I frequently travel to Hamburg a couple of times in the year. This hotel is newly opened - close to 2 years now. I have already stayed here 3 times since it has opened, and each stay has always been very pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are clean and well maintained. This is very important for me - the upkeep and hygiene levels. The front desk team were very warm and welcoming, and were quick to check me in. The location is also perfect - less than a 5 minute walk to the hauptbanhof (central station). Had a great stay and will be back again soon.
