Truly exceeded all expectations. I’ve had the opportunity to stay in some amazing hotels around the world and your property in Bogotá Banks with the best. We were extremely impressed with the beautiful warm hospitality of the staff. Incredible service excellent food terrific location. For many years, we’ve stayed in the EK hotel and Four Seasons which are great properties but doesn’t have the best location decent service decent food. Your property was amazing. We will definitely be coming back and staying at your property.

My suitcases (2 pieces) were taken from my room without my permission to someone else’s room. When I requested those back I was given 2 of mine and someone elses one bag back. My prescription sunglasses were missing from the bag.

I was charged 425,000 pesos for items that should’ve qualified for my 100 USD Amex Platinum credit. I was literally refunded but told it would take three weeks to process the refund.
