Room was very dusty; the toilet, carpet and lounge seat had a stench. Day 2 (Friday evening) of the stay the power went off for good 5 minutes or so... never returning back to the hotel nor recommending.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Friday evening brunch, well laid out and felt safe. Room was lovely despite being in a lower floor so no view. Breakfast disappointing but understandable in current circumstances. Staff amazing!

no response from the hotel even if i call the reception i have to call many times before they pick the phone, if i asked for something i shoud call at least two or three times before i get it, the air conditioning was not working and it takes more than one hour before it fixed, the bed wasn't berfectly cleaned

extremely comfortable and as the only hotel in Bahrain with a real beach experience, you have a big advantage on those in the city. I also work as Middle East GM for Hafele who supplied the hotels door handles, card key lock and fittings when it was built and so very pleased to see its all working well. I expected the Oprah suite will be much better than what I saw. Furniture was old ,bathroom tile was about to fall, all 3 TV’s were old. What hotel theses days does not have any Smart TV. The room was not clean .there was dust everywhere and left over coffee capsules under the chairs from previous guests!!!

The hotel was amazing. From the drive up to the poolside drinks and the sunset beach view. The whole thing was fantastically luxurious!! The evening buffet was so well organised! In the midst of COVID, we felt so safe. We had an amazing night with the selection of food, DJ and the live entertainment by Boulboul! It was fantastic! Thanks guys for a great weekend!

On arriving at the hotel , the service rendered by the staff was swift and professional. However, on entering our luxury room with the sea view I must say we were rather disappointed. The only thing that we loved about the room was the balcony with the view. Everything else from the furniture to the bathroom were subpar. For claiming to be a 5 star hotel we would have hoped the room would live up to that expectation of luxury rather it was unimpressive. That being said we truly enjoyed our time on the beach.
