No electricity in my room. I have to change room at 2.00am! Very uncomfortable.

Good location, but not a **** hotel

We stayed a night as part of Zurich Tourism special offer "Erläb dis Züri". But honestly it was nothing special. In fact we were disappointed as we were treated just like a random traveller coming from the airport. Also the restaurant and the bar were closed so we were forced to go out for dinner. Could just have stayed at home...
