When I booked the hotel, I had to contact the concierge to arrange a transport for myself. Usually, they would contact me first. Also, takes a long time for hot water to come out of the shower.

This allows us to reduce single use plastic, waste and conserve resources, while still ensuring that our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. I stayed 13 nights this trip. The Ibis Styles on Soi 4 is the only hotel I use in Bankock.

Good quality hotel in Nana area. Very slow reception with partially inexperienced staff. A deposit is requested and blocked on credit card. After more than a month not released.
