Unfortunately, my stay at Sofitel Al Khobar The Corniche was not comfortable. The room A/C was not cooling properly and the room remained hot. I reported the issue and requested it to be fixed, but it was not resolved during my stay. Because of this, I had to leave the hotel earlier than planned, which was very disappointing. What makes it more unfortunate is that I had bookings with Sofitel in three different locations. My stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa was good, but this experience in Al Khobar was not up to the expected Sofitel standard. I also have an upcoming stay at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach tomorrow, and I hope it will be a better experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the maintenance response and guest follow-up.
