A $200 security deposit is required on arrival. Vehicles over 2m cannot be accommodated onsite; please use street parking or Cypress Gardens Carpark (paid) located behind the hotel. Lift upgrades are in progress, with one lift out of service at all times. Delays may occur. Works are scheduled for completion late 2026.

The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming, and the apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. There was plenty of cooking equipment and utensils available, which made self-catering easy during our stay. One issue we found was that there was so much furniture in the apartment that we had to rearrange the room ourselves to fit in the trundle bed for our 3-year-old. During our 7-night stay, the apartment wasn't serviced at all. I wasn't expecting beds to be made or a full clean, however it would have been appreciated if essentials such as fresh towels, toilet paper and dishwashing liquid had been replenished. For a family of five (2 adults, a 17-year-old, a 13-year-old and a 3-year-old), four rolls of toilet paper for an entire week was stretching things a little. Unfortunately, the indoor pool and spa were unavailable for the duration of our stay due to a crack requiring repairs. While this was obviously beyond the control of the staff, it was disappointing as these facilities were one of the reasons we chose the property. No compensation, discount or alternative arrangement was offered for the inconvenience. On a positive note, the location was excellent, with restaurants, shops and activities all within easy walking distance, and parking was simple and convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location was a real highlight. With a little more attention to guest amenities and some consideration when facilities are unavailable, the experience could have been much better.
