I frequently visit the hotel as staycation I always enjoy my stay however during this stay I’ll still rate 10/10 but I have few points you may consider it as constructive feedback I’m working as AFOM so I understand the expected services that should be offered.. during this time there was a lovely Thai receptionist she was very professional and tried her best to accommodate my requests… however, there was lack of product knowledge in terms of the room categories. Next day morning I called room service to order coffee and cake.. she mentioned that it would take 30 mins.. I asked her if it can be before that she responded that we don’t have staff and shortage of manning would effect the delay in the service.. therefore I canceled my order and she didn’t bother to ask me why I had canceled. I think this should not be the answer as hospitality background we should always avoid mentioning those information to the guests. I want you to consider it as a constructive feedback for improvement. And such shortfall wouldn’t affect my experience as your hotel will remain my escape zone always ❤️

We have stayed at Novotel Bahrain many times, and honestly, each visit is better than the last. It has become one of our favorite places to come back to again and again. The staff truly make this hotel special. Everyone goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the waiters, to the pool and beach staff, the lifeguards, and the check-in team, everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can really feel the care in every interaction. Our rooms are always clean, well organized, and ready for us, which we really appreciate. I have mentioned before that some of the furniture could use a bit of an upgrade, but even with that, it does not take away from the overall experience. The facilities are amazing. The swimming pools are always clean, and the whole environment feels relaxing and well maintained. We truly love staying here and always look forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bahrain.

Amazing experience the resort was quite very comfortable room but unfortunately the AC was not cooling well need a maintenance the breakfast was good and the stuff are friendly. Thank you all and will visit the place again.

Novotel al Dana is a place I enjoy every time I travel to Bahrain. This hotel is very well located and decorated in a nice Arabian style with a beach - nothing like the more luxurious modern hotels (which I don't prefer). It offers cozy rooms with a view that quickly takes you to the pool or the beach. The food is always very tasty and the staff extremely polite. I feel like I'm not just an anonymous guest. They are always happy to accommodate the client. It is nice to return always to a familiar place. For me, the hotel is an oasis of calm in a busy city.
