I am a client of IBIS for many years. I was in room 220. I would suggest you move the toilet paper support a bit higher, it is close to the shoulder when you sit.

Very dissatisfied with the stay as we booked this for resting and flying the next day. However, it was very hot and AC was not effective. The AC went was facing the corridor and the mattress was in completely different location, it was very hot and we were sweating full night and were not able to rest properly. Also, the wet bathroom ameneties was not refilled. once we were in the toilet and already taking shower, we recognised this and hence couldnt call for assistance immedieately. These basic things should have been properly done before providing a room as we also checked in very very late which should have been enough time to do all these.

The blankets were too thick for the season, making it hard to sleep comfortably despite the air conditioning being on. The pillows and the bed were uncomfortable, and I woke up with back and neck pain. This is the only reason I’m not giving a maximum rating. The food was okay, nothing amazing. Other than that, the service and staff attitude were excellent.
