The location is very convenient being just next to the tram which goes directly to the Airport and downtown. I originally thought that, due to having "Airport" in the name it would be closer to the actual airport. I think hotel door to check-in counter it is in total a good 25-30 min though. The room was nice, modern and I really liked the large sofa bed for our 12 year old son. It was also a good surprise to see Rituals bathroom amenities, a brand I like a lot. The part that was just ok was likely the service. Frankly you need to train your receptionist to smile. They look like they are bored with their job. I don't get your luggage management. The fact that you let guest come in and out of the luggage room by themselves is just opening you for an incident where something will at some point go missing. The door to the luggage room was wide open and, all day while out of the hotel, I was worrying whether someone will take my luggage without anyone noticing. I wonder also why you ask guest to add a label to each luggage and bad if it's not to check we take the correct one. Once again you are opening yourself up for incident and frankly again, this is basic service for a Novotel. Finally breakfast was quite chaos. I get this is an Airport hotel with many kids, but frankly the experience is not great. The choice and quality of items was not bad, but again it's down to service. We are asked to wait at the entrance of the restaurant for a staff, and finally it's just to get our room number, and not to be escorted to our table. When you come from Asia like me, it's quite a different world and expectations.
