The location was great and walkable to a lot of the city. The hotel room itself had an odd smell, had blood on the pillow, and didn’t have body wash in the shower. It’s pretty loud (music from downstairs/outside, police, etc) but I guess that’s expected in a big city. Overall, not the best hotel.

The room was very loud. We were on the 9th floor and we could still hear the music from the Karaoke. It is ironic to have a hotel promoting "your sleep matters" and having a music party downstairs. It was horrible. We also found steins of blood in our pillows, it was gross. We are glad it was only one night. Location is great, but other than that, we are very disappointed with our experience.

Once we checked in, we had just gone to sleep and someone must have been given a key to our room. Someone was able to unlock and attempt to walk in our room. This is not acceptable at all. The front desk simply apologized but that was all. This could be a potential safety issue. I would not trust to stay here again.

It was a good stay, the only problem is that I have not been sent my invoice, I requested at the front desk and the person there told me that they would send it to me in 24 hours which has not happened. I need my invoice so that I can prove my expenses at the hotel to my company.
