Our stay at Raffles was so luxurious , the staff could not do enough for us . Our room was large , with a balcony plus a walk in wardrobe. Our stay included breakfast afternoon tea , candles, drinks plus 2 cours dinner so didnt go hungry . The pool was lovely too . It was easy to get into dubai mall . We did the hop on and off bus that left near the hotel . Overall a great stay would love to return .

The overall experience is good. This is a well-maintained hotel, but there are a few things I wanted to point out for improvement:
1. The front desk staff should be more familiar with Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR) bookings. They didn't know that bookings through Amex FHR can still apply elite membership benefits (I have top-tier status). They initially told me I couldn't apply it until the manager stepped in and confirmed they could, and then added my membership to the booking.
2. Service at the lobby lounge was extremely slow. I had lunch there and it took more than 40 minutes to get my food, which is much longer than what I've experienced at most other hotels for a simple lunch.
3. They should provide a printed handout detailing the opening hours of the gym, restaurants, and other facilities. Instead, I had to call to ask.

Big huge s/o to Hazel the front desk staff member she was very welcoming and remembered my name for the whole stay just how I remembered hers. She is great at her job and took care of me. Another s/o to Ronaldo help us bring our luggage and keys. Over all everyone was incredible, front desk, restaurant staff, butlers and the valet staff. Very organized team and everyone great at what they do. Hazel asked me upon checkout when am I coming back ? Took me a second to process that because was never asked that question before. With that excellent treatment I don’t think I can stay anywhere other than this location. Thank you all. 5 star service and staff. It’s the staff that make the place great!

From arrival to departure we have nothing but praise for the staff and service. We do not believe that there could have been anything they could have done any better. The room was excellent , the food especially the afternoon tea was first class. We felt like we were constantly being treated like royalty. Can’t wait to return
