As a Diamond member of Accor and Heartist , I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bur Dubai. Everything about the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, always making sure that I felt welcomed and comfortable. The service truly reflects the high standards of the Novotel brand. The hotel facilities were great, the room was comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very relaxing. Every interaction with the team was pleasant, and their hospitality really made a difference. As a Diamond member, I truly appreciated the warm recognition and the effort the staff put into making the stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a perfect experience. I will definitely be happy to return again. ⭐️. I loved the staff super friendly and helpful - Amila the room dining waiter was super professional housekeeping team always helpful Randika from restaraunt manager were super polite and helpful. Bindu Auy also! Fo team Stella Thandra and Anna were super helpful always.

Novotel Bur Dubai surprised me on the positive side, with it's decor, people and food. The Rooms are comfortably sized and well furnished. Breakfast as well as Dinner had plenty of tasty options. Excellent Support by Ms Stella (Front Office) and Mr Mike (Bar). Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Rooms comfort - 8.5/10 Cleaniniess - 9.5/10 Staff Behaviour - 10/10 Breakfast - 1/10- worst breakfast, the hotel could not handle the guests. Items were empty and were never replinshed. After multiple follows up the things were not in place. Kitchen needs to be prepared for rush hours but clearly incapable. Taste was the worst. Breakfast items were half cooked. Salads vegetables were half cut. Imagine a big brocilli just cut into two pieces, a big tomoate just cut in half and whole big carrot was served. It is best Novotel bur dubai should stop breakfast services.
