Great room, great size etc., but horrible lighting and pillows for sleeping

First time staying at the Novotel in Hamburg and it definitely wont be my last. The hotel is a very short distance from the main transport links at Central Station and also has one of the U-Bahn stations located right outside the hotel. This made travelling about the city so easy. The room was large, comfortable and warm and extremely quiet and peaceful. Check in was swift and reception staff extremely welcoming. Overall I was delighted with my 5 day stay at Novotel and will definitely book again when I return to Hamburg again.

Even though I stayed for one night, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very well laid out, the bedding and towels were very clean, as well as the toilette. It was also a very nice touch with the rituals soaps and the Nespresso coffee machine. I'm definitely repeating my stay when I visit Hamburg again.

Cozy small size of guestroom. Everything is good except the housekeeping staff forgot to refill coffee & Tea 3 days in a row. And there is 1 day that housekeeper forgot to make up the bed. Location is very good. Walking distance to Main Train Station. Front Desk officers are nice & polite. Bar staffs also nice and polite. Love the coffee Nespresso & good quality tea.
