I booked Superior Suite With Double Bed And Sofa to spend a comfortable business trip in Dammam, it was worse experience i have ever faced in any hotel. The AC was not working during whole stay despite i mention it multiple times, the shower was not working and they fixed after 3 attempts, the Cupboard was not opening smoothly. The carpet in the room felt like 100 year old carpet. Even the AC of the gym was not working. On top of that, the Breakfast is too simple with very less item on the menu. Needs to be upgraded
