Lack of pillows. Lack of towels. The bathroom was ancient. Window looked out on a dark corridor between two buildings. Room was down a secluded hallway that if I were a woman I would not find very secure. We weren’t told the Asian restaurant was closed u til we arrived and had to make different plans for dinner It’s not a bad hotel, it just drastically needs some upgrading. As an Accor member why did I get the worst room in the joint? Is that how you reward loyalty?

Overall very good. Just the shower drain was overflowing and didn't drain properly. Pillows a bit uncomfy. Other than that everything was great.

Good location, but nobody to greeting/organizing the parking at the hotel entrance. Looks like the event guests have clear priority over hotel guests…..
