Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the recent stay of my relative and her two children at your hotel, which I booked on her behalf as a loyal Accor member. Given that she was arriving late after a long drive from Ukraine with two children and needed proper rest before a flight, I proactively contacted your hotel in advance—both in writing and by phone—to ensure smooth check-in, parking availability, and overall comfort. I was explicitly assured that there would be no issues. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely opposite. Upon arrival, the receptionist on duty was unfriendly and unhelpful, creating unnecessary stress for an exhausted guest with children. • Welcome drinks were refused, allegedly due to the late hour, which is inconsistent with my extensive experience across Accor hotels. • Breakfast, although included in the rate, was not provided, nor was any alternative offered, despite the early departure. • Parking assistance was nonexistent. My relative had to find parking on her own late at night, call an unattended parking facility, and leave her car without even knowing the cost. Instead of rest and comfort, she experienced significant stress and poor service, which I find unacceptable and far below Accor standards. This is the first time in my long history with Accor that I have encountered such discourteous and inadequate treatment. Frankly, I felt embarrassed for having recommended your hotel and the Accor brand to my family. At a minimum, I expect compensation for the unused breakfast and the denied welcome drinks. Ideally, I would also expect a gesture of goodwill, such as a discount or credit for future stays within the Accor network. Well located close to airport, budget price hotel: +Close to Bucharest airport +Nice, clean room +Shuttle bus to airport -Noise from airport coming to room -Reception was not giving very wellcome feeling -Was there renovation ongoing, plastics were on floor fo corridor -Parking area, main door area looked very small not enough space for all cars -Early bird breakfast was not worth of buying
