Sofite is one of a kind hotel I have ever visited. Place is so wonderful and cozy. People and staff are so friendly. They are always ready to assist and help your needs. Foods are fantastic and suit to taste. This is highly recommended place to go and visit.

It is a average hotel with some observations if compared with Sofitel 5 stars luxery services in Dubai or Europe. The parking lots not enough for hotel guset and valet parking service is bad and close by 12 midnight. The room service is very average and some of hotel staff are not friendly enough especially in the break fast restaurant. The hotel management has to work alot to bring up the level of luxery end to end. Worth to mention, the hotel should go for renovations and new furnitures.

I stayed at the junior suite for two nights with my wife and requested the French way massage which I had paid for online. This was 5 days prior to the booking (Sept 18-Sept 20). Within two days, I was reached by Sofitel to be informed that the massage sessions of the French way booking are not allowed due to COVID-19 precautions, which I understood; however, the $120 USD was still paid. I had to convince the gentleman over the phone that I already paid the amount by taking him through the website and showing him the option. He informed me that he would check with the hotel's management on whether I can be compensated for it. I was later added extra breakfast and access to the club which cost 100 SAR a night, still less than what I had paid but at this point I did not want to go back and forth on my wedding night. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly, took our luggage and valeted our car. When we needed the car the next day though I was handed the keys--not sure if valet services were only for check-in and check-out, but at least a verbal explanation of that policy would have sufficed instead of having me speculate. All in all, for the premium charged as a luxury hotel, the communications and compensation offered felt lackluster and in general insufficient. I did not further push for explanations because it is not my duty as a costumer of the hospitality industry, but I appreciate the space to describe my experience and how I felt about it.

The service was really bad The belcony did not have any chair only a table and when I called the reception to give me 2 chairs they only gave me one when i asked the receptionist for another chair she was rude to me and told me we don’t have any more chairs and she shut the phone in my face I really didn’t enjoy my trip the worst hotel ever!

Hotel is well maintained and close dining out places..Stay was comfortable. Staff was courteous right from checkin to checkout. Onsite hotel manager (Ammar) made sure stay was comfortable. Breakfast buffet had variety and the restaurant staff was helpful to needs. The lady at restaurant entrance was friendly and helped provide masks on requests and also gave kids balloons and activity books which made them super happy!! Will definitely pick same place next time we visit.

not good entrance at all, very hard parking, and not clean. room was very bleak and lights were very bad as one of the light was flashing and things seemed very old and . room did not smell natural clean and bathroom was same, low ceiling. staff were friendly and nice. I blame management for not keeping up with the name of Sofitel, i felt like being in backstreet 3 star hotel. I sensed it when I called the hotel to book after I asked your employee for a late checkout and he refused in a "its our policy" way! I never had that issue when I go to other hotels , but I had more faith on the Sofitel name, I was unfortunately mistaken and it will be my last time. no wonder it was so cheap! and the design of the what's called "suite" was so ugly and stupid. I am sorry if I was harsh, but I am a business owner and I always look forward for honest feedback and Im sure you do too.

One of the things that bothered me the most is when I call the reception on my last night to ask about the possibility of a late checkout.. It took a lot of time to answer the call and when they did it was in an extremely rude way. He told us we have until 1:00 p.m. which was okay, and then he hung up the phone while I was talking and asking about something else!!!!! Other than that, stay was okay, balcony overlooking the sea was spacious.. room was alright - might benefit from some re-decorating. Overall, would not visit again and would not recommend anyone to stay there.

I thought I was in an apartment, not in a Sofitel hotel. The room furniture was not 5 star hotels and so is the cleanliness. I will not book again in the hotel.
