Ridiculous! -Given the terrible experience, poor service, and the mishandling of guest issues, we will never return to Novotel Platinum again. It’s just a waste of time and money. Fortunately, we were able to get more cash from a friend , but we don't think we'll be returning to Novotel Platinum Pratunam. We've decided to move to the Intercontinental for better service.

The stay in novotel was so amazing we were upgraded to deluxe the view from the room is amazing. Very well located and connected to to major malls and convenience stores.

This was our 2nd stay at this property and honestly very happy to have chosen here again. Ice was very welcoming, we actually remember her from our last stay years ago and she offered brilliant service then too. Mr Jackie in the executive lounge was also a pleasure to deal with. Rooms are clean, well appointed and relatively quiet from the noise below. Location is great being walking distance to many great shopping malls. I did notice a Novotel tuk tuk in the drive, I'm uncertain of its purpose but would be great if it did a pick up and drop off at the nearest airport rail station. It's just a little too far to walk with luggage. If it already does this it is not well advertised.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel! The hotel is in a great, strategic location, making it easy to explore the area. Everything was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. A special compliment to Aoe, who cleaned our room every day. She is such a warm, kind-hearted, and patient person, and her work is outstanding. We were especially grateful for her help in keeping our room spotless when my husband was unwell. We truly appreciate Aoe’s hard work and kindness. Thank you, Aoe! You made our stay even more enjoyable. 💙

First stay at this Novotel property in Bangkok. Everything is great..from reception to restaurant to execute lounge. As an Accor Gold member, I was told that booking an Executive Park View Room( with Lounge Access) will not be upgraded to higher category, so do Platinum member. I believed the higher category would be suite room,but nevertheless the park view room is good enough. Breakfast was great, though they did not have a separate dining area for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks. You need to go to the main restaurant at the lobby for your breakfast for all type of room guests. Afternoon tea and evening drinks will be served at a little corner area at the lobby too. Surprisingly, this property serve light afternoon bites with your tea or coffee, which is welcoming. The hotel provides direct complimentary tuk tuk to Rachatevi BTS which is one station to Phaya Thai station that connect the Airport Rail Link. Every 2 hrs from morning. Also it is conveniently located within the Platinum Mall at Pratunam district. So you are in the middle of the main city district of Ratchaprasong. Would love to compliment the lounge staff for their impeccable service throughout my stay! Jackie, Best and Ice! Would consider staying here again if I'm back. Rm #2510
