I am very satisfied about the room and its facilities. The breakfast is very extensive and offers everything one could wish for. It is also replenished regularly.

Restaurant close at 22h, bar at 23h (no opportunity to eat something), no shuttle to the airport, bad service. Will never come again and seriously considering stopping Accor.

Regarding your accommodation, we would like to clarify that, according to our system, you were upgraded upon arrival to one of our best rooms located on the 7th floor. We always do our utmost to offer upgrades whenever availability allows, especially to our loyal guests, and we are pleased to confirm that this was the case during your stay. Concerning our food and beverage offer, we would like to inform you that we provide a lunch service from Monday to Friday starting at 12:00 p.m. Our restaurant remains open until 9:45 p.m., and the bar is available for drinks until 11:00 p.m. Additionally, we have a vending machine with food and beverages accessible 24/7 for our guests’ convenience. On a positive note, we are delighted that you found our services to be good value and that your departure was smooth and hassle-free. Finally the reception area is finished and the bar! Just need more attention to detail on the repeat clients and their requests. Towels were not available upon check in due to an accident of the delivery but still I should have not asked twice for them to deliver to my room. I had to go the reception desk to pick it up late evening. Housekeeping should have made sure of this detail. Front staff were very friendly this time like the last time I stayed here. I think consistency is one of the key for people to come back at this location.
