Staying in Novotel Resort was One of my Best Stay in Bahrain. I stayed with Family, enjoyed the swimming pool and beach area. Kids enjoyed at swimming and play area. Beautiful resort & staff behavior was very nice, specially Mr. Mubashir at Reception Desk (very helpful and caring). I fully Recommend this.

The hotel is good but certain thinks are annoying: Restaurant: Chef Ali wand Alla were excellent. Always there to help and happy to help with our vegetarian requests. Sopport Staff Jehangir (chef) and waiters Abdul Basith, Aryan, Anjli and Shella were exceptional. Housekeeping: Monirul kept the rooms clean. credit to him. Reception: Seamless check in with Sana and Lucy . However the star of the show was Abanob who was excellent, proactive and happy to help. Beach and Swiiming: Inrahim and mOhammed were excellent. Inrahim was exceptional always ready to help with towels. Ali and Mohadin were good too. Deep was excellent in beach bar. Concierge: Sabuj and Rahman Zak were excellent. Negative: The wifi is an issue as signal not always great. The restaurant needs to display allergens with Veg and Non Veg clearly labelled as it was a challenge for us to identify pure veg food .

Absolutely brilliant location with stunning view. Hotel is a bit old (lift and toilet). The bath tub is a quite hazardous especially for kids (too high) and I think overall, toilet needs to be renovated. Other than that, amazing hotel and friendly staff.

My overall experience was decent, (8/10), everything in the hotel was perfect, the staff, the facilities, everything was stunning, except the rooms. The rooms were very shocking compared to my expectations, I expected more luxurious rooms. The furniture is very old, there is a microwave IN the BEDROOM, there is 2 fridges in the room, i felt like i was more in a house than a hotel.
