Still my favorite hotel in Bangkok. Staff at reception, Ploy provided me the room I requested. She remembered me and was so nice. Thank you! View from the room was amazing. Very clean room and comfy. Housekeeping staff was so kind and smiling. Will go back again when in BKK.

Very helpful and friendly staff from reception , concierge and cleaning personnel. Breakfast buffet is excellent. The only thing I found lacking is the meal menu and choice of vines.

Novotel Hotel has the most noble staffs .. Tav, play was extremely courteous, gave me an early check in . I missed my Glasses in the Cab from Airport and the Staff members helped me in locating the Driver and finding my lost glasses . Extremely Happy 😊
