My recent stay was marked by frustrating check-in and check-out experiences, and a disappointing room condition. At 1:30 PM, check-in was understaffed with only one person on duty. I had not used pre-checking in, but if I had there no way to collect my key. I was told my room wasn't ready until I questioned it (nearly 2 PM), at which point it suddenly became available. Check-out at 6:30 AM was equally slow due to only one person at the desk and a lengthy mini-bar dispute with another guest, causing delays while my car waited. I could not use the express key drop-off option as I had to wait to retrieve my deposit. As an Accor member, these repeated disappointing check-in/out experiences are concerning. Additionally, my room had a distinct body odor
