We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the entire team. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist whenever needed. They were also very flexible in arranging a late check-out for us, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. What stood out the most was the support we received even after our check-out. My son was not feeling well, and the team went above and beyond to help us during that time. Their kindness and willingness to assist made a very stressful situation much easier for our family. A special thanks to Nixson, who was incredibly helpful, caring, and supportive throughout. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there were some inconveniences. I had reserved a single room; however, upon arrival, I was assigned a double room, and the bed was smaller than expected. Additionally, the access card I received at check-in did not work, which required me to return to the reception desk to have it reactivated.
