For a Saturday night no food or bar service. To me completely wrong since your are an airport hotel. Not much around the area for food. Restaurant I was to was good also closed so walked around to find food. Wouldn’t recommend to stay at this hotel again. Very disappointing Room was clean and tidy. Best part of the hotel.

I preferred Novotel since I heard from my friend and from the comments about the hotel. We stayed in room 403 with my wife and 2 kids (8 and 3). Pros - Features in the comments such as distance to the Zurich center, price-performance comparison and compatibility for families with children were the things make me choose this hotel. Cons - When we entered the Room 403, the smell was very bad in the room and toilet, spicy and urinal smell. A/C was open to circulate the air inside, but it was not enough so we tried to make it by opening the windows. All the bed linens, pillows were full of this smell. They looked clean but I guess they were not washed as it should be. Plus, the second bed (sofa, armchair for kids) was very uncomfortable, we had to sleep together (2 adults + 2 kids) at the main bed. The sofa must be replaced with a new one. Because it was late and we were tired, we just stayed and I did not inform reception at night. A valuable and famous with its cleanness and comfort, these cons should not come together with Novotel. While checkout, I gave all these info to the hotel manager (a blonde lady). She apologized and took the necessary notes. I can only recommend because of well location, good for families but the cons I stated above MUST be solved.

Location - 10/10 (Besides tram station) Value for money - 8/10 (This hotel have offered me late check out at 2.00 pm). Car Parking - 1/10 (Have to pay 20 CHF per day for a car parking, in Grindelwald, i only pay 5 CHF per day at 4 star hotel. Hard Rock Hotel in Davos offer free parking for their guest).

No priority check in Same breakfast for 5 days No welcome drink Front desk staff was rude and not friendly The telephone did not work and was not sorted for 5 days! When reminded the front desk the answer I got was “interesting” ! Nothing done after that!! How rude and disgusting is that !!
