The hotel was ok. One of my friend's room didn't have working lights and the TV in my room wasn't working. The TV came on but you couldn't use it as the cable wouldn't work. It's a bit unfortunate that you pay the full amount for a room but don't get complete service. I also think that it's not too much to give one complementary bottle of water to arriving guests at the very least. But, the service and willingness of the staff to help was commendable.

Fast and efficient check in and better check out Spotless room, fantastic smell. HK 10/10 Breakfast was good. Please make sure all items are labeled. Too much dirty tables, understandable on busy time but guest should not seat on a dirty table. Rooms furniture can be in better condition. Bathroom ride side mirror light blink from time to time. Wifi on 14 floor is like not existing. Very bad signal also at least in my room from my phone provider as well

I stayed for five nights and had a great time. The location is perfect, the hotell staff was really nice. The only problem we had was the key system, the key cards get demagnetised really easily so I had to go back to the lobby to reactivate the card a couple of times during the stay, I see that many other previous guests have had the same problem.
