We were checked in by the hotel manager himself and he pointed out that guest satisfaction has the highest priority for him and it showed! He even called us up in the room shortly after accommodation - I never experienced something similar!

Perfect location, helpful staff. Clean and well looked after. We had an electrical problem in the room and suddenly we were without electricity and they got us another room almost in zero time! It would elevate the experience if they did a little move like some chocolate or a drink at the bar for the inconvenience but all good. Controls in the room for bathroom temp etc were a bit ambiguous so still not sure how these worked. Mattresses though weren’t great. Felt like synthetic dense foam that didn’t help with heat regulation and ended up waking up very warm in the middle of the night, all nights. Soundproof was immaculate, although right on the busy street you didn’t hear a single peep. Good sized room. Great the have coffee and tea facilities in room, as expected. Great little gym, only one day got crowded but perfect condition and well kept equipment.

I was allowed to check in early with small hiccup(given wrong room number). Room is in good size, good soundproof from the road traffic.bed is comfy. 5-6mins walk to central station. Shower cube water pressure and water temperature is good and consistent, but mind you, the wet floor is extremely slippery.

The room was nice. Clean, quiet, no noise from the street (or train station). Parkering okay easy to find. Location right next to everything in the central city center
