This is my preferred hotel in Dubai having stayed at the Burj and I other 5 star plus hotels in Dubai over many years. The club room with balcony was as always an excellent choice and very competitively priced - excellent value staff truly offer 5 star service and the food is amazing

The stay was a mid-term family break in the sun, away from the cold and wet Winter in the UK. The hotel and grounds were really well-maintained, all areas were spotlessly clean and the floral displays for Valentine's Day and Ramadan, were spectacular. The food in the Salon and Solo were both good and reasonably-priced and the breakfast buffet in the Azur restaurant was really extensive - every requirement was catered for. The staff throughout were really friendly, polite and helpful - nothing was too much for them. The hotel location was good, adjacent to the Wafi Mall, the Dubai and Outlet Malls were easily accessible by taxi, again reasonably-priced. We spent an evening at Meydan races, again only a short taxi ride away as is the Gold Souk. All in all a memorable hotel with great staff. Book a Club Room for added value !
