Check in took sometime due to non-availability of required room. Multistory parking is very tight for cars. Room sizes are extremely small compared to other hotels in Bahrain. The rooms and the corridors need refurbishment as they look dated. breakfast spread was reasonable but the breakfast area had no food bits on the floor but nobody bothered to clean and occasional flies flying around.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not the Standard Expected from an Accor-Managed Hotel.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. There was no warm welcome at all when I arrived. No doorman or bellman was available, and no one assisted with my luggage. The check-in experience itself was below average, and to make things worse, my luggage was delivered to the room 15 minutes after check-in. The worst part happened at night around 9 PM, when 4 young guys started banging on my door and shouting in Arabic. I immediately contacted reception several times asking them to send security, but no one showed up. I eventually had to shout at the men myself, close the door and wait for them to leave. Only after that did the receptionist come to my room to apologize. When I asked why security never came, her answer was simply, “I don’t know, but I informed them.” This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel managed by Accor. Inside the room, there were more disappointments: no slippers were provided, and the bath towels were torn, which is shocking for any reputable hotel. I was originally planning to extend my stay, but after this experience, I checked out and moved to a local brand hotel, which surprisingly offered much better service. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I hope management takes these issues seriously. I definitely would not return unless major improvements are made.
