First of all, I thought the room's view would be something to look for. But it was only overlooking the interior! Second, the AC in the room stopped functioning at like 1:30 AM and was repair at around 2:30 AM, i thought that I would be offered a different room! Not just that, I didn't even get an apology from the reception for this situation. Third, I was only offered 2 bottles of water for a 3 day/2 night stay!
