The welcome and check-in process was excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. There are a few areas that could be improved. The hot water and water pressure in the room were not quite adequate. In addition, the pillows were extremely soft. It would be great if the hotel could offer a wider variety of pillows, including medium-firm options for guests with different preferences. During check-out, there was only one staff member handling all guest enquiries around the 12:00 PM check-out period. The staff member was very professional, friendly, and always smiling, so this is not a comment about their service. However, the wait was longer than expected simply because one person was managing all the guests at a busy time. Lastly, my car was brought around later than expected, even though I had called from my room in advance to request it be ready. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and with these small improvements, the guest experience would be even better.
