The room bedsheets and sofa were not clean and had visible stains/marks. In addition, the reception experience was poor and did not meet expectations. Drinking water was also not replenished in the room the next day. However, the breakfast was good and enjoyable.

The location was excellent, and as an Accor Platinum member, I greatly appreciated the early check-in and late check-out that were kindly provided. I was also assigned a room on the 17th floor with a beautiful sea view. The check-in experience was smooth, and the staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. However, there were several issues with housekeeping and service. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was completely empty. I contacted reception and requested that it be refilled, and also asked for the room service tray with leftover dishes to be removed. Although I was assured both requests would be taken care of, when I returned later that evening, the soap had still not been refilled and the tray remained in the room. Housekeeping has some issues throughout my three-night stay. My room was not cleaned unless I repeatedly called and followed up. The explanation I got was that the hotel got very busy and I had to be patient and wait. Eventually, after waiting too long, I simply requested fresh towels and trash removal. No vacuuming was done. I also requested refill of coffee and cream for the room. The staff promised to bring them, but nobody ever returned with the items. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, although I found that many of the dishes tasted quite similar. On a positive note, Walid in the restaurant was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Overall, while the location, room view, and front desk service were very good, the housekeeping and follow-through on guest requests need significant improvement.
