it is a very pleasant stay, the staff specifically the filipinos were superb in accomodating us, , reception staff needs more training in welcoming guests, the pool was not heated, the kids did not enjoy it which is the main purpose of our stay,the room is big for us

Standard room... they didn’t clean it during our stay. We had issues with the prepayment of the booking and the guy in the front desk didn’t help; he just commanded us for a credit card to pay, no asking before to the travel agency... we asked him to Call the agency and his answer was: this phone number is not local, I am not gonna call, I just want a credit card.

Novotel Dammam is my destination since 5 years ago. I can feel how different the hotel is now, there is no comfort in my staying last time, the bed is totally depreciated, blankets and pillows as well. The room amenities are cheap and and few, I didn’t use them at all as well there is to towels in the room so i had to ask for them. I believe this is the end between me and Novotel Dammam after 5 amazing years. Ragi A.

AI stayed at the Novotel business park hotel dammam 136 days. I was in Dammam for a project. It was Very nice and great experience, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel staff were very welcoming, helpful and very professional. Mr. Ibraheim (front desk and reservation manager) (very helpful and professional man) Mr. Abed (La mode coffee and catering manager) (very kind and very smart man) Mr. Alex (La mode coffee supervisor) (very special kind person and so professional) Mr. Husain muslmani and Mrs. Areej (from the front desk) ( very supportive and professional and very welcoming) Bilal, Geraldo and Yousif (la mode coffee waiters) ( very polite and respectful guys, they were my good friends) Rony (housekeeping) (very professional guy and very helpful and very smart) I’m sorry if I forgot to mention anyone, to be honest all the hotel stuff were very kind, helpful, professional and very welcoming. Thank you very much, you guys made my stay so special.

My visit was short since i stayed only for one night. - I did not feel welcomed during my check in process as a platinum member of accor .my room was not ready . I was upgraded to a suit but when i reach the room . Both TV was not working. I tried to call the reception no one was answering and on the telephone in the room there is no indication on the numbers to call the housekeeping or reception . I had to go down in order to ask for maintenance . Carpet in the room was full of stain , fridge was empty . I would say it was an average stay . Even in the morning i went for breakfast down . But the restaurant was closed . I asked the receptionist and she told me that i will get the breakfast in my room . No instructions was given by the receptionist upon check in .

My reservation was suite but they gave me one double room with sofa next to bed they said this our suite and when I show them the picture from Accor hotel App they say no you have to pay for two room. The reception was rude because I checked-in late at 1:00 am with family and kids and refused to give me same suite I did reserve. I complained to tourism ministry and take money and left. I faced a lot of problem from this a left and booked another hotel with people respect human and have common hospitality codes. I’m sure this hotel in dammam has lying culture. Thanks Muneef

It is a good 2 days stay. This is my 3rd order with Accor website. The last one shall be my lesson learned as I experienced the not comfortable hotel price. I remember I booked for the price SAR 950 for 2 days but it is recorded only 1 day. Surprise that I did not see detail of confirmation email and the reception did not tell that it is for 1 day rate. On the second day I was overwhelmed that my stay is only one day. I agree to pay another SAR 327 for 1 day without breakfast. It's OK then. I have written the complain email during the discussion with the manager and got the phone call after I checked out. Appreciated. Curious, I checked the rates for next week just to see the average on Khobar KSA and saw that average SAR 950-1010 for 2 days for type of my room (3 beds adult) of Novotel Dammam. the rate of SAR 950 a day is belong to Sofitel Khobar. So yah, i guess I got the expensive or not supposed rate. But it is my fault did not see the confirmation. I would be more careful to see the details and confirmation during the booking process on Accor.com

This is the last time I would stay at the hotel despite the fact that i stayed at this hotel several times before. For sure the Receptionist was the main reason for this awful experience due to her lack of experience as she charged me extra on my credit card without asking although at the check-out she told me that there are no further payments to settle and till date i didnt receive back the extra amount although the hotel promised to settle the same within the next couple of days. The room was not ready when i arrived at 2pm and the reason was that as per Hotel policy rooms will be ready by 3pm!!!!!!!!! She didnt notify me that the Breakfast Buffet is closed due to COVID-19 and had to discover the same the next morning!!!! The hotel offered ala carte breakfast yet the quality of food was not at all worth the money spent it would have been better to have breakfast outside. The furniture inside the room is very old and need in depth repair / furniture change. For sure i will not stay at this hotel again.

No problems except the lighting in the room was very dim. Hard to read by. The transportation provided was very good. The restaurant could have opened a bit earlier but it wasn't a big problem. It was just the lighting in the room that was lacking.
