1. I like room decor and comfort including bathroom amenities. 2. Quiet room, no noise from other rooms or outside. 3. Check-in and check-out were straight forward. 4. Breakfast buffet veggie options were rather limited compared to other hotels I've stayed in Bogotá.

My room was offered to somenone else who accidentally opened the door while I was in there, it was a horrifying experience. rooms lack light, even the bathroom for makeup! breakfast and service is ok.

The experience was overall quite good. Reception was good, although a little slow. The room was pretty good, comfortable. The food was ok. We held an event and I have two important pieces of feedback: First, I insist that the food was OK, I wouldn't even qualify it as good. We were served an odd plate of pork with overcooked noodles and very watery sweet sauce, which was not very good. Paired with a sweet corn cream, the lunch was not very pleasant. Second, the lighting for the large meeting room is not very nice at all. I understand that this room is probably used for business seminars most of the time, but the harsh and bright white light is incredibly unpleasant, the actual meeting rooms do not match the lovely pictures shared online to promote these services. As a plus, the flowers provided for the meetings were adequate. To stay, I might use this location in the future, but sadly for future meetings, I will not be considering this location.
