During my 10 day stay in December 2024 at Novotel Sukhumvit 4 In Bangkok. My housekeeper for the room I was in during the day was named Kra-Tae, She was wonderful, always cheerful, helpful, and very professional. She is a member of a wonderful staff at Novotel Sukhumvit 4. Novotel Sukhumvit 4 It’s always my home away from home when I’m in Bangkok, I have stayed there at least twice a year for the last five years and I’ve never been disappointed.

The hotel is on prime location with quick access to BTS Nana. Room was very nice and clean. They always serve me with excellent service here. Thanks to Ploy the lady who recognize me since I came to check-in. Overall, worth to stay & I will definitely come back.

Its been 2 weeks that I have checkout and I still havent received the TBH 5000 Security amount that was demanded while I was checking in. I dont even know where to contact for the refund.
