Firstly, the location and staff was great, but what let it down was the hotel itself...firstly the lobby is dark!, nowhere to sit unless you sit in the bar, the reception was sparse and the lighting was very cold. The room was also "cold" not in temp...but in feel....big white walls with no decoration, cold led lighting old fittings, felt like the Kmart version off a a room....looks modern and expensive but is in fact very cheap...and old!...painting it won't fix that. The fitting in the bathroom were coming off the wall...the bath leaked so much may wife had to leave the tap running to keep the water level stable!....not good place at

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and our daughter's 2nd birthday. I booked 2 rooms, 1 Double beds (2+1) and 1 King bed (1 guest). However, we did not received amenities in our room, instead, they put in a room with single guest... Also I have requested a non-slip mat/ rubber mat for the bathtub but it wasn't delivered☹️ Bit disappointing for a returned guest. The cleanliness was not as good as before, very dusty under the bed. My daughter enjoy the pool.

I purchased this stay on luxury Escapes and booked a deluxe king size bed and ocean view. Accordingly I thought and the pictures indicated this would be a nice room and we were looking forward to our stay. To say we were shocked at the state of the room is an understatement. There was mould in the corners between the walls and the cornices, the aircon/heating ducts were dusty and and dirty, there were stains on the bed head (above to the side of the design in-print) the hallways were dirty, scratched graffiti opposite the lifts into the design piece and dirty doors. Along with a very dated bathroom where the show dispensed tepid water at best. The view was of a worksite and you could not sleep in because of jackhammering. The room also had stiff very dated (as in decades old) sliding doors with artex on the ceiling. I have taken photos of this. We did not bother using the drinks or the breakfast inclusions as the standards of everything were so average and we preferred to leave the hotel to find more appealing and 'deluxe' services -given this was our one holiday in the last few years and what we had hoped for. The location of the hotel was good. If the hotel was described as it was presented we would not have booked. The staff were okay, although I did have to ask a number of times for towels and when the room would be cleaned.
