The check-in was very brief. There was no mention of my Gold status, which I have had at multiple other accor properties, or the associated benefits such as welcome drinks etc... I wasn't told anything about the WiFi or anything. It was "here's your key!" The room was decent but the bathroom had a bad smell most of the time we were there, like the drains were blocked somewhere else and causing the odour. Outside the front of the hotel were hundreds and hundreds of cigarette butts and litter.

The hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to the pedestrian street as well as the underground. The hotel is very nice and clean, modern design. Friendly staff.

Excellent hotel rooms are great bright and fresh all the staff are always helpful bar area is small but cosy and nice food in the hotel is great with ample portions and good prices the only one downside is you need to go for breakfast early as later there are cues waiting to be seated as we found on the Sunday when we went down for 8.30 so went back to our room and came back at 9.15 they were still queuing so went out and had something at a cafe but overall an excellent hotel and highly recommended

Our buffet hours extend until 11:00 AM on weekends to accommodate various schedules, and we encourage guests to visit earlier for a seamless experience. Nonetheless, we’re glad our central location near Mönckebergstraße and Hauptbahnhof added convenience to your Hamburg explorations. Your recommendation as a Platinum member means the world to us.
