It was a good stay, the only problem is that I have not been sent my invoice, I requested at the front desk and the person there told me that they would send it to me in 24 hours which has not happened. I need my invoice so that I can prove my expenses at the hotel to my company.

Stayed here for a week and the staff at the reception are very nice. The hotel has a restaurant, we only used it for breakfast, which was a nice. The rooms are comfortable and they have a patio area. The hotel is in an area that you may not consider safe late at night, however, we used Uber and did not walk around the area at night. There are a couple of restaurants right across the street which is convenient and few other good ones in the area.

The access card kept getting deactivated constantly. I had to go to the front desk 2 to 3 times a day to have it reactivated. Two of the reception staff were not very friendly. One of them was not paying attention to what I was saying. I spoke to him in Spanish and asked him to reactivate my card, but instead he proceeded to check me out. The rooms are extremely small; they feel more like a motel. Two of the light bulbs in the room were not working. I reported this to the front desk, but it was never fixed. I also found a sign on the desk in the room stating that I should not leave any valuables near the windows because maintenance workers working on the windows could take them. To have breakfast, they first checked whether my name was on a list. This felt uncomfortable. It should be handled with more courtesy and discretion.

Bad odor and leak in my room.
