Stunning hotel with excellent staff and facilities

Wonderful stay in Raffles. Every staff member we met was courteous, friendly and welcoming from reception to housekeeping to pool to club lounge to Azur restaurant. Our skyline room was fantastic and beautifully made up every day by housekeeping. We loved the pool and the staff there were so considerate bringing cool water and putting umbrellas up. Breakfast in Azur restaurant was fantastic, huge choice at the buffet and delicious menu to order from, special thanks to Ahmed, Bisham and Dikshya who looked after us so well. Also we really enjoyed the club lounge, beautiful afternoon tea and canapés and drinks served every day by Donna and Salena who are both excellent hostesses, very friendly and welcoming. All in all 5* and more, can't wait to return.

Enjoyed the stay at the Raffles Dubai! A good location linked to the Wafi Mall and nearer the airport … away from the traffic jams around the more touristy ateas like the Dubai Mall and Palm Jumeirah. Booked the Club room with pretty awesome Dubai Skyline view. Received a small surprise cake for my birthday! Very good service staff who made the stay great throughout: (1) Ms Donna at the Club Lounge who was always a cheery, welcoming presence from morn till night. (2) Mr Folefa, the Concierge, who was most helpful from when we first arrived helping with our bags … right to last day helping us to call a cab to get to the airport. He even went out of his way and walked us some distance through the mall to find the Big Bus tour option on our first morning. (3) Ms Reika at Azur who made breakfast a nice experience with her attentiveness.
