I had requested many times before we arrived to have high level apartment facing the sea, however we were given a level 4 apartment facing the construction with lots of noise:( This needs to be disclosed when booking

Apartment was good. 2nd bedroom was as hot as hell with no aircon. Had no control over the aircon in the lounge room . Have no idea why the control was there as it made no difference to the fan or the temperature of it. When I rang and asked for more toilet paper as we were only given 2 rolls for 4 people for a week, I was told it would be bought up. Didn’t arrive by the evening so I rang back down and was rudely told to come and get it and hung up on. When questioned this the next day about this an apology was given by the day staff.
