The room was clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast options were typical for a standard continental breakfast and it was tasty. The only drawbacks for me were the water in the shower took forever to heat up, the bathroom sink was separate from the rest of the bathroom, and the decor directly across from the bed was the darkened silhouette of a woman walking towards you. There last was especially uncomfortable when you awake in the middle of the night with sleep paralysis.

Excelent stay, the room was good, comfortable, clean. However in the counter when we did check in we present the passport for eximit tax, but not accept, and in out case in other hotels allways they do it

Estimado E., Reciba un cordial saludo de parte de todo el equipo del Hotel Mercure Zona Financiera, Hemos revisado detenidamente su caso y queremos presentar nuestras más sinceras disculpas por el incidente ocurrido durante su última estancia. Es correcto que los usuarios del sistema Biomig no reciben sellos en el pasaporte. Según el Concepto 3522 de 2025 de la DIAN. Esto es conocimiento de todos lo viajeros frecuentes, que recibimos y de quienes residen en el extranjero, lo que va de la mano con nuestras políticas la cual fue informada en el check in, también conocemos que los trámites en migracion del aeropuerto son demorados y se aglomera mucha gente, sin embargo La DIAN aclaró expresamente en su Concepto 3522 de 2025 que: "el sistema Biomig es un mecanismo de facilitación migratoria que permite el ingreso y salida del territorio colombiano sin sellar el pasaporte, por lo tanto, los extranjeros que ingresen a Colombia a través de Biomig deberán acreditar su condición de no residentes a través de la presentación del pasaporte original, junto con el Certificado de Movimientos Migratorios expedido por Migración Colombia, el cual certifica fechas con los ingresos y salidas del país" En su caso señor E., no presentó este certificado, ni el sello de ingreso en el pasaporte que lo acredite como lo informa la DIAN para exonerarlo del impuesto. ¡Será un honor volver a ser parte de sus viajes a Bogotá! y nos motiva a seguir superándonos, esperamos tener el placer de recibirle nuevamente muy pronto. Simple check in and out. Breakfast services was good with variety and the food was tasty. Stable WiFi around the hotel. Room was cleaned daily with options to not have daily linen changes. Shower head was not great with the water spread too narrow and shower pressure not great -could be improved. Other than that a fantastic stay and I would recommend.

As the hotel is located on a busy street, you would expect soundproof windows but it’s not the case. Staff is ok friendly but they hardly speak English. The room is spacious and clean but very basic. So is the breakfast.
