I visited Novotel with my family. Rooms carpet need changing but for the price i can not complain. 8/10 Staff from reception and room service 10/10 Pool spa staff 5/10 (needs training as he can not speak English plus it was pool side, floor are suppose to get wet, especially if you do not provide towels. I felt him to be rude.) Breakfast was okayish 7/10 nothing Especial Location is find 8/10 Parking was available 10/10 Bed was comfortable but ac vents above bed was not working 8/10 Overall it was a good experience with pool staff making it uncomfortable.
