It was an amazing only Two concerns: first i was trying to contact the hotel for online booking but no one respond to me i called over 10 times no response, another issue when i arrived to the hotel there was only one staff member who was very busy with another guest although there was another staff member inside the office this cause little disturbance and long waiting.

Staying at the property second time. Everything was amazing as expected. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and chef at the live omelette station was amazing. Mr Majd and Mr Aung at the reception are very welcoming and helpful.

I like everything in novatel and its not my first time The only comment I have i had my kids with me the first night before they travelled, I asked for extra mattress and they let me pay around 70dh for that ,I didn't like that and also she didn't include this in the bill so that was lil confusing for me.

Dirty carpet and bed. Used towels in the bathroom - yuck. Clogged shower drain made it extremely difficult to shower. Really bad experience.

Hi , all was gd . Stay excellent. I stayed for first 6 nt , then make again reservation for 5 nts. My chk out was on 9 noon( but natural noon time ) . I was supposed to take another 5 nt . No body called me in my room. I came back from party at early 6.30 am and slept whole mrng. No one called me , all of a sudden security and a lady from reception came to my room and enquiries in a little bit bad style and told to leave now or if u take room till 6 pm u need to pat 70 aed. Thats what chages the mood and i called them in nxt 10 mnts that i am leaving My humble request Treat customer as one who will return back not at once but again and again

We returned to this hotel after three months, hoping that our previous experience had been an exception and that this stay would be much better. Unfortunately, we once again faced several service issues, which was very disappointing. Our check-in experience started smoothly. Jeff recognized me during check-in, and I politely requested a nice room for our stay. We were assigned a room on the 11th floor, which I appreciated as I prefer a higher floor. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared. However, we experienced some issues during our stay. We tried to call Reception to request extra bottled water, but unfortunately, the telephone in the room was not working. Since we had also ordered outside food, my partner decided to go down to the lobby to request assistance. The room key provided to us did not allow access to the 11th floor. When my partner returned, the key only allowed him to access the 12th floor, so I had to go up to the 12th floor to meet him and accompany him back to our room. This happened twice, which was tiring and inconvenient, especially when a simple working telephone could have allowed us to request water or room service directly. The following morning, the housekeeping team rang our doorbell twice, even though we had not requested any housekeeping service. We were trying to rest, and being disturbed unnecessarily was not acceptable. I sent an email to the Front Office team regarding these concerns, and they contacted me. I informed them politely that I would appreciate not receiving further calls at that moment, as I wanted to get more rest before my planned 15:00 checkout. After checkout, we used our welcome drink benefit. A gentleman approached us and apologized for the experience. While I appreciated the apology, it could not fully recover the disappointment we felt throughout the stay. One comment that made me uncomfortable was when he asked whether I also work for Accor. Regardless of being an Accor employee and staying with a staff rate, I believe I am still a guest and deserve the same level of care, respect, and service as any other guest. After our previous disappointing stay, we decided to give the hotel another chance, hoping to have a better experience. Unfortunately, we are once again leaving with mixed feelings due to repeated service issues. We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves these areas so future guests can have a more seamless and enjoyable stay.
