The main reception staff could be better trained and more welcoming, the room smelled like dust and hadn’t been opened for a while, the breakfast, however was wonderful but again the staff could be more attentive, better trained and better English

My first stay there I don’t think i am staying again once more to be honest Had better experiences in other nearby hotels in Khobar although they were within a lower and less stars category! The receptionist was not truly so welcoming and smiling,was looking bored to be honest! He did nothing wrong but wasn’t providing a proper welcoming for me, the whole staff were looking bored The bell boy was speaking on phone where i needed an assistance with my bag! No proper welcmong T all from the wbope staff Was expecting even those coffee in the corner to be served but nothing was there. Mr Abdulla then came in and was helpful to be honest and tried to give me an upgrade Rooms were not bad but wxpected a better overall service experience . Pool looked old and was hot climate,beeds renewal and renovation in my opinion There wasn’t much to do in the hotel I stayed for a night for leisure and relaxation,and i keep coming every singe weekened,but this hotel will no longer be on my list Boring staff members Late service for rooms Nothing extra No extra privilagees if if you are Accor member No late check out allowed Very slow room service and bell boy attendance Old facility a bit No valet parking O assistance in the door No one takes care of anything at all My bag was forgotten for around 3-4 hours when i checked in! If i have not asked for it .. it would have been lost! It had so many important personal documents,wallet,and other valuables The bell boy took it as the receptionist i forgot his name said it is not allowed for me to take the bag myself to the room u till it is ready !!!! So i had no choice Left it with the bell boy who took it with him And did not bring it to my room upon check in Made me search for it for 2 hours Later on was brought after i called many times Was expecting some more proffessipnalisim and care from the staff in regards to such simple things The whole staff was there standing in reception all looked bored and have nothing to do! Another asian (resturant staff? Or something in service) passes in front of you as a guest.. even hitting your ahoulder in a rude way and disrespectful withoit even greeting or saying sorry at all Very un professional and un trained staff to be honest Not like a 4-5 stars hotel at all from my first experience Was not happy at all staying there The jurtins of the room never turns completely dark and doesn’t close properly which also was very bothering to me! View is not that much worth it to be honest Very quite hotel,was expectin something interesting,events,some music background,something that will add LIFE to the hotel My friends staying at the hotel 100% agree with what is written above by myself We all agreed on it which make it true Hoping that this feed back helps and taken into consideration But overall not recommended to be honest Price was higher than websites! The recepetionist even gave me a higher price than whats there ! Although topd him i am a member He was not willing to assist much Was just wanting to finish his job as quick as possible and say bye! I told him i am a member he said ok?! Download the app I asked to shre my email and all my details will be there accordingly .. they he did so He was not trying to make life easier at all The same guy did my checkout . Never listens to my feedback Nor thanked me Nor asked about my stay And when i commented on having the bell boy late .. he replies and argues saying:( dont expect us to be at your doos step 24/7,and be there in 1 min “ Although it is true and i agree with him but this should not be said for a customer Being patient and polite is mandatory Overall experience is poor Not recommended at all
