It was good stay but when i checked out the reception told me that i have to pay although i paid at the check in on my first day and i told them that and gave them screenshots of the payment Then i received WhatsApp message from the reception told me again to pay !!!! So i told them again what happened and i told them that i will make a complaint

Good but room has no fresh ventilation
