Nice: design, reception, location, breakfast, Hafencity, Heimat! Bad: construction area in window, absence of sleepers and shoe kit in room, absence of cleaning in first day of accomodation.

I love the atmosphere, crazy and cosy decoration. Shared area are really nice and colored. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is perfect. Location is great. I'll for sure come back.

We just had the most amazing stay in this incredible hotel. The whole hotel is designed under the theme of the sea - the room, the workshop to put messages into bottles, boat pieces a bit everywhere - without forgetting all the cosy living room with original vinyls and beautiful books, the photo booth, the Atari, the sauna with the view on the harbor... everything’s done to make feel home and stay. You just want to stay all day long. It was the birthday of my wife and a cute note with toy-cake and candles were waiting for her in the bedroom. I had as well asked for a view on the harbor if possible and my wish has been nicely fulfilled. In short it was just perfect. A nice addition to it: the restaurant heimat located within the hotel is as cosy and amazing as the rest. Without forgetting all the people from the hotel and the restaurant, who were simply incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you for that !!!

Dear Melanie Thank you for your feedback and let me take the opportunity to explain. We have a Nespresso Maschine in all of our L Rooms - otherwise, we are happy to prepare a water boiler for you. But maybe you will find our larger rooms nice as well. The Shower is not broken. Due to the freezing weather and the location of the sauna we had to turn off the water. Otherwise, it would destroy the pipes when the water gets frozen. I am sorry for the inconveniences it happens maybe2 -3 weeks every year, that its too cold for the waterpipe :( So next time I am sure you can enjoy the sauna and the shower. great location in the newly red-done harbor; 12 mins walk to Elbphilharmonie, 3 minutes to Underground Station, a handful off coffee shops and restaurants within 5 mins walk; liked the creative design of the rooms, good WiFi; however service levels are not quite there yet, staff is very willing to help, but all processes appear new and untested. check-in was painfully slow...
