Disappointing not to have an iron or kettle in room and luckily looks like the rooms have had a recent refurb Additional door in room good idea and breakfast bette than expected

Placed in an accessibility room which I didn’t ask for. I constantly banged my legs into the shower seat on the wall, injuring myself. No air conditioning in the room even though there is a thermostat. The gentleman managing the breakfast kiosk told me I would need to pay for breakfast to sit with my colleagues even after I told him I don’t want to eat anything (I never eat breakfast). That’s absolutely ridiculous. We will likely move our entire group booking to another property moving forward each year.

On the second day morning, the whole floor was undergoing a massive room renovation work throughout the floor, with noise and dust, leading to a very bad internal environment. My skin was allergic and cannot tolerate this thing happening.
