Worst Fairmont Rude Staff at Breakfast

Worst Fairmont I have ever been. Only good part is housekeeping. I waited at the breakfast 1 hour for my warm breakfast and coffee to come but it did not arrive. I told the hostess at the breakfast that I did not have any warm breakfast she told me in an agressive way "but you had cold breakfast". The cold buffet is also very bad, there was no good selection of cheeses.

A short stay, regrettably, but i can visit this part of Germany without visiting one of the worlds great hotels. Yes the actual hotel is stunning, beautiful in the snow, this is only exceeded by the exceptional service by all team members.

We stayed a night in order to avoid commute after having spend an evening with visiting friends in Hamburg. The Vier Jahreszeiten proved to be a perfect location to make this evening a very special one.

All great but firstly priority not given to guest dining in the restaurants, nor pre warning of this issue. Our issues started at booking time when the 3star restaurant was to ring us back about a reservation. This was in August. We had to contact the hotel three times they did not ring us back. When we did get to speak to the restaurant no apology! When we arrived in the hotel I ask the front desk to book us a restaurant for the 24th dec. knowing this might not be easy the front desk promised to reserve a table in the hotel grill and then try to find an outside restaurant. Once again no call back. So I went back to the desk to confirm and was told the grill was booked and they would revert ref outside restaurant. The follow day I yet again went to the desk as I heard nothing, I was told they had no record of grill reservation or outside restaurant reservation. Eventually they got us a table at a restaurant but too much hassle and stress,
