The rooms need renovation and maintenance.. toilet flush was faulty .. shower head was faulty as well .. the nightstand lamp was not working .. and the ac was a bit of a problem because it was directed to blow at the bed .. i couldnt change the direction of air .. when i called room service to get empty wine flass they said it was chargeable ( first time i face this in any hotel ) .. with that being said .. the reception staff was friendly.. lucy gave me an upgrade once ahe realized i was a silver member which was a nice gesture.. breakfast was nice ..

I stayed at the Novotel in Bahrain 🇧🇭 over the weekend for a football tournament. It was amazing. The food was alright, but the chefs and staff were superb. The rooms me and me teammates stayed in were very nice, and the whole place was a vibe. I enjoyed the stay and would go there again.

While the stunning traditional exterior is five-star worthy, the suite itself was, regrettably, a two-star experience due to issues with cleanliness, condition, maintenance, and poor interior design. The suite felt old and neglected, not charmingly traditional. I would recommend the management invest heavily in renovating the interiors, particularly the suites, to match the breathtaking quality of the exterior and fulfill the promise it makes to guests.
