During my stay, one lift was permanently not working and the other lift also stopped working when I had to go up to my room to the 7th floor. The next day, during checkout, the lift was not working again and I had to carry my luggage down the stairs from the 7th floor, which was very inconvenient.

Mecure hotel is a great location, safe and has a wonderful complementary breakfast option. It has a gym and good customer service. Feedback for growth: The room was hot and cold, not easy to regulate the temperature, made it difficult to sleep. The door outside was locked and needed someone to be available at all hours in the front at times they weren't around.
