Good Stay but Not recommended for New Year’s Celebration

A group of friend families chose the hotel to celebrate the arrival of the new year 2025. It is a tradition to countdown to 12:00 am and toast to it in a moment of gratitude and joy. Unfortunately, that long-awaited moment was not adequately prepared by the organizers of the event at the hotel. There was no entertainment and the countdown was very improvised, even without audio, to the point that they repeated it. For our part, we recommend the hotel for lodging but we do not recommend it for a New Year's celebration. Additionally, reservation and publicity indicated start at 7:00pm but final printed ticket reflected 8:00pm without any refund.

I really enjoyed my stay the hotel is super clean. The check in and out was fast. Beautiful pool big and clean. All the staff were very nice and helpful. 10/10 for sure i will stay in this hotel again.

Great place to relax

The staff are extremely friendly! The hotel is very clean and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are large and very cozy. I am reducing the rating because of 2 problems: 1. When we checked in at 03 am, arriving in the room, we found that the extra bed (along with the bath towel and accessories) for the third person was not available. So we lost time until we contacted the reception and arranged the extra bed. Of course, the problem was fixed, but it could not have come to this. 2. When creating the reservation, I had added a free fruit basket for both rooms. Upon arrival in our rooms, we did not have fruit baskets. In the following days, we spoke with the reception staff several times, but they said that they did not see that I had added these fruit baskets in the system and they did not give them to us, and I even have confirmation by email that they were included in our reservation. We felt a little misled in this case...

New Year’s Eve stay

The decor was out standing on new years ever casino royal night- the staff were amazing and the food and hotel stay were amazing. My only let down for the night was most of the night Latin music was played and we are not Latin so it was a bit to much for us to keep dancing to songs we don’t know- and the biggest let down of all was there was no count down to New Year’s Eve. It was very disappointing and completely shocked us all, I think there was a technical problem but it was very poor for the night that was in it.
