We spent two nights at the hotel and it was a great way to start our holiday in Colombia. All the staff were so friendly and helpful - on one night we had dinner reservations and they organised a car to take and pick us up. We will be spending our last night in Colombia back at the hotel and are looking forward to it

Very attentive and considerate, amazing fresh breakfast buffet, attentive service and attention to detail, an excellent bed for great sleep, and amazing location walking distance to excellent restaurants and shops. Safe and convenient, my second stay this year and will definitely go back.

The location was perfect, walkable to so many restaurants and shops, there was endless options. Also close to a lovely park. The service all around was excellent, everyone was wonderful, especially the concierge and Alejandra in the restaurant. The room was a bit outdated and not as luxurious as expected. It may be due for renovation. No view from the room. Air conditioning and heater were confusing to work. Otherwise an all-around very good stay.
