Everything was good, but no one is picking up my phone at reception, I asked for bathrode twice and they just sent me a towel

I have stayed at the hotel several times during business trips, and it is always a pleasure to come back. I highly appreciate the welcoming staff, the clean and well-maintained rooms, the facilities available to guests, and not least the excellent breakfast. I am usually allocated a room with an extra bed, and it would be helpful if part of that space could instead be used for a small table and chair, making it easier to work on a laptop.
