The room vas every hot!

Hotel was very nice; great location close to central Bogota. Staff was very helpful with taxis and any questions we had. Only slight problem, depending on the location of your room, was a loud night club neighboring the hotel on Fri and Sat nights that was open until 2:30 am.

Dirty room

I just spend one night at the hotel. I liked it, because it has good prices, and is welll located.

Nothing fancy here, but a great breakfast clean room and comfortable bed. Lack of hand towels, face towels, and bath mat was a mystery. Good location and friendly staff.

Very pleasant

The fire alarm went off in the early hours, I got up on the 12th floor and the fire emergency door was locked. Of course we all know not to use the lift. Eventually the alarm stopped but there was no anouncement to say this was a false alarm. The only option was to use the lift to speak to reception because they were not answering the phone, after I saw someone get out of it. The front desk assistant said he overrode the emergency fire door system but told no one over the anouncement system. If there is a fire alarm everyone must leave the building via the automatic fire doors to the stair well and if its a false alarm people must be told. The front desk man was very unconcirned and dismissive of me, this is a lax dangerous practice.

Excellent location, clean accomodations. Ecerything else as simole as any other Ibis hotel. Staff very friendly!

It was a good experience in general. The only thing that went wrong was at the begining, in which the room that what given to (12th Floor) us had an annoying noice that was coming from outside, probably from a machine. Thankfuly, the recepcionist was abble to change our room and the new one was perfect.

Excellent location, clean rooms and service.

I come to visit family and I realized I am too old to be sleeping on my mom's couch, listening to my younger brother's music loudly while I try to sleep. I picked this hotel to be close to them, but not that close. It was perfect. A quick walk to my family, restaurants, banks, cafes and a vibrant Downtown area. Hotel had what I required, clean sheets, clean towels, fast internet and cable news. No frills, very basic but ideal.

Check-in was confusing and frustrating as I had chosen a pay in advance option but was told I had to pay for the room. Eventually, it was explained that in Colombia the prepay option is not possible. Took over 1/2 hour to work this out. A dog barking all night and early morning traffic noise seemed to be enhanced by a room window that never fully closed. The breakfast area was always “outside” cold because the smoking patio doors were perpetually open. Those were our major concerns, but the stay was ok and staff were very helpful.
