Hello, There was the leakage in WC and none stop water was leaking and siphons refilling water which the noise doesn’t let u sleep. The mini bar was fully empty and wasn’t refilled and very bad smell was coming from the fridge. I wasnt explained the room window is facing internal courtyard and from the noise of courtyard u cant take rest, In general not satisfied and just stayed for 2 hours and paid the full amount and left as the condition wasn’t good to stay and impossible to get rest.

Location good, shuttle bus to mall and beach good, rooms clean and comfortable however more storage needed. We booked an all inclusive stay through Voyage Prive which we paid a £1200 extra for, but experienced many problems with it as staff did not know what we could have/not have on the package meaning every time we ate or drank we had to ask what was included which was very arkward. Reception staff told us one thing, food and beverage staff another and this left us very frustrated. Spoke to management regarding these issues but nothing really changed. Also no staff at the pool bar where you could supposedly get drinks and snacks and the bar was closed. This meant every time we wanted a drink, and it was extremely hot there so we did need hydration, my husband had to go to the life guard who phoned down to the food and beverage staff who then came upstairs to take our order then they went back downstairs to prepare it and come back up again with the drinks. This was ridiculous and on several occasions it took us 45 to 50 minutes to receive our drinks and in fact on one occasion it took so long that we were leaving the pool area to go on a trip so it was never received which was crazy and totally unacceptable. Eventually (on our last day!!) senior management spoke to us and apologised re our issues. They said they would spoil us throughout our last day to make up for some of our issues, but all we got was some ice cream and a mint drink on the morning, which are usually part of all inclusive anywhere else in the world anyway, so we weren't impressed. Hotel should not offer all inclusive package as they clearly weren't geared up for it and staff had no clue. Very disappointed in the hotel.

This is our second stay, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The apartment room service team, Ferah, Rajesh, Kamal, and Hari, did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and organized. Hari even had the hotel engineer come attend to a small request right away. A shout out to Sarah, Lydia, and Remelyn from the Apartment front desk for making sure we had a great stay. A big thank you to Priyanka from the Hotel front desk, who helped my family enormously with our requests and arranged our stay, she even made sure we got the same apartment we loved from last time. She's consistently professional and thorough when it comes to understanding our needs. Thanks also to HSU for making our checkout smooth. And as always, so much love and respect for Sandra, also from the front desk, who has practically become family to us. My three-year-old adores her and calls her "Aunty Sandra." Her warmth and professionalism make our son feel completely at ease, and she's a real asset to the company. We've stayed here so often that we've become familiar with so many of the staff, Eka, Griffin, Jamaica, and others, who took great care of us during our last stay as well and were just as kind this time around. Between the facilities, the location close to everything, the cleanliness, the excellent room service, the food, and the wonderful staff, we'll always choose Mövenpick Apartments for our stays in Dubai.
