From the moment I arrived, I truly felt like I was at home. I was so well taken care of by your team. The staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful, and it made my stay exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and fresh, with a great selection of food. I really enjoyed my breakfasts every morning. My room was also kept immaculately clean by the housekeeping team. Had a small issue which was quickly rectified and compensation offered (even though we did not ask for it), which is unique in this day and age. They might be a bit short staffed at the moment, given the ongoing conflict. Shoes are cleaned for free. They offer free airport pick-up and drop-off. Very close to the airport with nice water views. Great buffet breakfast. Very courteous staff. Beautiful architecture, inside and out. Amazing set up for our anniversary (also Accor Platinum).
