Shower didn’t have great pressure and leaked a lot. The bed was next to the door so you could hear everything and the window didn’t fully seal so you could hear the heavy trafficated road outside. AC can only change 1 degree up or down and in a stuffy room, doesn’t make that much difference. For two people, two dogs and car parking we ended paying 525 euro which is a bit steep for a low cost hotel

Location is great for central Hamburg. Very clean and looked after. It is on a main road and the first room i was given had a broken window so could hear the oncoming traffic. Quickly the staff changed my room and got a nice one. Pillows were lumpy, old and tired and the mattress... way too hard for side sleepers. The combination made it very uncomfortable to sleep and i woke up in pain 2 nights in a row.

Clean and quiet. I was disappointed when leaving on Sunday at midday when the bar wouldn’t serve me a sandwich. There is a bar menu on the lift wall but when I asked for the ham sandwich at the bar they told there was no food served
