Dear Vojtech, thank you for sharing your experience at our Novotel Hamburg Central Station. We are pleased that you appreciated our convenient location close to the railway station and shopping district. Your satisfaction with our welcome drink and amenity is gratifying, and we are thrilled to hear that our commitment to sustainable food initiatives and reducing single-use plastics met your approval. Nonetheless, we regret to hear that certain aspects did not meet your expectations. We understand that the freshness of our establishment came with some residual smells from the recent construction, and we apologize for any discomfort this may have caused. Additionally, we are mindful of your comments regarding the parking situation and the absence of a special deal with the nearby public parking; we recognize this is an important aspect for our guests. Numerous times we have tried to make a deal with the proprietors, but they are not interested in providing a discount to our guest. As for the smart feature of the TV’s, the login in information and also view history can not automatically be deleted upon check out. As we try to protect our guests data as best as possible we have deactivated these features. Finally, we are delighted that you enjoyed our initiatives for a sustainable stay and that our efforts to create a welcoming and environmentally friendly atmosphere resonated with you.
