Annoying light switch location and poor shower

The rooms have strange touch panel light controllers which are behind the bed, just above pillow height. They don't work all the time, so are frustrating to use, but also if you move your arms above your head at night at all, you can catch them and switch the lights in the room on (as happened to us). The rooms are very basic, with a separate toilet but the shower and sink are in the room itself. The shower in our room was weak and with variable temperature, so not a nice experience. Location is pretty good for the station. Reception oddly closed at 18:00 although was open in the Ibis next door for any issues.
