The lobby is beautiful and so is the pool area. Our room was a good size, although we were constantly needing to go to the lobby to get more bin bags, tea towels and cloths. Also internet didn’t work pretty much the whole time….

I relayed to the reception on 3 occasions about the faulty TV in the main bedroom. It was not fixed after promising that it would be looked at. At no time did I receive any communication on the faulty TV. The room was also a bit tired in need of a renovation. The toaster also needed some attention.

Loved our stay here. The pools and spa are amazing and the poolside kiosk was great - does great smoothies. Rooms were super spacious and nice. Only negative is the taps in both bathrooms was very difficult to turn off so they were often running a bit. The door to the apartment could also do with a fresh paint.
