From start to end it was not a pleasant experience at all. With 3-4 luggages no one helped to bring the luggage from cab to reception while the bell kept watching me dragging all luggages one by one. I even confronted the same at the reception and such weird reply, staffs are very busy. Later room mattress was extremely saggy and first night I have to sleep on the sofa. 2nd day just flipped the mattress upside down. When towel and robe placed on the floor, it should be changed but they just hang it back. I was using premium wifi being diamond member, often even chats app were not working to send texts. I will think 10 times if I have to consider this property next time. Staffs need to be trained better.

The room floor was extremely dirty and sticky — it felt like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Overall hygiene was at a very low level and completely unacceptable for a hotel. On top of that, they canceled my refund without a proper explanation, which is very disappointing and unprofessional. This made the whole experience even worse. I would not recommend this place unless cleanliness and customer service improve drastically.
