Location and room was great, room was located facing the south where the construction is going on they did nights works which was loud. the slide and ship was out of action.

However, I’m sorry to learn that the construction works to the south of the property, particularly the night works, caused noise disturbances. Unfortunately, these works are outside of our control, though we understand how disruptive this can be when trying to rest. I also apologise for the disappointment caused by the kids’ slide and pirate ship being out of action during your stay. We understand these facilities are a highlight for many families. Please note that the temporary closure of these facilities has been advertised across our booking websites and platforms to help ensure guests are aware prior to arrival. Overall our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Mantra. Our room was clean and presentable although a few minor things needed repairing but nothing that was an issue. Great pool for the kids, staff were friendly and well located. Would stay again

We booked though a third party Agoda who did not confirm the booking with you. You Concierge Josh did everything he could to rectify the situation. He gave us a room and matched the price we paid. He definitely needs some sort of recognition for his willingness to go above and beyond to help.

Overall experience was good, perfect central location and the pool was lovely. Disappointing that the kids pool was under maintenance as it made it hard with a 6 year old who isn’t a confident swimmer. The rooms were good however pretty run down, we had dripping showers and taps and even after a plumber turned up unexpectedly they continued to drip. Will stay again once kids pool is back up and running.

Good location, layout of hotel and amenities. Disappointingly we were not advised that the Pirate Ship and slide were not in use. The room we stayed in was not well cleaned and needs overall a refurbishment.
