I’ve had the pleasure of stayed by at the hotel on a number of occasions as a couple. This occasion was business and I have to say that the room was not the usual standard that I’ve been accustomed to. From that perspective it was somewhat disappointing however, everything else was more than perfect. The staff are always professional and courteous.

This is a Four Seasons, lovely, luxury hotel set on the lake. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms so well-appointed. Our room was a good size and the bed extremely comfortable. There is plenty of choice for breakfast. The Asian restaurant downstairs is first class.
