The warm reception, stunning location and views, and the people who make this hotel so special create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality felt everywhere. Even the reservation process ahead stood out with its personal care and attention, building excitement long before arrival. Dinner at Restaurant Grill was a highlight — exceptional food, a first-class DJ, great music and ambiance made it an unforgettable evening. Worst Fairmont Rude Staff at Breakfast

Worst Fairmont I have ever been. Only good part is housekeeping. I waited at the breakfast 1 hour for my warm breakfast and coffee to come but it did not arrive. I told the hostess at the breakfast that I did not have any warm breakfast she told me in an agressive way "but you had cold breakfast". The cold buffet is also very bad, there was no good selection of cheeses.
