1. my request for room to have a view of the Alps was met. Thanks to the check-in staff. I very much enjoyed the view. 2. I felt very safe and secured inside the room - excellent door lock from inside. 3. room was sufficiently heated in this cold weather. 4. room service - food and service were excellent. 5. one slight feedback is - bathroom basin too small. 6. excellent location, easy access to old town. 7. I will certainly stay here again should I visit Bern again. 8. The welcome card and new year snack in the room was a nice surprise. 9. Bed was comfortable. Thank you all for giving me a comfortable stay in Bern. Congrats, excellent job to the GM for leading such an excellent hotel.
