Dear Mr. A. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to learn that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding your interaction with our reception team, we have carefully reviewed the matter. Our receptionist recalls apologizing that the FIFA World Cup matches were not being broadcast at the hotel and advising that they were likely available at other venues. However, as he was not certain which nearby locations were screening the matches at that particular time, he chose not to provide inaccurate information. We sincerely regret if this response came across differently than intended. We would also like to mention that, following your arrival, our reception team conducted a courtesy follow-up call to your room to ensure that everything was satisfactory. During that conversation, no concerns were raised regarding your check-in experience or your room, which unfortunately limited our opportunity to address these matters while you were still with us. Regarding your comments about the room, Novotel Bahrain is a resort that reflects a distinctive Bahraini architectural style and heritage, offering a unique resort experience that differs from many modern city hotels. We recognize that individual preferences vary, and we appreciate your observations. Concerning the air-conditioning unit, we sincerely regret the inconvenience. Had this been reported during your stay, our Engineering team would have attended immediately to inspect and resolve the issue.
