We had an absolutely perfect stay! The location at Marina Bay is perfect for beach days or exploring the marina! The rooms are lovely, a bit dated, but still well-maintained! The hairdryer isn't very powerful and the shower leaks, but that's really nitpicking! The food is phenomenal! Always fresh and there was never anything missing from the buffet! We would especially like to mention the exceptionally friendly staff throughout the entire hotel! Especially Irene, the hostess in the restaurant, who already knew our names on the second evening – that's 5-star service! Ilya at reception immediately made us feel welcome and thanked us for being Accor members! We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this hotel for families!
