Ridiculous extra charge for additional coffee pods

You get 2 coffee pods per day for the coffee maker and one cup? Any additional coffee pods that you request are charged to your room account. ($1 USD per pod)This is extreme penny pinching by novotel. Surely a large company such as Novotel can afford to provide at least two or three pods per person without additional charge.

Place is in a Great Location, full of good restaurants, very close, room is clean, quiet and confortable. The hotel is frwat, but the best in staff! Very helpfull, supportive and kind, specially Ms Ximena, who was so kind and gentle.

3 days in Bogotá, sick as a dog; I was well cared for but never left the room. I did not eat for 4 days.

Staying at the hotel was okay, the behaviour of the staff was outstanding. But the hotel fails to provide basic amenities such as a dental kit, a daily water bottle supply, tea/coffee supply in the room, slippers etc. Considering the charge of the room, these items are readily availabe in other hotels.
