Dear Raffles Dubai Team, I have been A. loyal guest of Raffles Dubai since 2010, when I spent my honeymoon at your hotel. I returned again in 2015 and 2018, and the level of service during those stays was truly exceptional and one of the reasons I have always held Raffles in such high regard. Unfortunately, during my recent stay, I was disappointed to see how much the overall experience has declined. From check-in, our suite was not ready, and after enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea, we had to return to reception ourselves to collect the room keys, only to be informed that our room had been changed. We finally accessed the suite at around 5:30 PM, only to discover that we had been allocated A. smoking suite despite our request for A. non-smoking room. The suite smelled strongly of cigarettes, and I also noticed that the furniture and carpets appeared dated and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was another disappointment. The lobby restaurant was overcrowded, and the atmosphere and seating arrangement did not provide the relaxing breakfast experience that I have always associated with Raffles. Finally, although our room was delivered significantly later than expected, our request for A. late check-out was accommodated only until 1:00 PM. In previous stays, Raffles had always shown flexibility and extended check-out times when circumstances warranted, which further highlighted the difference in service standards. As someone who has cherished Raffles Dubai for over 15 years and has many wonderful memories associated with the hotel, I am genuinely saddened and disappointed by the level the experience has reached. I share this feedback with the hope that it will be taken seriously and that the exceptional standards that once defined Raffles Dubai can be restored.

It's first time with Raffles Dubai, but was one of the best, great staff and helpful, clean, comfortable room with great cooling and furniture, good shower. Breakfast served in ground floor with plenty of choice's.

i had good luxorios stay at Raffles Dubai. Staff is good, food is good quality, room is pure luxury, even Club Room. I wanna thank Karl from breakfast, she made best morning smoothie i got. Also thanks for Rajupun from pool.
