Upon arrival, due to high occupancy, there were no rooms available until 3:00 PM or even later. The room itself was comfortable, but the walls are quite thin, which makes it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast definitely needs significant improvement. At 9:40 AM on a Sunday, there was practically nothing left. They did not make eggs to order because there were “too many people requesting them.” The only option available was very dry scrambled eggs. That was literally all they had. The bread selection was very basic, both coffee pots were empty, and the coffee from the machine was extremely watery. Overall, the breakfast experience was quite disappointing.

The Breackfast service is 6 am - 9:30 am, and week to 7am - 10 am weekend. The lack of fresh options by 9:40 a.m., the unavailability of made-to-order eggs, and the insufficient, low-quality coffee and bread selection are unacceptable for a hotel of our caliber. We have already shared your feedback with our Food & Beverage team and are currently reviewing our breakfast procedures—including replenishment, preparation, and service protocols—especially during high-demand weekends. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we sincerely hope for another opportunity to welcome you back and deliver the consistently excellent experience you deserve. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast. My big issue was that the outside door is locked at night and requires the receptionist to let you in. No-one was there one time I arrived so I was left for several minutes standing alone on the street corner, obviously vulnerable. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel for people travelling alone, especially other women. Also I was told by one staff member I could have a late check out but then a different staff member on the day told me it was impossible - that meant needing to change my plans at the last minute and was very inconvenient.
