Had an excellent stay under extraordinary circumstances with the coronavirus outbreak. Staff were courteous, helpful, friendly and kind. The hotel facilities were excellent and the premises clean throughout. Bed was comfortable and room was very quiet.

i found it difficult to order room service. Perhaps you could put numbers beside items or have someone on staff that spoke a little English to accomodate the many out of country visitors you have. Otherwise my food was always very good. The breakfast was a very nice variety of items to pick from. Shari

This was my first trip to Bogota. The hotel is in an excellent location (Parque 93) within walking distance of bars, venues, restaurants, etc. Very clean and very safe hotel and location. Would recommend this hotel!

I love about we booked at Novotel in Bogotá, the service was amazing, the staff was really friendly and polite. The area was perfect to go out at night, good choices around for dinner and get drinks. The ambassador offer use the transport service to go to the airport wich was perfect. Thanks to all the staff to make us feel very comfortable.

Excellent staff, helpful, friendly and efficient. The hotel location is very near of many good restaurants. In walking distance is the Andino Center, a interesting shopping mall with leading brand stores.

This is going to be a long and heartfelt review - so get ready! My now husband and I chose this hotel for us and our 80+ wedding guests coming from different countries for our wedding festivities. This hotel is in an amazing location close to absolutely everything you may think of and staff are INCREDIBLE. We planned our wedding for over 14 months and when the date arrived we found ourselves in the midst of national strikes and curfews that stopped all transportation and nearby services. This hotel was not only our place to sleep but it was family - the staff attended each and every single one of our requests (we had a ton times 80) and were ready to make wonders to make us feel comfortable, safe, and enjoy the time together. The facilities were in great shape, delicious breakfast and a terrace with fantastic views. So if you're looking for a 1 night stay or choosing a hotel for your festivities this is the place!
