Great stay and service. Sharing feedback to help improve service: - When I checked in both female agents were assisting other guests, a gentleman then came from the back to assist in middle terminal, he looked new like first week. Said room was not ready and will receive a text or call once ready, never got a call or a text… came back to desk at 3:20pm for my keys. - Concierge advised to take train to airport due to marathon, said there were elevators, however had to carry my bags down regular stairs with escalators were to go up not down. - Bellman who brought bags into room did not use name usage nor provided a room orientation, just placed bags inside closet and left. - Lady by coffee shop very professional, helpful and friendly!
