No face washers at all how ridiculous! We were in a unit that had 2 bathrooms however showers over both baths that was totally unsuitable for us older ladies, we were afraid of slipping in these baths and they had no grabrails we told our story to reception and was moved to a lovely apartment with showers. Now whenever I book anywhere this is a high priority to ask for showers.

Our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. We were falsely accused of causing damage that we strongly believe we did not cause, and an additional charge was taken from our credit card without sufficient evidence being provided. What was most concerning was the way the situation was handled. No manager contacted us to explain what had happened or to discuss the matter professionally before charging our card. Instead, we only received one simple email after the money had already been taken. Despite repeatedly explaining that we left the apartment clean, tidy, and properly secured before departure, we felt our concerns were dismissed from the beginning. The lack of communication, transparency, and fairness throughout this process caused significant frustration and anxiety during what should have been a pleasant stay. We expected a far more professional and respectful approach from a well-known accommodation provider. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling unfairly treated, unsupported, and very disappointed with the management and customer service provided.

When our cleaners entered the apartment, they found the TV lying flat on the floor with the curtains blowing around, indicating it had been moved or impacted. I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our process of charging the credit card, as outlined in the signed registration card, for the replacement of the TV prior to contacting you. I’m sure you can understand that, based on past experience, when we contact guests regarding damage or additional cleaning, the card is often blocked or unavailable. For this reason, we follow the agreed procedure. However, we would never charge a card without informing the guest that this action has been taken. As our cleaners were unable to provide a time-stamped photo from the moment they entered the apartment, we have arranged for the charge to be fully refunded. Kind regards, Nicki
