Well located, very basic

The hotel is located close to everything, train station, restaurants and shopping but very very basic. Very warm inside rooms and windows cannot open, heating in rooms but no cooling.

Dear Jane, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found our hotel's location convenient. We regret to learn that you found the room to be very basic and warm. Please note that our rooms are equipped with heating for the colder months. and for cooling in the summer months. During your 10 days stay we registered six time "go green skip the clean doorhanger" at you door. This means you will be compensate on your all account with 100 points per day. One day you ordered no Service. For changing the bedsheets there is another communication in the room, which has to be placed on the bed. We apologize this missunderstanding. Easy access from the central station, not very far to the city. Room and bed was good. I was not really happy with the breakfast selection.
