​What an incredible experience! Our stay at the Sofitel was perfection from start to finish. The Spa team is absolutely eliteshoutout to Ricky, Salma, and Anna for the easy check-in, and to Ayu, Dwi, and Tatti for the best spa treatments of our lives! ​The kids had a blast with Crescence and Maria at the Kids Club, and Mohammad kept us motivated in the gym with great energy. Finally, the resort felt so pristine and inviting thanks to the tireless efforts of Nassir and Buddha. Thank you all for making our vacation so special. We will definitely be back!

Many thanks to the spa team, specially Ann and Maria on Spa Receptionist who took us through the menu and explained each treatment with love and care about our needs and requests , to the couple massage therapist we had with Ayu and Dwi , they were amazing and made us relax alot. Crescene at kids club took much care of our beloved kids, Nasir at the sauna area aswell, Mohamed at the Gym , and Ricky , you guys made our visit phenomenal

My wife and I had a great time at the Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk. A clean, hotel with nice rooms, courteous staff, good food, and many facilities to enjoy. A memorable positive experience throughout our stay especially during breakfast. Great quality and variety offered with a smile. I wish to extend my appreciation to Dashisha, Ramesh, Jobin, Sunitha for their professional service during our breakfast time. Would definitely go back to this hotel .

We stayed at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk from Boxing Day through to just after New Year, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our suite was absolutely superb, and checking in via Club Millésime set the tone immediately. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay — genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. A special mention must go to our butler, Vishna, who was simply outstanding and made everything feel effortless. Nothing was too much trouble. New Year’s Eve was a real highlight. Having our own private poolside cabana to watch the fireworks was magical and made the evening feel incredibly special. Club Millésime itself was excellent — both breakfast and cocktail hours were a joy, with fantastic service and a great atmosphere. The team were plentiful, attentive, and clearly well-led. The 360-degree views from the hotel are stunning and really elevate the experience. This is genuinely one of the better Sofitels we’ve stayed in — the team have truly captured the essence of the brand: understated luxury, warmth, and attention to detail. We had family visiting from across the GCC, including a little one, and the hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating. For a city hotel, the pool area is lovely, relaxed, and very well managed. We’ll absolutely be returning — and are already looking forward to coming back again during Ramadan. 🥰
