The property was well maintained and clean and tidy. It was good value for money for age of the property, especially with the location of the property being ocean front and only a few blocks from the main action of Surfers Paradise. The complex was undergoing exterior painting, so it was difficult to find the property as there is little external signage. With each unit being individually owned, all apartments may not be presented to the same standard. With a greater number of Owner Occupiers in building, I did get the feeling that the body corporate was favouring the permanent residents over the holiday owners and their guests, even though the property would of been built as a short-term holiday complex.
