Is the eighth time I stay in this location we love the quietness walking distance to the mall and service from the Front Desk. Breakfast was great and very comfortable mattress really hot water and great Internet.

The team is always trying to get pay for any question: not coffee capsule because the cleaning lady did not put back, you have to pay, you ask for laundry no invoice receive, you have to pay beforehand and the full period without even being able to cancel 1 night even if staying for 2 weeks in total, no suport to client. I have never experienced such a bad experience with Mercure. The smell of breakfast in your room, the noise, no light, internet cuts.

The location is great, but the hotel does not offer many services. Staff are unfriendly and rarely help the guests. We had to amend our booking, and staff just refused to do that. The hotel did not honor the rate offered in our corporate plan. The room had an issue with hot water that was not resolved. The safe did not work. With so many accommodation options around the area, this hotel does not make a difference, and appears to offer limited value for money.
