We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the communication and handling of your American Express Hotel Collection benefits. Please accept our apologies for the confusion at check-in and the lack of clarity around the included benefits, especially breakfast, the property credit, and the room upgrade. You are absolutely right, this information should have been clearly explained upon arrival, along with the delivery of the corresponding benefits letter. It is also concerning to hear that your inquiry was not followed up as promised, and that you experienced difficulties at check-out. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
