Broken sofa bed No mattress for sofa bed and when i tried to get more blankets to use as matress, they refused to provide more than 2 Refused to provide extra billows provided only 1) Buffet ( breakfast and lunch) is too poor Room complimentary water, tea , coffe capsule are too few for suite fit for 4 persons! (For example they provided only 1 coffee capsule) Reception, restuarant staff and reservation agent Sihan were very nice and proffessional

Very nice place, easy to check in specially at reception lady was very nice and warm fully welcomed along with complimentary upgrade. Room was spacious, clean and tidy. Breakfast items were limited but it was ok Few things really make me surprised There was only body and hand wash wash in tolitariyes at washroom like no comb, no brush, no cream like nothing .… another shock I get when I ask for cutlery from room service for that they charged me 5 bhd like seriously is it catering shop where I can rent plates and spoons during my stay lol … Over all experience were ok
