Everything about this hotel is amazing. Location close to transport and supermarkets and parks, opening window for fresh air but when closed totally silent, the best reception staff that answered all my questions and helped with a Swiss Rail Pass. Would totally recommend.

The facilities did not match booking. The morning staff was not able to handle room assignments and taxi booking. The room has cobwebs.

As a business traveller, there’s nothing left for you here. The management has struck a deal with – overseas – travel agencies since several years now. In the mornings, it’s chaos at breakfast, with no seats left and many items no longer available. The restaurant has specialised in tapas, with the exception of a burger and a pork cutlet… In short, this ‘business’ hotel is no longer worthy of the Novotel name.

Room was comfortable but the room service was quite late, think about 4pm. We were back from our day trip out already and was resting. Breakfast was average.
