At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding the USD 100 credit. We fully understand how frustrating it can be to expect to use a benefit and then discover limitations. We would like to clarify that our spa services are operated by an external third-party provider, not directly managed by the hotel. For this reason, the credit cannot be applied to spa treatments, as indicated in the Hotel Collection benefits letter provided at check‑in. However, we completely understand your dissatisfaction, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this situation may have caused. It is never our intention to create discomfort for our guests, and we sincerely regret that this affected your experience.
