We stayed in room 334, room was clean and well maintained. On arrival we have met with Mr Majd at front desk who welcomed us warmly and took care of check in process very smoothly and professionally.breakfast was amazing and overall hotel is well equipped and well maintained. For sure we will come back to stay again.

8500 dhs were stolen from my wallet that was kept in my room and there was literally no effort made to help me out. The manager was completely non co-operative and interrupted me everytime i would speak. There was no action taken by the hotel at all. I would never com back to the hotel. I have travelled alot and I have never experienced anything like this before. Worst hotel and manager beyond worse.

No proper response from the staff, in my bathroom water not a drained, I have complain no one attend finally myself clear the blockage (complete human hair blocked the drain system)

We drove all the way from Oman and had to wait almost 45 mins or more in line to get checked in. There were only two staff present there. They were doing wonderful job especially mrs Stella. But the hotel should have anticipated the holiday rush and allocate more staff for checkin. No one should wait more than 5 mintues to get checked in. Also the by the pool side there was no waiter to take orders for food and beverages. Only the lifeguard was there. Novotel bur dubai was 100% short staffed this past week. Booked novotel this year for EID based on the past experience in 2023 ( the check in experience was amazing and the pool staff attendance also). But this current checkin experience will make us rethink our hotel booking in Novotel next time. Apart from the delay in checkin all the staff maintained courtesy and professionalism, but the hotels planning/management went wrong during holidays. Regards, Jeffin
