I had higher expectations after reading previous reviews, but my experience was somewhat mixed. The location of El Bosque is indeed fantastic, and the staff truly are its greatest asset. Every team member was kind, helpful, and supportive, particularly the crew responsible for breakfasts—they were exceptional! The breakfast itself was quite good, offering a variety of choices that were tasty. However, my room left much to be desired. Some items were broken, the floor had missing pieces and appeared quite worn, and not everything was thoroughly cleaned. Given the price I paid, I anticipated a nicer and cleaner environment. It seems that the hotel caters primarily to large groups of tourists, which may explain the lack of attention to detail in the individual rooms. While I appreciate the positive aspects, I don’t plan to return.

Really nice hotel in safe area with AMAZING bedding! I am a hotel bedding connoisseur. I can’t stand synthetic fabrics. I could write a love poem to the bedding at the Pullman. Light, fluffy, perfect pillows, duvet was divine. When I was in other hotels in Chile I would dream about the Pullman bedding. Ok on to other aspects. Location was great, very safe, walkable to many restaurants and shopping. We stayed on 3 separate occasions during our 3 week trip. Two visits were outstanding. One sucked (except for the bedding). The one visit that wasn’t good, we had a cursed room on the 4th floor. The other 2 visits we were on the 12th floor. Not sure if that’s the difference. The bad visit, room 407, the shower didn’t drain, there was no coffee pods left for the machine, the A/C was humdrum and they didn’t fill the minibar. I mean it sucked on all fronts. I assume this is a housekeeping issue. The rooms on the 12th floor were great. The restaurant was nice and the chefs kindly prepared me an off menu meal one night when I wanted pure comfort food. The included breakfast was great. Fresh fruits and juices, cereals, breads and hot dishes. Front desk folks were very nice, except one lady when we complained about the 4th floor issues. I would stay again in a heartbeat but stay away from cursed 4th floor. And if someone from Pullman wants to tell me what their duvet bedding is I would love it.

Stayed over christmas, had a suite, satisfied with the experience, no major complaints, although I wish the gym had more weights.
