We are delighted to know that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the warm welcome from our Reception team, as well as the complimentary room upgrade. It is also pleasing to hear that you found your room spacious, clean, and comfortable, and that you enjoyed your breakfast experience. Regarding the in-room amenities, kindly note that toiletries such as toothbrushes, combs, shaving kits, and other personal care items are available upon request through the Reception team. As part of our sustainability initiatives, these amenities are not placed in the rooms by default but are readily available whenever requested. With regard to the cutlery charge, we would like to clarify that the fee was not for the plates or utensils themselves. As a hotel, and not a serviced apartment property, cutlery for consumption of externally sourced food is not part of the standard room setup. When guests request cutlery without placing a food or beverage order through the hotel's outlets, a supplementary room service delivery charge applies. This charge reflects the service provided in delivering the requested items to the guest room and is communicated prior to processing the request. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are pleased to know that you appreciated the resort's location. Regarding the mosquitoes, kindly note that due to the resort's beachfront setting and surrounding landscaped areas, occasional insect activity may occur despite our ongoing pest-control program. We encourage guests to contact Reception during their stay so that immediate preventive measures can be arranged. With regard to the coffee machine, please note that coffee machines are available only in selected room categories and suites. Standard room categories are equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, including a kettle and complimentary refreshments in accordance with the room type reserved. Regarding the toothbrushes, bathrobes, and slippers, these amenities are available upon request through the Reception team. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly during your stay. As for the slippers provided, the quantity is arranged according to the occupancy details registered in the reservation, and additional pairs can be supplied upon request. We appreciate your valuable feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.
