Conveniently located airport hotel

Standard airport hotel with decent breakfast and modern furbished rooms. Everything was working flawless in my room (third floor). Cool decorations on aviation theme - this is how I learned some funny facts about Mumbai airport. Good noise insulation - although the hotel is located by the highway, the rooms are quiet. Free shuttle service to and from the airport upon request. The ride from the airport to hotel is longer, as the car needs to reach the next roundabout on the highway to do an U turn before arriving at the hotel's parking. There's a non stop gas station right next to hotel for those who want to buy some booze and snacks, otherwise the hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere, very far from city center. The only downside is that they operate the airport transfer service with a car that can take maximum three passengers with baggage. As a group of seven people, we needed two rides. A shuttle bus would have been done this transfer in one go.

Good location for There Spa and airport

Staff here need some customer service training, it was almost hard work checking in, arranging the complimentary transfer and free drink at the bar (due to membership). Despite us being friendly and polite it was almost an inconvenience. The Resturant staff were the opposite and nice selection of food to choose from.
