Very tired looking -bathroom was not clean Wasn’t my choice to stay there -however for the cost , it made sense why it was inexpensive. Bed was rock hard and lumpy , blanket had stains on it , lounge was uncomfortable. Positives -nice view , fairly modern kitchen

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. The room was slightly run down but mainly needed a better clean. It looks like it hasn't been done properly for a long time. Lots of dust around and dirty skirting boards.

I felt very homey in the unit reception. Staff were extremely helpful. Close to restaurants, etc. Excellent taxi service were needed I love the tram being around the corner and the access to the Promenade My only suggestion is kitchen floor and bathroom needed a good scrub
