The hotel provides a welcoming atmosphere, and the overall hospitality extended by the staff contributed positively to our stay. The location is convenient, the property is well maintained, and the general service standards were satisfactory. The staff members were courteous and responsive whenever assistance was required. I would particularly like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Priyanka Bhatt for her outstanding hospitality and professionalism. She deserves special recognition for the way she interacted with guests and handled our requirements. She was extremely courteous, attentive, approachable, and genuinely committed to ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. What impressed me most was her willingness to listen to guest concerns and make every possible effort to assist. Her warm attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail made a significant difference to our overall experience. Employees like Ms. Priyanka Bhatt are a true asset to the hospitality industry and represent the values and service standards expected from an international hotel brand. I sincerely appreciate her efforts and wish her continued success in her career. However, one important area that requires considerable attention is the quality of food and the overall dining experience. The experience was ok... initially i booked an interconnected room but when i reached to the hotel, the room was not ready and the receptionist said that she didn't get and cant see any instructions that the interconnected room was booked. however, she gave the interconnected room but took a little while where approx 3:45 we received our second room. apart from this, there was no complimentary recreational activities, could be an advantage.
