The hotel facilities were well-equipped, and although I had some trouble connecting to the internet, once I did it was easy to use. The shower had a strong flow rate and was stress-free to use. I enjoyed afternoon tea in the hotel lobby; everyone ordered the same thing, which was amusing. Hotel location is suitable for sight seeing and shopping. It's very near from many shrines.

Easy 10 minutes walk from the airport express and 5 minutes to Central world. Lots of stalls just downstairs. Room was nice and there was a card and some cute dessert waiting, thanks a lot

I have been a repeat customer of Novotel Platinum for many, many years. I'm just very disappointed this time. Housekeeping service & amenities is so lousy. You have to keep asking daily for face towels and replenishment of coffee, etc.... Towels are old, worn out and no longer soft and fluffy. What happened?

Paid US$200 per night, but what I got is a budget type experience. The lobby looks like a 2* hotel, and their staff's attitude lacks professionalism. Room was filled with some smell when entered (probably carpet). The mini-fridge has only two small glass-bottles of water. No writing pad/pen-pencil to make some quick notes on work-related... Toilet doesn't have toothpaste/brush, shaver, etc. The tissue box had less leaves that got finished on the first day, and was never topped up the next day, including the vanity kit. Breakfast- all cheap ingredients. With diet-restrictions, I could eat only pastry items (bread, buns, etc), so-called Mediterranean food were of low quality. Fruit juices and fruits were limited to only two. Their non-Thai staff were unprofessional, and not knowing what a diet-restriction is. The stay was appalling/ disaster.

While high occupancy limited us to a Twin room initially, we were happy to offer your original room type the following day, which you ultimately declined. We have addressed your comments regarding the room odor, maintenance, and the lack of amenities with our Housekeeping and Engineering heads to ensure our standards are strictly met. Furthermore, I sincerely apologize for the lack of sensitivity regarding your dietary requirements. We are retraining our team on Halal and Mediterranean food standards to ensure accurate communication.
