20 Minutes to check in with 6 people behind the desk and only one other customer. Not the usual welcome exerience (like a member should have) Service in the Bar was not good. Rooms aged Lounge the worst I have seen Quality of food as really good (Rooms Service and Breakfast) Restaurant service was friendly. I doubt that this Hotel upholds the Sofitel 5 star standart.

The bed was making squeezing noise and had not even surface like waves in both sides and after one night I was not able to sleep, the reception was not helpful and the breakfast was so bad with limited food options and bad taste, I will not visit this place in my life again.
