Good location near the office, in a nice zone of the city. Room is not at Mercure level, need to be refurbished. No heating system available, it was cold. Poor breakfast selection and dinner food is not good

We understand that the main inconvenience was the lack of a heating system in the room. We would like to inform you that the hotel does not have a heating system as such; there is only air conditioning to adjust the room temperature, which affected your comfort, as well as the quality of breakfast and dinner. We assure you that we have taken note of your comments regarding the need to renovate the rooms to maintain Mercure standards. On your next visit, if your room is very cold, we have small heaters that can be brought to the room to provide a warmer stay. Best regards, Mercure Calle 100

I have been to Bogota on 4 different occasions and chose Mercure this time for the location. I felt the staff seemed very unhappy, which does not fall on them, but rather the management as everyone seemed unhappy. The breakfast situation was very sad to be honest. What was out was beyond basic and when i asked for eggs, they never came out. The air conditioner was broken. Also i believe that if there is construction going on which shakes everything, perhaps the customer should know before check in and not on arrival. Also, you are emailing me with the name of my guest. These are the little details that show this location is giving up. This was a disappointment
