The room is spacious. The breakfast is rich.

Great location for the Christmas markets, F. room sofa bed not big enough and uncomfortable. Foul smell in the hotel for some reason.

Downside was the breakfast buffet was overpriced..28 euro was too much for the choices that was served. Secondly the smart TV was not working no Netflix or YouTube either.local channels were in German which was no good to us.

Our TVs are equipped with a range of international channels in various languages to suit our guests, and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to the absence of Netflix and YouTube which is due to data protection issues. Local channels are only broadcast in the local language. I am afraid, luggage service is not one of the services we offer. We offer a luggage storage and luggage carts for our guests convinience. Finally, we are pleased to note that you were able to experience the serenity of our cozy LIVE N DREAM beds and that our central location enhanced your stay in Hamburg.
