Great Place to Stay in Hamburg

The Novotel is a short walk to Hamburg HBF. In addition, many of the things I wanted to see in the city were walkable. The room was clean and spacious. The only quibble is the amount the held on my card - AUD1200.00 for a 3 day stay that was fully prepaid (it was AUD1.00 for the next hotel I am at in Denmark). Not having access to such a large amount of money meant that I did not have the ability to purchase some tickets for events and sights. Thankfully, because I did not spend anything at the hotel, the money was released within 24 hours and I am able to access it again. But otherwise, it was great. Thank you.

Good location and service. Staff was very polite and effective. It was a pity we had to wait by the parking door in -4 for a few minutes every single time... that only makes you get into the hotel not on the best mood.

CAME TO ATTEND AN ART EXHIBIT IN A NEARBY GALLERY. HOTEL IS NEAR EXCELLENT SHOPPING AND OTHER RESRAURANTS IN ADDITION TO THE EXCELLENT ONSITE MYSA OFFERING. STAFF SUPER ATTENTIVE AND THE FOOD AND DRINK INCLUDES MANY LOCAL / REGIONAL OFFERINGS. WELL APPOINTED ROOMS AND PUBLIC AREAS.

Stayed one night as we travelled through Hamburg. It’s a new hotel and as such everything is fresh and luxurious. Staff were warm and friendly. Rooms super clean and comfortable, great sound proofing and very comfortable beds. Brilliant place to stay in central Hamburg.
