We stayed over New years Eve. Perfect location, walking distance to Everything. Nice breakfast buffet for cheap money. You get what you see with the room. Nice room service. Big showet but in room but toilet separate.

The room was well maintained and serviced daily. The breakfast was excellent, and there was a wide variety. Staff at Reception was also very friendly and was willing to help.

Not good sleep. With the window closed, there was enough difference in air pressure on either side of the building for a loud shrieking draft to be emitted from the edge of the door. With the window open, that noise stopped but we had to endure the noisy train tracks outside. Bed was ok, but pillows were thin and uncomfortable. Toilet walls were dirty.

I liked the location and price. Sadly, the wall in the bathroom had brown marks. During checkout, the person at front desk was not positive. But on a more positive note, the person during checkin was really helpful

The reception was great, but our rooms were super hot and we couldn't really open the windows because of the train station.

We stay often at ibis hotels and know what to expect regarding service and rooms: basic, but modern and clean. The room was quiet enough despite it facing the railway tracks. The location close to the main railway station and U-bahn was a plus. I find the price just a bit high but still below the average for such location.

My stay was as expected for a Budget Ibis, but there was one problem - the air-conditioning in room 423 was not working properly, and the room was very hot. I noticed that the room-staff had left the window open when I returned, so I assume that this was passed on to the maintenance staff ?

Nice and clean hotel with friendly personnel.

Arrival, parking and check-in was easy going. The room was already available, so we could drop of our language. Perfect. Room was clean, everything works. Hot shower. There is no more you need.
