I checked in online and just had to identify myself and get my room key, but that wasn't the case. I don't understand why they waste your time checking in online if you don't even have a room assigned to you. Room: There was dust in the corners of the bed and behind the TV, but that wasn't the worst part. There were hairs on the mattress, the headboard was completely covered in dust, and when I moved the mattress, I was surprised to find trash (a lip balm and a black balloon) covered in dust. The carpet was poorly vacuumed. If there is a phone in the room, it is for a purpose... to work. It is not a decoration because it simply did not work. Breakfast: The €19 price tag is unjustifiable because: The scrambled eggs were completely dry and cold. The beans were cold. The ham was dry. The orange juice tasted more like water with flavoring. The bacon was too greasy and crumbly. The croissants were cold. The only good thing was checking out, as I just left my card in an acrylic box. I was never given a receipt for the deductible on the room payment. One can overlook anything, but dirt is unacceptable. Even if you pay for the room with Accor points and a deductible, that does not justify finding a room in poor condition. I have never had such a bad experience at any hotel, which I will report to Accor.

Die von Ihnen beschriebenen Zustände im Zimmer – Staub, Haare auf der Matratze, Abfälle unter dem Bett sowie ein nicht funktionierendes Telefon – sind absolut inakzeptabel. Dafür gibt es keine Rechtfertigung. Wir haben Ihr Feedback umgehend mit unserer Hausdame und dem verantwortlichen Team besprochen und werden die Reinigungs- und Kontrollprozesse nochmals deutlich verschärfen. Sauberkeit ist eine grundlegende Erwartung, die jederzeit erfüllt sein muss. Auch Ihre Kritik am Frühstück nehmen wir sehr ernst. Kalte oder qualitativ unzureichende Speisen entsprechen nicht unserem Standard – insbesondere nicht bei dem aufgerufenen Preis. Wir werden die Abläufe in der Küche sowie die regelmäßigen Temperaturkontrollen überprüfen und entsprechend nachsteuern. Bezüglich des Online-Check-ins bedauern wir, dass der Prozess für Sie nicht wie erwartet funktioniert hat. Ziel ist es selbstverständlich, Ihnen Zeit zu sparen und den Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten. Deswegen können Sie Ihre Daten schon vorab eingeben. Die Zimmerzuteilung erfolgt immer erst vor Ort. Ebenso tut es uns leid, dass Sie als ALL Silver Mitglied weder ein angemessenes Maß an Anerkennung noch ein Willkommensgetränk erhalten haben. Das hätte nicht passieren dürfen. Bitte entschuldigen Sie dieses Versäumnis. Selbstverständlich finden Sie Ihren Getränkevoucher in der App, so wie immer. Sollten Sie Ihre Rechnung über den Selbstbehalt noch benötigen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte direkt – wir lassen Ihnen diese selbstverständlich umgehend zukommen. Herr W., wir verstehen Ihren Ärger und Ihre Enttäuschung sehr gut. Gerade als loyales Accor-Mitglied hätten Sie eine deutlich bessere Erfahrung verdient. A very good reasonably priced hotel not far from the railway station. Good breakfast. Very nice, comfortable room. It's true that I'm probably not the most demanding of guests ( ! ) but I couldn't fault it.
