Check-in: The check-in process took too long. There was no staff to guide us in the check-in area. Despite it being a peak hour, only two counters were open. Room: The room was satisfactory. Breakfast: The food and drink replenishment was poorly managed. Several food stalls were out of stock, even though it was only 9:30 AM. Pool Restaurant: We had to wait far too long for our food and drinks to be served.

I had booked junior suite was made to change rooms at 1am in the night as the AC temperature would not go down from 25deg. The next night the same thing happened in the new room as well the AC would not ho down below 24deg. I was not able to sleep for 2 nights in a row had a early morning flight to catch as well. Was not compensated enough as the booking was done with points. AC is very basic amenity in the room calling yourself a 5star resort and not having AC working in 2 rooms is not at all acceptable Would not recommend anyone going here
