Minimalistisch ingericht. Geen smaakgevoelige wanddecoratie, alles met mooie kleuren op elkaar afgestemd.

Beste gast, Fijn dat u de tijd nam uw beoordeling achter te laten. We zijn erg blij dat uw ervaring met Novotel Hamburg Central Station zo positief was. We zijn verheugd dat u de locatie van ons hotel en het minimalistische interieurdesign kon waarderen, waarbij warme kleuren harmonieus op elkaar zijn afgestemd voor een sfeervolle ambiance. Het is fantastisch dat u de nabijheid van het treinstation en de metro benadrukt, wat reizen door Hamburg moeiteloos maakt. Daarnaast streven we ernaar om een moderne en rustgevende omgeving voor onze gasten te creëren, vrij van overmatige decoratie, om een gevoel van rust en ruimte te bevorderen. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie die Sauberkeit und Ruhe in Ihrem Zimmer sowie unser reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot genossen haben. Es ist unser Ziel, unseren Gästen einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Dennoch bedauern wir, dass die Stabilität des Zusatzbetts nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach und auch, dass Sie bei der Buchung Schwierigkeiten hatten. Wir verstehen, dass dies zu Unannehmlichkeiten führen kann und entschuldigen uns dafür. Bitte seien Sie versichert, dass wir Ihr Feedback ernst nehmen und nach Möglichkeiten suchen, um solche Situationen in Zukunft zu vermeiden. We arrived at around 10pm at the hotel and the reception was empty. We had to go to the bar to ask for reception personnel to assist us to get our keys as we have already checked in online. We used to have 2 welcome drinks per room, but only received 1 drink per room this time... The rooms were quite nice and the amenities were incredible. However, the shampoo was empty, the sink soap was nearly empty. We never bothered with asking for assistance as we were leaving early the next day. The bar people were exceptional. They were quite helpful and very friendly. The location is great! It was near the train station which we usually use when in Europe.
