I made a booking. Showed up, paid in full, stayed the whole time. Somehow, my booking was marked as no-show, causing me to get charged a 187 euro fee - while I was still in the building as I had extended my stay. I talked to the front desk staff, they couldn't help. I talked to booking.com, they said they contacted you, and you were unable to confirm I stayed. I emailed you directly, you never replied. Utter incompetence.

What I expected compared to the price. Road works made the logistics more challenging and would have been nice to know in advance. Not sure what the purpose what from delivering the names as check in still required manual process and took time

Nice breakfast, nice stuff, confortable rooms, good bed. I missed the coffee in the room, with the water bojler and Tee. Also a welcome water in the room would be nice.
