The tram which takes us to the center of Zurich is outside the hotel and was extremely useful for us . The hotel itself was very clean, modern and tidy, with comfortable rooms, we did not receive room service on our second night but that’s fine. A great stay and we would come again.

Because of renovations timing

Location is very good.. Only 7 minutes to Zurich Airport by railway.. Beds and bathrooms are very clean and hygenic.. Carpets in the rooms are very old and needs to be changed urgently..

This hotel Is under going much needed renovations. However, that resulted in a less than ideal stay for us.

Hotel is poor; scuff marks on the walls, both in the rooms and corridors, stains on the carpets and a general air of disrepair and squalor. Staff are rude and helpful. No charging point/ adpators for phone - charging machine in lobby. Hotel under renovation so a building site. Loud. Location far from any tourist sites. Do not stay here.
