No hot water, no cold A/C

This is the second time I stay in novotel in the last three months. I was told in the first visit that hot water was not available during summer time which was weird. The second time I had the same issue and was told that the central boiler was off and I should wait couple hours for the hot water to come in. Day and a half later and Im still taking cold showers like a cheap motel. Had to cut my stay short and move to another hotel. The A/C was not cold enough.

Thanks to Turkey Receptionist for solving all issues and turn it to a great stay. Nevertheless the hotel needs lots of maintenance & renovations.

Front office staff were great and attentive, They were all acommodating and friendly especially Ms.Lina and Ms. Samah very the welcome me with a beautiful smile and they were very friendly. Rooms were clean and provided all that we needed with friendly house keeping. The location was brilliant! This was my first time and I will definitely come back.

Thank you so much for our stay. Couldn’t have asked for better service from Mr.Turki as he checked us in our room was amazing very clean and has everything from amenities. And I would like to mention Ms.Lina as she helped us at the checkout time with the bill and everything. All in all it was an awesome experience the staff was amazing and i would recommend it to everyone
