The room was very bice and a cair enough cair. But have had a problem with flood water in the box after shower. That was a bad thing in the stay and motives my grade.

The hotel is located in a quiet but also convenient area. Breakfast even serves fresh-cooked omelettes. Note: the hotel's email address: "hb…" does not work. We sent pickup request four times by emails but never heard of anything from the hotel. We were ended up taking a yellow taxi from BOG airport to the hotel. Its driver charges us COP100,000. Uber would be COP36,000. The hotel booked a tourism taxi which was much luxurious than regular one for our return trip to the airport. It was only COP75,000. So don't take taxi, especially the yellow ones. Uber is everywhere and very cheap.

The breakfast is just ok. Could have more variety especially for extended stays. I think you are understaffed in the restaurant. Great housekeeping/laundry service.
