The apartment was very good for 6 of us, however just a couple of things we thought were lacking: e.g. there is a complete kitchen however there was no salt and pepper or sugar, no paper towels or serviettes, if you are traveling from overseas you really do not want to bring or have to buy these things. We were there for four nights and no servicing, which was ok as you could go and get more towels, toilet paper etc if you needed them. The bathrooms were good, except the tiled showers are extremely slippery, not great for the elderly or young, very dangerous. We thought the location was great👍🏼. Overall the stay was fine, probably the apartment we had just needs a bit of an update, but was good for 6

Comfortable stay that could do with some refurbishment. Terrible smell in laundry that permeated through the apartment. Not a great option with small children on 35th floor, with balcony fencing not to mention windows.

Loved our stay, beautiful ocean view. The two bedroom apartments were so spacious, loved that our girls had their own room on one side with their own bathroom and toilet, then me and my husband had our own private space with our on suite, our own access to the balcony. Loved that the showers were modernised and big. The kitchenette had everything we needed and it was awesome to have our own laundry room, definitely came in handy. Only minus was that under the beds and couches were real dusty, and the door to the room needed a big push to get in. But other than that we would definitely stay there again. Our favourite part about the hotel was the pool 10/10

There was a card in our room saying welcome Steven and someone else parked in our designated parking sport which set the alarm bells and anxiety ringing. Was the room our room. Did they give us the wrong room, is someone going to walk in and see our stuff. That is so concerning.

Our stay was ruined by our very first encounter at checkin. Phone calls had been made prior to our stay along with emails which were not read, asking for my room and my daughter in laws room to be on the same floor. She was travelling with us with a 5 month old baby and wanted to be close incase she needed help. The hotel didn't care, told her to email and then proceeded not to read the email. It took 2.5 hours to checkin only for 1 room to be ready. My daughter in laws room was not ready until after 5pm! The service manager was trying her best only to be let down by the general manager who she was turning to for advice but couldn’t be bothered coming down from his/her office. On top of that my partner had booked the room originally and had rang to get it changed into my name for checkin which was done over the phone with no problems, only to arrive and be told that it had not been done. This also happened to my daughter in law. I will NEVER stay here again.

Checked in at 11.30 but the room wasn't ready, we left our bags and went out. We were told our room would be ready at 2pm. I enquired about the foldaway bed and they said Housekeeping will do it. We arrived back just before 2 and our room was ready, however whan I asked about the extra bed they said they will do it when the housekeeping team have done all the rooms for the day. When we went up to our room my daughter found a pair of mens underwear left in the drawers (not folded so assumed worn but we did not take a good look). It wasn't a great impression and the sofa's and carpet were heavily stained in multiple places. We went out at 5pm and again I checked with reception and they told me housekeeping were delayed but they would definetly get the foldaway bed before they finished. We cam back just before 8pm, reception was dark, but I could see someone in the back, we ran up to our room and there was no extra bed. I tried to call reception but the phone didn't seem to show what number to call and the first few I tried didn't work. I ran down to reception and caught the receptionist walking out with her handbag finished for the day. She did get another girl who was lovely and came up and got the vbed and removed the underwear for us. The information says there was supposed to be a QR code on the fridge with a password to connect to the wifi it didn't exist. Also in the hallway the wood holding the glass balustraude up was falling off, so it didn't seem to safe. The rubbuish shute didn't work. Limited information was provided about the room and fcailities, I didn't go to the online compendium though so it may have been there but overall not a great stay and we won't be staying again.

Loved all the space. The unit was huge. Pretty basic and frayed around the edges with poor maintenance. Huge building being built next door. Works starts before 7am. Most of the views are blocked by other buildings.

Extremely poor service. Unable to get our room until 6:30pm. Broken toilet lid. Filthy floor. No towels . No toilet paper . Holes all through the blinds. Very outdated room.

Our stay was great, the staff were lovely but the oven was disgusting, batteries and backings missing from tv controls, black mould in the bathroom, dirty marks on the dining chairs. When I told the them they said they will have someone look over this. Black mould takes time to be visible & the team cleaning the rooms would have seen this & did nothing about it. I was staying in this apartment with my 9 year old too & we were both exposed to this. No mention of money back, a free breakfast or anything other than we'll get someone to look at it.

Spacious room, pools were amazing, loved the cafe and restaurants in lobby, reception was friendly and helpful, room needs a really good clean, duvets and mattress protectors stained, built ins were a bit run down - actually everything was, microwave smelt like someone had burnt something in there, not a lot of information provided about the actual apartments and amenities within the room, there were no pans to cook things in the oven - you just had to put your items directly on the al foil that was in the oven.
