When I reached around 1am early mrng and after check in, reached the room but no towel or anything. Fortunately, when infomred to provide. Next day, when I came to room back from the event, no electricity and called the reception - no clear reply and just wait After half and hour or so sitting at dark mode after calling the reception twice or thrice to wait for the team or any solution, nothing.. Finally I went to the reception and asked the reason, simply gave me a new key and told -all right nw.. And it may be due to the mobile phone kept near to it????? What to say....

Actually a friend of mine thankfully booked the hotel for me . Originally my trip was to sort out a problem but I had a good time; the bed was good the view was beautiful at night I enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast but air conditioning was a little bit high ,the staff were nice and professional ,the location of the hotel was very helpful . Obviously it was very busy due to Saudi National weekend but was still expecting reception to know what I had booked; especially the extras. I did feel for the staff though as both ladies were extremely busy. Both ladies too were far in advance of the two guys on reception in the morning as they were quite rude. Didn't help that I booked the dinner and drink and was then told to pay for my drink; which I did. I don't think that all in all it was an Accor Diamond experience however, I do think that the way some of your team dealt with rude people was exemplary.

It was as expected in terms of quality/value. However smell in the hallway on the 15 th floor leading to my room was not nice. It was damp humid repelling smell. This also affected a bit the smell in the room. The hotel main lobby has very poor standard.

The pickup driver was rude, talking on phone using 2 phones while driving, and the reception and room service did not pick up calls many times when i need towel or refill bath soap.
