Good friendly personal, but the room has been very pure and minimalistic. sadly the Window has been covered with plastic sheets

I was checked into a room with building work Directly outside. No mention of it until you arrive in the room. I asked to change to other side of building. Why not give me that option first? I’m Silver member. Also no welcome drink .
