I have been to Bogota on 4 different occasions and chose Mercure this time for the location. I felt the staff seemed very unhappy, which does not fall on them, but rather the management as everyone seemed unhappy. The breakfast situation was very sad to be honest. What was out was beyond basic and when i asked for eggs, they never came out. The air conditioner was broken. Also i believe that if there is construction going on which shakes everything, perhaps the customer should know before check in and not on arrival. Also, you are emailing me with the name of my guest. These are the little details that show this location is giving up. This was a disappointment

A very good experience I had at the hotel. Need to have more beer at the restaurant since they didn t had more for our group at the table and we only had 2 beers each one
