I arrived at the hotel early in the morning and Rahoul at the reception welcomed me and provided me a room with a big smile and professionalism and made me feel at home. I stayed 4 nights at the Diplomat Ibis and during my stay all personnel specifically ''each one of them'' at the reception (Rahoul, Nayrooz and the rest of the team)at the reception and at breakfast lounge provided excellent service. Whenever I ask a question or help they all responded with a big smile, perfect energy and be always helpful. When I was telling them my experiences in the city they were all listening with joy and patience. I even met the Human Resources manager one morning and we had a short chat, she also showed me her warm welcome with a big smile. I must congratulate her that she works with a perfect team. But I must also thank Mr. Mohamed Farag that he built such a team at this hotel. One would be crazy to stay in an another hotel then Ibis Diplomat. Thank you for everything!

Great location, not too far from the airport so easy to get to as well as being convenient for the surrounding areas. Staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was also good.
