Too much noise, rooms should be more soundproofing because the hotel is located within a zone very actively for parties nights. Also, this is the Ibis I have stayed in with the smallest rooms, very uncomfortable to watch TV and the bed is not aligned within the TV. I did arrived in crutches and got no help of no one from the service desk and got no prior attention; also got a room very far from the elevator, not logic for someone in crutches.
