I liked my stay, but when we arrived, we had to wait fot the staff to make the sofa bed for us and there were no linens left. The day after, we had to move to another room after 9pm due to maintenance issues on the floor. On the last day, we went to the restaurant to have breakfast (included in out rate), but there were fewer options compared to the weekend, but we were not told that upon check in.

Novotel Bur Dubai has been the hotel of my choice since 2022. I have stayed here 8 times. Very happy and satisfied as always. A special mention to Ms. Thandar at Front Office Reception. Her warm smile, positive attitude, friendly face and professionalism has to be acknowledged.
