Had no real issues with the stay at all - all interactions with staff were pleasant and friendly, and all service extraordinary. Room was clean, housekeeping was quick and efficient. Some shade around the pool area would have been really appreciated, as would have any acknowledgement of our special anniversary request. We asked for a late check out, which was given with no issues, even though we didn't need it in the end - was appreciated!

Nice facilities good location only thing is that the shower was slightly dirty so could have been cleaned better as it wasn’t appealing and the noise at night was very loud but that is out of your control

Unfortunately we got off to a bad start when we tried to check-in early after a confirmation email was sent from the hotel. That's okay, we went across the road for some cocktails and came back later! Room was lovely, just super loud obviously due to the location. We had a great stay. Check-out process was super easy and loved the discounted parking!

Overall was great - easy check in and out. Room was incredibly spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. My only feedback, for the purposes for ongoing training and operational management services: 1) Only disappointment was that guests were not notified on arrival that the access to the pool was unavailable. I had to find this out when arriving to Level 5 and the notice on the door to access the pool at another hotel. Informing guests upon arrival of any changes to hotel guest amenities access would be the courteous action here. 2) Unfortunately upon attempting to use the kettle on the first night, I discovered it was soiled from a previous guest. It appears that housekeeping had not inspected the kettle when setting up the room for the booking. Reception had rectified the issue very promptly that evening and delivered a new kettle for the room to replace the soiled one. My only advice is that operationally the checking of the appliances that are for guest use within the room, are made part of a check list before the guests occupy the room to avoid any future issues.
