As a Gold member card holder, I shall receive proper welcoming on hotel grounds. I was offered to choose between a smoking & non smoking rooms, while i choose the non-smoking room the receptionist told me that there aren't any available at the time, and I should wait for two hours for some other resident to checkout "literally asked me to leave the hotel and come back 2 hours later", i was not offered the deserved upgrade as a gold member neither have I been welcomed at the priority desk! I had to ask for the upgrade myself to be able to get it. I have not been offered or pointed at for the welcoming drink, until I myself asked after all checking in procedure finished. Do I need to ask for the services? Or are they offered without asking? I am not used to this kind of service at ALL ACCOR hotels before, such a disappointment.

My stay was short, but I received excellent service from the hotel staff in all departments, from reception and quick check-in to room service and the breakfast team. The rooms were very clean and new, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic and varied. The place was very quiet, and the internet speed was excellent.
