My check in experience was excellent. The front desk agent and staff were welcoming and friendly. The front desk agent gave me information about the city and hotel which was helpful. The hotel and room were very clean. We used the gym twice and the level of cleanliness was outstanding.

We had a very good stay at the hotel. Is centrally located . Tram and Bus station ist just in front of the hotel which was very convenient with the Bern Card given to us by the hotel. Room was great with extra bed for our toddler and the free minibar was great . Thanks .
