While we undertake façade improvements, our Pool & Spa opening hours are adjusted as follows: *Weekdays - 4PM to 10PM; *Weekends, Queensland school holidays, and public holidays - remain open all day; Minimal noise may occur, but we're committed to keeping it as low as possible. Great room with ocean view, good food but some issues with housekeeping

We stayed in the superior room, it was okay. nice location. It did have some mould in the bathroom on ceiling. Aircon was very hot. We are gold and didn't receive our perks that is usually included in our stay.

Stay was fine in terms of the location and easy access to the heart of Surfers Paradise but the rooms are very bare, awkward design so not comfortable to move around the bathroom and toilet/shower area. Lighting was awful blue LED lighting in second room and no lamps or bedside lights. The floor was dirty and I needed to request a proper clean for it. Pool area is dated and needs a revamp. Breakfast area felt more like a conference area with no atmosphere but food was good with enough variety.

The location is great, but the room was a little bit of a let down. The floor was dirty, (I couldn’t wear bare feet) as was the bath. In the morning we had to call reception to ask for milk as there was none stocked in the room.
