My child and I spent 3 nights in a 2br apartment. Check in was smooth and we were accommodated on the highest available floor, which I greatly appreciated. We were granted an hour's extension on our checkout time (as an All Accor member) which made life easier on our final morning. The apartment was dated, but well-provisioned and very generously sized. The lights flickered perpetually, something to do with the wiring I assume as impacted multiple lights, but this was only a minor annoyance. The globes were the awful white/blue variety, the one thing I'd strongly recommend was updating to warm white globes. I'd have appreciated housekeeping (even if only every second day); I don't feel the costing of my booking genuinely reflected a significant discount for its absence. Moreover, the attention to detail in cleaning could have been improved especially with no daily service: we found a baby's dummy under the master bed, a used tissue under a sideboard, and a safety shield from a disposable razor in the shower. These are by no means disasters, and we would absolutely stay here again. The staff were helpful and friendly. Special shout out to the pirate ship and kids' pool, which were adored by my little guy.

Reception staff were wonderful although the rooms were dirty and completly run down. I actually requested to check out 2 days early as even after changing rooms they were still dirty. Extremely disappointing.

The location was great. Very spacious rooms. However, most of the coffee mugs were chipped. (This is an hygiene issue that needs to addressed.) the en-suite shower needs repair as it is just pouring water out of the shower head. Very uncomfortable to use.

I have sent a complaint which I still haven't heard back on, we booked our stay as we loved your outdoor pool and planned to make full use of it during our stay. To our disappointment the pool was completely drained when we arrived. There was no communication about this on booking, in the lead up to our stay, or on check in. After complaining we noticed a measly A4 printed poster was stuck on your sliding glasses doors the next day. Our stay was extremely disappointing and I would expect a partial refund.

Great location and spacious room. Room was a bit dated. Plaster on walls had alot of chips missing. Washing machine was very loud and unbalanced/rocking when spinning Large lagoon pool was closed for the duration of the stay. We weren't aware when booking that it would be closed. The kids boat/slide pool was cold. Would have used more if it was warmer especially given the large pool was closed. Weren't given enough toilet paper for the length of the stay but reception happily restocked no issues Chiang mai restaurant was great. Reception staff are friendly and helpful Well equipped apartment with vacuum, washing machine, broom and full sized fridge Great sized apartment for a family. Very handy having 2 bathrooms

The simple process of a Tax receipt on payment is a legal one you failed. Your staff expect for one at the front desk were rude.

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment, there wasnt enough utensils or cooking equipment to make meals. Rooms were bit dusty had to do a quick vacuum and mop myself. There was stains on mirrors which made the accommodation look really bad and not worth the money spent unfortunately. We left thinking that was the only part of our trip we would do different next time we want stay at a mantra property.
