I am a member of the Movenpick gym and the staff there are very friendly. I got a one night stay coupon with my membership package, however, the reservation process was not smooth and I had to call the reception and the reservation team various times to confirm my booking. When I came for the check in, the staff were not very friendly. To be honest, they finished my check in quickly, however, I did not feel welcomed as in any 5 star hotel. The rest was very good.

The front office staff are amazing. Very helpful and polite. We came for the gulf flight safety conference and stayed for 4 nights. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Amenities widely available. Food is very tasty as well. Would definitely return soon as it was a lovely experience.

Although we had a great stay at the hotel, I was unsatisfied with the booking experience which caused me unnecessary anxiety, distress and wasted a lot of my time due to a member of staff lacking clarity, good communication skills and basic etiquette and customer service. When I raised this with management I didn’t receive the level of customer service I was expecting from raising such a complaint.
