The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast. My big issue was that the outside door is locked at night and requires the receptionist to let you in. No-one was there one time I arrived so I was left for several minutes standing alone on the street corner, obviously vulnerable. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel for people travelling alone, especially other women. Also I was told by one staff member I could have a late check out but then a different staff member on the day told me it was impossible - that meant needing to change my plans at the last minute and was very inconvenient.
