The hotel is ideally located. A block away from the fun of Parque 93, and right next to restaurants and coffee shops. It's a lively and safe environment. Overall, the hotel was good. One our second day, the water went out and took some time to come back, and come back clear. Because if this, the hotel offered free breakfast for the following 2 days which was nice on their part. The breakfast though, was a tad underwhelming. Lots of empty plates. Overall, we'd recommend the hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I paid for a room with 2 beds and got one with just 1 king size. It was ok but not what I was expecting or paid for, the room with one king size bed was cheaper and they were unable to change it or offer me a refund for the difference.
