Struggled to open door to room - this was a problem at midnight with no staff. We bought 2 microfibre towels which were not in the rooms - would really like a refund on those!

Many problems with the key door, the code did not work, neither did the machine. The employee in charge said she would handle it and did not. Found ourselves at 1am without access to our room on new years.
