While rooms are clean and well equipped, service is quite poor. No welcome at check-in but just an anonymous waiting. 11:30 pm upon check-in we asked for a snack but they said that there was no food available even though it was advertised in the room a 24h snack service. Restaurant service extremely poor: mistaken order, dirty dishes never collected during NYE buffet dinner. We ended up with dozens of dishes on the table. Understand it is a 3* hotel but basic courtesy is expected. Some staff doesn't speak english even though we are in Germany!

Liked the modern room-design (especially the absence of the one-plastic-piece-bathroom), bed was fine, internet worked well. Has asked for a room on top-floor close to the elevator during online check-in and got it - very happy about this and the fact that somebody apparently read my request.

Excellent location by the Steinstrasse U-bahn and the Hbf. Bathroom with non-slip, non-flood shower was a good size. Until packing to leave, I did not realise that I had a coupon for a free drink.

Everything went great. We got the specific handicap room we asked. The bed was very narrow though and when you are two people you need two duvets. One for each person.

Hard uncomfortable beds only 1 pillow Constant noise from outside all through the night. No bath. Shower had no pressure.

Great location. 15 minutes from of the main atractions. Breakfast very good but do not have a bread toaster. This is so strange. It is my first time that I have been in a hotel without a bread toaster. Small rooms but confortable.

We enjoyed the stay, although the rooms ar rather small. The breakfast was outstanding and the personnel very helpful. Only the Fish and Chips in the restaurant were not at level.
