As a regular g., it's a pleasure to feel welcome on each of my stays in the hotel. Yes, the hotel itself wouold benefit from a real refresh in terms of equipments (the elevators are so slow, equipment in the room are showing some signs of exhaustion, like fridges or bathrooms equipment leaking or not evacuating at all, but maintenance is always acting promptly), but the Team in its entireity is great !

good experience. There were some misunderstanding but I consider language barrier caused the minor issues at check out. Little bit of leak from the toilet but service good, clean and tidy. Expensive parking - not free for quests, this is unusual for some visitors, but maybe standard for Germany. Very little minors. I will visit again during my next trip to Hamburg.

Reception Employees are not nice, not kind. I don’t think that they are happy in their job or if they get enough education to hotel and hospitality! They do not smile, they do not say any pleasant words. They do not give you any instructions, suggestions, informations. For example there is garage maintenance work and sometimes you don’t finde a place to park your car, they know that but they don’t offer any other options or suggestions. Accidentally I saw a small paper for the parking areas near to the hotel. About that told me nobody of them. Another example, I wanted to order a meal and I asked a normal question if the meal with or without a Drink. The answer was “here is not McDonalds”. I find this is not respectful. Price-Service of 4 stars hotel very expensive and low quality service. For example They don’t offer daily room service!! It is generally a bad experience and I don’t recommend this hotel in this beautiful city!

Very nice staff, rooms are clean and spacious and the price is right. The neighborhood is pretty dicey with a big road, lots of construction and lots of homeless near there. Also the parking construction was a surprise after booking the room.
