IonutTirlea Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

The staff was shockingly rude, leaving me feeling completely unvalued. I had to endure endless waits just to check in and out, as if my time meant nothing. Also, my Accor status was completely disregarded. The breakfast was an absolute disaster—definitely not worth paying extra for. This one night stay was nothing short of a nightmare and, without a doubt, my worst experience with All Accor.

The room was OK, small improvement would make it better. The washbasin and water tap were in bad position, too far one from each other and water was splashing around. The breakfast was disappointing. The hotel does not have own restaurant and breakfast is prepared in limited condition. Not all food prepared in this limited condition was OK.
