Got woken up early (7am) on a weekend by housekeeping knocking with door knocker on neighboring rooms. Hotel should instruct housekeeping to start later on weekends. I was also checked into a room where the window did not close, after unpacking I realized this was the case- front desk seemed to be aware of the problem but booked me into this room nonetheless so I had to be moved into another room after having unpacked everything which was frustrating.

The customer service and presentation at this hotel were impeccable! Lovely room and many amenities! Everyone from the doormen to the desk staff to the restaurant staff were so very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay unforgettable. I mentioned that I was celebrating a birthday and they showed up to our room with a beautiful birthday dessert in very short order! I will definitely stay here again when in Bogota!
