This was like a mini resort hotel with its own beach and also pools. The hotel areas look fantastic and have some great views. Location wise its quite remote and secluded so you can't walk to much other places however you can easily order taxis here. Initial impressions were the hotel looked quite nice, different from your typical corporate business Novotel however the rooms did seem a bit tired and old. Our room smelt of cigarette smoke and no amount of cleaning or turning on the AC really covered this smell. We just got use to it which was a bit unfortunate as the rest of the hotel was nice. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It also had water bottles and amenities if you requested them. The bathroom had a bath shower combo and was a decent size. Breakfast was average with different choices, what you would expect from a normal Novotel. There were several restaurants in the hotel but we didn't get a chance to try these. The pool areas looked very nice and they had lifeguards on duty and they closed quite late. The staff and manager here were friendly and helped where they could. This hotel would be great if they could eliminate the cigarette smells in the room and has the potential to be a 4 or 5 rating.

Hotel is as 3stars hotel. Absolutely did not answer about my question before our traveling after booking and payment. No communication and not nice staff behind the check in or check out. Philipino woman very sassy! Hotel is old and giving not bottle of water nothing after your long traveling. They said the tap water is ok and they are about ecoligy. All Bahrain except one street is about garbagges and dirty areas. This hotel has a pool for adult people where the water is over 2 meters only!!! They don't care also must ask please can I got some clean towel? The hotel is expensive. They also do not care about people who has some allergies of food. I have and plus lactose intolerance I sent many emails before traveling and calling such expensive to Bahrain but they were rude in the falling and emails...never got answer. I forgot the name of that chef who was in that restaurant for breakfast. Only he told me sorry and brought some lacto.se fre chees..Ismail the name ? 🤔. And boys for cleansing those rooms also cared well. But staff in the desk 3 women there !! But for nothing. The beach was ok and of sand. They seems as they prefer russians tourists only. I do not tecomende for EU!

The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. I had a note about the late check out policy as you can go as far as 2PM which is weird as they are a five hotel resort and a lot of other resort/ hotels give you until 5 with no charge but they explained to me that this is with all hotels in Bahrain

Excellent hotel. Best cost and benefit for guests with family. The room is huge and accommodate a family of 4 easily. Special thanks for the pool bar service, specially Mr. Ravindu who was very kind with my both daughters and me. I wish to return to this hotel very soon.

PROS: - not a big hotel with less rooms than typical for Mid-East resorts - the room with balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee - fish restaurant with delicious food but could be less expensive. Not demanding? Choose the main restaurant for dinner where you pay for buffet 15 BHD / person - wi-fi working OK, but I had the problems with buffering (especially in the room) when I watched online TV / live sport event - attentive staff: special big thank you to Manjula!!! CONS: - Czech tourists who thought the hotel belonged to them! - the rooms need definitely renovation - some of the rooms with pool view can be noisy in the late evening / night as the guests are laying on sun beds and having fun while people staying in the rooms would like to sleep already. - poor selection of fruit and 'healthy' variants for breakfast - sun beds on the beach occupied very early in the morning; in some days you could not find a free sun bed already before 8 AM - missing mini-market / grocery shop near hotel / within walking distance RECOMMENDATION for Management hotel: sign "No smoking on the beach" should be visible prior entering the beach. Especially Czech tourists were smoking everywhere on the beach even if the beach has designated smoking area.
