bathroom dirty and staff unfriendly when confronted

Comfortable and convenient for the railway station

Stayed overnight en route from Utrecht to Oslo by train and ferry. The hotel was close enough to walk from the station with our luggage. Our room was comfortable though the shower was a little small. The entrance to the shower was tight and may not be possible for a pregnant woman to get into, for example. It was nice to have access to the bar in the neighbouring hotel.

Nice and good location

This is a simple but good hotel. The rooms are not big, but clean, and the breakfast good. The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to most of the attractions in Hamburg. I can recommend the hotel

Good location with easy access to Hamburg´s central station. The bedroom was clean with good shower. Breakfast was simple but well served.

Well located place. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Clean room and hotel in general. Breakfast options are very less, if i had known, i would not have breakfast at the hotel. Room is very small, not good for longer stays or families with multiple kids. No wardrobe in the room.
