Park sleep fly, was perfect. Hotel was quiet, staff was friendly, breakfast was very good and the location is also good.

I have stayed in this same hotel 5 years ago, but now it was a whole different experience. It has recently been completely renovated. All of what I could see is new: the room, the reception, the breakfast area, even the gym has now new machines. We were only stopping in Zurich for a night, but we had a very positive experience with the hotel and with all of the employees at check-in, breakfast and check-out. The only downside was that for whatever reason, the restaurant was closed on Saturday night, so we had to go somewhere else for dinner. Nevertheless, I will definitely stop over in this place again the next time I'm in Zurich.

Well located, nice room, unfortunately slippers were missing, I miss a minimum of Stationary such as a pen and small note pad

Attitude of receptionist was really bad. Never had this worse before. I’ve been a loyal customer for so many years, this is the first time I’ve something like this.
