Have stayed several times in this hotel. Employees are not friendly. Front desk improved. Breakfast used to be really good, prices rased and now is not worth paying for it.

Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast! We did have some problems in redeeming the welcome drink voucher from the app, but in the end it worked with a paper voucher from reception.

Ibis is trying to cut cost, not even toothbrush and toothpaste is given free and asked to pay, no mineral waters provided, and room cards sometimes cannot enter the room and have to re-charged at hotel counter, it is not convenience for us.

A week-long business stay with a few days extension for tourism. The hotel is well located, accesible, and surrounded by restaurant and other services. The room was very basic, needing some updating, but comfortable and clean.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is amazing with a high variety of fruits. Also it's located just next to the national museum and it's close to a lot of nice restaurants. Moreover it's just a short drive to Monseratte cable car or the Candelaria neighborhood.

I went for a couple of days, I like the hotel location, central, close to everything, I needed to buy something in downtown and its location made it very easy. Brek is good. There were two aspects I did not like: 1. At breakfast time there were 2 ladies smoking in the closed external area, the one inside was full so I had go to there but I couldn't enjoy my breakfast, the hotel is supposed to be smoke free but nobody asked those ladies to stop, other guests were also annoyed by that. 2. I was in the 5th floor but a lot of noise was coming from the street, loud music, cars, etc.
