We got a very good family offer of two rooms. The rooms are good size for our family (parents and 1 year old). The breakfast was amazing. A lot of different things to choose from. Worth the 13€ /person price.

Room is same as all Ibis Budget rooms in other countries. Location is near Hanburg HBF, about 10mins walk which is perfect. Room was clean when ww arrived but the AC wasn’t working. It says it was centrally controlled but it was a warm July night and we were toasting. Reception closed at around 22:30 hence no one to report it to. €104 a night, is not cheap for a budget hotel.

The worst experience ever! We arrived at the hotel at 11 pm, they put us in a Room with a door without a veranda, and they knew that we had 3 kids! Very dangerous! We could open the door and then almost fall from the third floor. On the lob/ reception is a girl with bad humor, and so disrespectful about how she treated is. The amazing thing from this experience was a guy, who works a breakfast time, he helped us with questions, and was so gentlemanly!

Bed bugs

We woke up after our first night on the 4th floor with bed bugs crawling all over us. The staff responded well which is why I haven't given the lowest rating, and we were swiftly given another room for our second and last night. However, we've all suffered bad sleep and anxiety since, and I've lost a day of my holiday so that I could fully decontaminate our belongings so we don't spread the pest or bring them home. I expect a refund for this first night.

Very disappointed that no coffee maker in rooms
