- Poor Customer Service - Poor Standard of Cleanliness - No tea towels, washing powder, utensils - poorly self contained - Lack of communication regarding construction right outside our room as well as floors above us!

We loved the location, was central to everything - the beaches, shopping, the beachside walking path. Another fabulous feature is the close proximity to the tram network. Right on the adjacent corner. We did not need to use our car the entire time for our visit. We caught the tram and connecting train network to local major shopping precincts and up into Brisbane for meeting and sporting events. This saved so much on cost, time of travel and additional parking fees. Mantra Crown Towers is a wonderful place to stay. We are planning to visit again soon.

So much for us to do; pools, spas, kids' room, restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was not to the standard of any other Accor accommodation I've stayed in before, but the bedding was clean, so it didn't dampen our stay.

The Mantra was comfortable our two bedroom unit was roomy but old and in need of a renovation. The hotel facilities are good and the people at reception were very nice. Location is good with easy walk to beach and Cavill avenue. Pics on line do not show how old the rooms are.
