Not to Accor standard and very dissapointed

Apartment 1003 was old not as shown on the website photos construction site facing both sides of the staircase Apartment no warning on the website about the 2 site constructions and not Ocean view as expected

3 bedroom on the 35th floor

Stayed 3 nights, 3brm apartment on 35th floor booked thru Mantra. Riverside expansive view and a small view of the ocean to the north from the main bedroom, which had a double rainhead shower. Could not see the adjacent building works from our apartment. Modern decor, comfortable beds and very clean. A rug under the coffee table is a suggestion to the owner as the tiles were hard on the 1 and 2 year old toddlers. Good safety lock on balcony was appreciated. Pools and spas were amazing, Thai restaurant yum and loaded with gorgeous traditional decor. Reception staff were prompt to serve you and efficient. I stay twice a year at the Gold Coast and this is a place I’d return to.

Unfortunately the pictures online do not match up to this poorly maintain property. While we were expecting something that wasn't newly renovated what we didn't expect was a murky pool, chewing gum on the lobby floor, kids facilities literally rotting away, a building site next door and an apartment which had simply had the linen changed but not actually cleaned. It was a disgrace. Please heed my warning and book literally anything else!

Cash only, what a joke

Pool kiosk only accepts cash because apparently they can’t get wifi to it to accept card payments. What a joke in this day and age. I pay for everything on my phone, I don’t even know how to get cash out of a machine anymore.
