We understand that the minimalist concept of our hotel did not meet your expectations and regret that the room layout and furnishings were disappointing for you. While our brand focuses on offering essential comfort at an affordable price, your suggestions regarding additional room storage, more pillows, and improved cleanliness are very helpful, and we will carefully review them with our team. Regarding the location, it is true that we are ideally situated for train travelers, but we also understand how proximity to specific attractions can influence overall satisfaction — thank you for pointing this out. The city center is only a 5 min walk as well as the harbourcity. You can reach the Alster and the town hall in 15 min walking distance...
