Comparing to our prior stays at Sofitel which was top notch, this times stay was a let down. Quality of service has visibly dropped. Nobody at valet to assist, nobody to greet and assist, and even service at the breakfast buffet was disappointing. Staff went out of their way for single customers seated around us, but for us, who had a baby along, we had to ASK for help without it being given to us freely.

the place is good and the service is good but am not happy with the cleaning service. The room is not clean well and i had to call the room service to change the bed sheet because i found a blood stain and it was disgusting. The person who answer my call was professional and offer to change the room for me but i refused because i was tired and had a headache and i already settled in the room. also, the trash can in the bathroom is small especially if 2 people are in the room (for my stay it was me and my sister)

Overall, our stay was satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could definitely be improved.
Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that our room was serviced as thoroughly as I would have expected. While fresh bath towels were provided, the hand towels were not replaced, and no additional bottles of water were left in the room. We had a large bottle of water that we had brought back from the restaurant ourselves, but I would still expect the usual small bottles of water to be replenished when the room is serviced.
I also found the breakfast experience a little disappointing. There didn’t seem to be an organised system or proper queue for ordering eggs, which meant people could simply step in and order ahead of others. The breakfast selection could also have been better — there were no bananas or berries available, particularly to have with the pancakes or waffles.
These are relatively small details, but they do make a difference to the overall hotel experience and are areas where I feel some improvement would be beneficial.

I always take this hotel since 8 years till now , but this is the first time I have left feeling dissatisfied with my stay, due to the following issues:
* The first room did not have a bidet/shattaf in the bathroom.
* We requested to change the room, but it took two and a half hours before we were finally moved to another room.
* In the second room, the water faucet was making an annoying noise.
* There were no tissues in the room.
* Even after housekeeping cleaned the room, they did not replace the bottles of water, despite the fact that we had finished them.
* The bathrobe was not hung in the bathroom; it was simply folded and left on top of the bathtub.
Overall, this was a very tiring and disappointing experience, especially considering that I have been staying with you for the past 8 years. I expected a much better level of service and attention to detail.

Our recent family getaway at Sofitel Bahrain was absolutely incredible, truly the best trip we could have asked for. The hotel has fantastic facilities that cater to everything you might need. Even in the peak heat, their outdoor pools were perfectly temperature-controlled and wonderfully refreshing. The steam and sauna rooms were just as impressive, thoughtfully equipped with fresh towels, infused water, and great hospitality. We also spent plenty of time in the games room, which had great options like a billiards table, table tennis, and a PS5.
What really stood out was the flawless hospitality. The staff consistently kept us refreshed, and incredible care and attention went into every single meal. A special shoutout to Ayush and his team, who went above and beyond to make us feel completely welcome. Top that all off with fantastic beach access right from our rooms, and it was the perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Both the TV and safe were not working when we arrived, they had to replace the whole TV at the time and configure the safe. Also, I paid for 1 room with inclusion of a bed, from the beginning I informed the staff the stay was for 3 adults, hence all access should be included for 3 adults. On our first day we went to the beach and the staff there insisted that we had to pay additional access for the third person. I have argued with him since I have paid to have three people stay hence we shouldn’t pay and additional charges for access. There was some back and forth until he allowed us to head to the beach which left me a bit angry from the experience. That being said, the rest of our stay was comfortable and all right

Had a good two night stay in a luxury king sea view room. The bed was comfortable, AC in the room was nice and strong, balcony was nice. The only two gripes I have is that there was a musty smell in the room, and a single elevator is rather inconvenient but understand that this is not an easily resolved issue.
Breakfast offering was fantastic and I took advantage of the pool, beach and gym facilities, really enjoyed them!
I would definitely return to this property again and choose a room on the ground level to avoid the elevator.
