Front desk and food service was extremely slow and unfriendly.

It's well located but the bedrooms are super small and I reserved 1 bed plus sofa bed and I only got 1 bed which was very small. The room is super dark, the toilet was very old and a bit broken. There is rust on many places. I couldn't even close the toilet door because it was broken which is very bad for privacy. The breakfast is not good, there are good amount of options but not very tasty or good quality. I would not stay ever again here. I prefer to pay more but for better amenities in other hotel.

Staff was friendly and responsive, my room was comfortable and there was immediate hot water in the shower. The only negative was that the entrance to the hotel was hard to find. Better signage would be helpful.
