Well the room was well appointed, we were unhappy with the housekeeping and we also were not provided the amenities that were promised with my booking, which led to some frustrations and restrictions that were not in the booking information. When I called it out with the check in agent, I was dismissed and wasn't taken seriously. This in regard to Amex Hotel Collection benefits.
