Stayed 4 nights when visiting Hamburg for the Christmas Markets. Room was spacious and well fitted. Bathroom was perfect with walk in shower. Safe and fridge in room, and a coffee machine as I had a room upgrade. Great bar tender who was very friendly and we chatted every night. Made me a fan of her Amaretto cocktail! I only had breakfast one day of the stay as I thought the cost of €29 was excessive. The morning I did try it, they had run out of plain white rolls - not what I expect for that price!

Novotel Central Station Hamburg is well located in the centre of the shopping area and only a short walk from the Rathaus. There are great transport links to discover Hamburg's main tourist hot stops and the hotel staff are both welcoming and helpful making for a very comfortable stay.
