The location is fascinating near the airport and the soundproof room is priceless. However on the All accor app it was stated that we will have free drinking/sparkly water in the room and there were none. The mini bar in the room was empty. And I am an all accor member... didn't even get the 1 free drink voucher with the room keys.

Was here for one night only thankfully as a layover to go to my flight the following day no hot water constant noise room was a sweat box and ac only consistently fired out warm slept a total of 2 hours to then wake up for breakfast and be laughed at by the gentleman in a suit when I asked for a coffee/water to buy. Very strange experience first time in Romania thankfully won't be back terrible hotel.
