Excellent hotel rooms are great bright and fresh all the staff are always helpful bar area is small but cosy and nice food in the hotel is great with ample portions and good prices the only one downside is you need to go for breakfast early as later there are cues waiting to be seated as we found on the Sunday when we went down for 8.30 so went back to our room and came back at 9.15 they were still queuing so went out and had something at a cafe but overall an excellent hotel and highly recommended

The cozy bar and generous portions at MYSA are certainly highlights we love sharing with our guests. That said, we regret the inconvenience during breakfast. Our buffet hours extend until 11:00 AM on weekends to accommodate various schedules, and we encourage guests to visit earlier for a seamless experience. Nonetheless, we’re glad our central location near Mönckebergstraße and Hauptbahnhof added convenience to your Hamburg explorations. Your recommendation as a Platinum member means the world to us. Stayed 4 nights when visiting Hamburg for the Christmas Markets. Room was spacious and well fitted. Bathroom was perfect with walk in shower. Safe and fridge in room, and a coffee machine as I had a room upgrade. Great bar tender who was very friendly and we chatted every night. Made me a fan of her Amaretto cocktail! I only had breakfast one day of the stay as I thought the cost of €29 was excessive. The morning I did try it, they had run out of plain white rolls - not what I expect for that price!
