Mecure hotel is a great location, safe and has a wonderful complementary breakfast option. It has a gym and good customer service. Feedback for growth: The room was hot and cold, not easy to regulate the temperature, made it difficult to sleep. The door outside was locked and needed someone to be available at all hours in the front at times they weren't around.

Great stay from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. Housekeeping was excellent; our room was kept in perfect condition every day. Breakfast was a real treat too. The location was ideal with everything right on our doorstep, which made the whole trip feel really relaxed. The room had everything you could need — toiletries, hair dryer, all the little extras that make a stay comfortable. My friend and I had an amazing time. Would absolutely recommend.

I stayed at the hotel last year and this year. The location is perfect in a safe area of Bogota. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions, so getting around is very easy, even without a car. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere with very friendly staff at the front desk. Everything was well taken care of, and the amenities make the stay even more comfortable. The rooms were immaculate. The cleaning staff did an amazing job from when you first walk into your room on check in, and on the daily cleanings. What I liked most is the consistency. Both times I stayed, everything was amazing! The service, the staff, and cleanliness are always top-notch. The hotel offers breakfast in the mornings. There is a variety of options and everything is fresh which is a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again next time and I highly recommend it.
