Dear Nayden, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted that you found our hotel\'s location to be super accessible, especially with the proximity to the U1 metro line, allowing for convenient travel around Hamburg. However, we regret to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand the importance of the little comforts that make a hotel stay feel more like home, such as sufficient cups for tea and coffee, as well as other amenities. While we aim to maintain a streamlined and modern approach in our rooms, your comments highlight areas for us to revisit. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the oversight in maid service and the condition of the ironing board. We are also sorry to hear that the bathroom did not include items such as a shower cap, which you rightly expected. We value your input as it helps us to improve our guest experience. We hope you were able to appreciate the vibrant city of Hamburg and its many attractions during your visit. We are delighted that you found our hotel\'s location to be advantageous, situated conveniently close to Hamburg\'s main train station, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. However, we regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to extend our apologies for the disappointment you experienced with the breakfast quality, specifically the freshness of the bread, and any lack of recognition you felt as a valued ALL - Accor Live Limitless Silver member. We understand these details are essential for an exceptional stay and appreciate your candid feedback. We are glad that you found our rooms spacious and clean, ensuring a level of comfort that we strive to provide to all our guests. However, we are disheartened to hear about the oversight with the handsoap in your room. We understand how essential it is to have such amenities available, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Our front desk manager will address this with his team. Concerning the room temperature, we appreciate your feedback and understand that comfort levels vary; our individually controlled air conditioning is designed to accommodate a range of preferences, and we regret if it did not fully meet your expectations. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you appreciated our central location, just a stone\'s throw from the main train station and the Mönckebergstraße underground station, making it convenient to explore the city\'s many attractions.
