Loved the location of the hotel. Everything was really close, especially Zona T, restaurants, clubs etc. It didn’t have AC but since it was cold outside being able to have opened windows was very nice so we really didn’t need an AC. Would recommend 100%

My experience was the very best I've had in any hotel due to the professionalism, caring, dedication and efficient work of all employees, under the supervision of Victoria. Thanks to her, Cesar. Leonardo, Diana, Blanquita, Liliana and the rest of the team, my stay at Mercure Hotel bh El Retiro was a beautiful and rewarding experience. They all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay at the hotel. I do recommend this Mercure Hotel to everyone who will travel to Bogota,looking for a great hotel experience.
