The quality of the bed was unsatisfying (too soft) and having two single bed was not great for a couple. The breakfast could have more variety. Bien situé, propre.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Swissôtel Kursaal Bern. The hotel offers a great 24/7 gym, which was very convenient, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Its location is also a big plus, being close to the Old Town, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were approachable, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. During my stay, I was also treated to a beautiful snowy view of Bern, which made the visit even more memorable. One area that could be improved is the TV channel selection. There was only one English channel available, while the rest were in German. It would be great if the hotel could review and expand the range of English channels. Additionally, allowing guests to connect to their personal YouTube or streaming accounts via mobile devices would significantly enhance the in-room entertainment experience.
