I checked in and went to the room to find out that the TV was not working. So I went to find another hotel, which I got and moved there Kempenski Hotel. In reatlity I should get back full refund, as I did not stay there at all.

1) The reception was bad service. 2) The reception was laying on his name and there is no tag names for the staff. 3) The room was not cleaned the bed cover wasn’t changed from the previous stayed. 4) The room service i had to call 4 times to request a water and they took one hour and twenty minutes to have it.

Way below my expectations rooms are very very small, for the breakfast there was no variety of options also some of the dishes were not covered so I found some of the insects on the fruit bread and dessert.

Front desk team needs coaching

I checked in. Paid cash of 500SR. Guy at front desk had no change and said shall return on check out. Thats cool. Next day at check out same problem as they did not have smaller notes. Money to be returned was 79SR. I was getting late so suggested to pay by card and requested to return my 500SR. The guy sought help of another front desk girl and she said that she cannot return 500 SR even if I pay by card. I had no choice. She went around looking for smaller notes. While she was away I told the boy to keep the change and allow me to go and he insisted I wait for the girl to return. In the meanwhile I arranged 21 SR thru driver who came to pick me and managed to get back 100SR by giving away 21SR Was it their understanding of math or English poor I do not know but I will think twice if staying again. I lost time and it was test if patience

The staff ware so nice, lobby and parking are ok, the room is big but the furniture was very old, the AC was so noisy and not well cooling, the pillows, bed sheet and blanket ware over used coz even so they ware cleaned but they ware stinky and has some colors, the room carpet was very old and really need to be change, the phone don't have any option you have to dial 0 for operator, the breakfast was limited but its fine, over all the hotel needs total renovation coz its not the standard of Novotel

Internet works really very slow and you can't browse anything, TV is not working at all, lights are not working properly, fridge is not working, no oven. Etc and location is bad.

Affordable price, Nice & Friendly Reception Area with a good ambiance, Satisfactory Service, Good & Yummy Breakfast. Breakfast was even better before the COVID with a variety of options. Situation now is understandable.

I have been staying at the Novotel Dammam Business Park for approximately 8 years . Although my stay was ok and I appreciate that due to Covid not all was functioning as usual but there is significant need for investment in a refurbishment. The room was looking tired and the carpet and sofa had cigarette burns on them. Some sockets were loose and the curtains seemed dirty. Breakfast buffet was not very good either and I felt it was mostly leftovers form the nights room before. Overall ok but needs a refurb.

Hello, I’m sending you this in regards to reservation number 61… for two nights in Novotel Business Park Dammam. When I reached the hotel, I was told by the reception that the room I reserved is not available and instead I was given a room that is smaller than what I reserved and doesn’t have the same facilities. It was very disappointing as this two days trip to Dammam was supposed to be a relaxing vacation with my wife. To add salt to injury, the reception staff who handled our check in didn’t know the basics of hospitality, he was incompetent and didn’t handle the situation professionally. In such situations, I’m used to at least receive an apology for the inconvenience and get an upgrade. What I ended up with was a downgrade and a show king level of apathy with a reply if you can talk to the management of you don’t like it. After a 4 hours drive my wife and I were very tired ti argue with anyone and we ended up taking the room so that we can get some urgently need rest. The whole experience was disappointing and I’m sending you this compensate for all the trouble I went through.
