Check in very quick. Rooms are beautiful. The bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Pool is fantastic with great poolside service. The pool is a bit cold though as they pump cold water into it in the summer. Food is amazing. Bathroom functional. A fantastic hotel with great staff!

If you need to be close to the airport

We felt let down by the whole experience. The moment we walked into reception and the found the brunch is held there was an unexpected surprise! Needless to say I imagine this has a negative affect for the guests and staff that have to deal with it, whilst checking in; which took nearly 30 minutes. I can honestly say that I have never been in a restaurant (the only table) and the staff struggled to find anything to drink for nearly an hour ! I was tempted to go by to the room and take it from there. The only redeeming factor of the whole experience was the food; the food in the restaurant was really nice and couldn’t be faulted. The staff at breakfast raised the bar even more but apart from that! I am in no doubt that the Movenpick will be at the bottom of the list when we visit again.
