I stayed here for 6 days. I had to move rooms the 2nd day because of issues on the electronic room lock; the card didn’t work in the elevator either. In the substitute room I could enter but the key still didn’t work in the elevator. Wifi only works in the lobby, in the rooms it drops out consistently and has a download speed of about 1mb/s. I tried the free wifi and unlimited wifi and there was no difference. The USB ports in the room also work intermittently. The staff are friendly and do a great job, breakfasts were fine etc. I stay here because it is well located, but the hotel is in need of some TLC.

I like the location near the Museo Nacional, the transmilenolio and restaurants. Nice, clean rooms with a comfortable bed and walk in shower. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. This hotel is an excellent value.

The location was great and walkable to a lot of the city. The hotel room itself had an odd smell, had blood on the pillow, and didn’t have body wash in the shower. It’s pretty loud (music from downstairs/outside, police, etc) but I guess that’s expected in a big city. Overall, not the best hotel.

The room was very loud. We were on the 9th floor and we could still hear the music from the Karaoke. It is ironic to have a hotel promoting "your sleep matters" and having a music party downstairs. It was horrible. We also found steins of blood in our pillows, it was gross. We are glad it was only one night. Location is great, but other than that, we are very disappointed with our experience.

Once we checked in, we had just gone to sleep and someone must have been given a key to our room. Someone was able to unlock and attempt to walk in our room. This is not acceptable at all. The front desk simply apologized but that was all. This could be a potential safety issue. I would not trust to stay here again.
