Early check inn paid for. On arrival told no rooms available. Very dismissive staff. Did not even ask for our name to look up our details. Shabby hotel, carpets need replacement.

Close to airport and only if you are on budget.

Our proximity to the airport and the tram stop right in front of the hotel indeed makes it easy for our guests to travel to and from the airport and the city center. Carpets absolutely disgusting, phones to reception don’t work, irons only on 6th and 7th floor and don’t work properly. Tv about 20 years old so no connection. No Ysb plugs to charge anything Terrible place.

Cleaning not present, although cleaning ladies were very kind. All the blame is on the organization.

All good as usual. only comment is that breakfast was so busy and food was running out, there just is't enough space when big groups are in.
