I recommend the place for its location near Zona T and several malls, banks, etc. It is very accessible and in a safe zone of Bogota. The personnel was really helpful and supportive.

Located in a residential neighbourhood and faces a park. We were upgraded to a privilege room (704) because of our Accor status. The room is towards the back of the hotel and away from the street. The room was basic but comfortable. No heating or cooling but we didn’t miss it. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Had a soup at lunchtime just across the park at Arbol del Pan -Nogale only COP 15000 each.

Had the morning breakfast there and was food poisoned. Stayed in bed for two days during my stay at the hotel. =\

Mr. Wen We have taken the time to respond to you as we were investigating what happened. However, we had no reports of other people getting sick from the food in the restaurant.
