Both of these consumalte professionals always welcomed me and assited my special requests with ease. It was such a pleasure to stay at your beautiful property and these two valued employees made me come back twice (October & November 2024). I look forward to my next stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable. Brunch in Silk's was amazing as always. We were a bit disappointed with the fitness centre. It is very small and not very well equipped. Also, the TV package in the hotel was not great.

The checkin process could have been smoother as the team decided to let the previous guests overstay for a while longer without even taking my consent as I had indicated them about late check in. But they instantly acted upon it and checked me in when I asked them to refund my money. Also offered me some complementary incidentals. Mr. Piyush Singh was extremely helpful throughout the stay. He personally attended to all of our requirements. The presidential suite that we stayed in was one of a kind. It was marvellous. Huge terrace was the USP of this suite. Swimming pool was huge. But the food they served at the pool and in the room had a terrible taste. There are absolutely no indian dishes in their menu. So in a way, they are asking Indian guests to just stay way from their property. Even grilled chicken smelled like fish. My kid literally threw up after eating one bite of the grilled chicken.
