I have booked this hotel for business travel to Hamburg, As an international traveller coming for business purposes I was always tried to feel out of place at this accomodation. whether it was entering the hotel being asked by security guard to confirm my identity when he has already seen me earlier or during the breakfast when I asked for omelette with vegetables only, I was asked for my religion. Additionally, I have been doubly charged on my credit card due to some technical reasons which I am still struggling with. I hope this review will be able to provide better insights and urge you to provide better experience to the international business travellers

Restaurants in the hotel were short staffed. Waited 30 minutes to get the waiter to take our order after I complained.
