The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and I had a great stay. The location is right in the city center, next to the National Museum and perfect place to reach everywhere in the city.

The room was already paid for with points when I arrived. When I gave the front desk lady the card I even made sure the room was already paid for and she said yes. When I left I realized I got a charge for almost what the room cost. I emailed and called but never heard back. Guess I just guess to lose that money now.

Very nice location, the shower was working but the knob to turn hot and cold water was broken. Was difficult to turn to hot water. Other than that. Everything was good and safe. My 3 times booked with this hotel. And will definitely be book with them again next time I'm in Bogota
