Had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was also very convenient and made getting around easy. What stood out the most was the warm and friendly staff who made the stay even more pleasant. Special thanks to the concierge who was working around 4.30pm for kindly helping me with my luggage and assisting me in weighing it as well. Really appreciated the helpful service and hospitality throughout my stay.

I booked a Deluxe Room for 4 nights, and it truly made my stay very pleasant. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the concierge team was very proactive in helping us with our luggage. The receptionist also did an excellent job by assigning us a well-located room with an amazing view. We also received complimentary laundry service for 3 pieces each day, along with restaurant credit. In addition, the housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. This was not my first time staying at Novotel Platinum, but this time, it truly left me in awe.
