Very friendly and helpful reception. All staff during my 6 days stay displayed a polite and professional demeanor. You Christmas decorations were exceptionally tasteful and beautiful and provided additional welcome feeling.

It was an okay stay, but not quite what we expected from your restaurants. We were on a Christmas trip to Hamburg with our children. At breakfast, the staff seemed somewhat confused, even though there were many employees. One of us waited more than an hour for an omelet, and in the end, we left without food for that person. At dinner in The Grill, the staff also seemed confused at times, and when pouring water or other drinks into the glasses, they did it so quickly that they spilled on the tablecloth. Perhaps this is a German custom, but it’s certainly not a pleasant experience. We will stay at the hotel again but will opt for dinner in the city and perhaps even have breakfast elsewhere.
