We had an amazing first stay at Raffles Dubai. The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble.
Rooms were large and extremely comfortable and kept exceptionally clean.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about. We will definitely be returning in the future.

One thing i remembered the most about this hotel, is i didn’t have to get outside during my stay. There’s pool, there are restaurants, gym, even a mall attached to it. Overall great experience. As a small constructive feedback, the keypads on some of the lockers in the showering area were faulty.

We booked Raffles Dubai through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR) and had an excellent stay. The location is very convenient—close to both Dubai International Airport and Dubai Mall. The property itself is beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained, and every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and professional.
We had dinner at Solo Italian Restaurant, and the food was delicious and very authentic.
Unfortunately, we had an early flight and couldn’t experience their famous buffet breakfast. We asked if they could prepare something to take away, and the team went above and beyond. At 5:00 AM, they had an impressive breakfast packed for us with a wonderful variety of breads, pastries, cheeses, jams, and coffee. It was such a thoughtful touch and a perfect example of the service at Raffles.
I genuinely cannot think of a single negative about our stay. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, excellent food, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay. Hotel and services excellent as always. This is the second time we have come where club lounge on 10th floor has been closed. Bookings do not make people aware of this so disappointing as this was main reason for choosing this hotel
