when we checked in the person checking us in spoke broken, but almost acceptable German. We were not recognized or greeted as Platinum guests, there was confusion over our room numbers, I was not offered an upgrade. The cost of parking at the hotel is inappropraite, we saved 50% by going across the street. While you held our credit card details, you had wrongly only charged us for one room, I had to insist on paying for both. Were told the second room was a no show, while we stood at reception with keys to different rooms. Were promised an email follow up and copy of second payment. Neither has arrived, but money has been deducted from my credit card. Rooms seem nice, though the area around you is a complete mess due to public roadworks.

Good service at the reception, by the housekeeping and to the breakfast. The only negative experience was the lack of seats in the breakfast-area.

The hotel was good, but the Mysa restaurant was a disaster. On saturday upon arrival we booked a table and ordered three funky falafel, as I am a vegetation. Apparently they didnt have more - but instead of telling us they served us couscous salad and left over cheese from the breakfast buffet with meatballs. It was only upon looking at the menu again that we saw that there were no falafel, no hummus, no bulgur salad, no avocado and no feta cheese. It's a fair deal to run out of something, but to then lie to the customer is simply no go! I almost hope the chef will get fired! But of course the management decides. We will never recomend Mysa to anyone.
