Very disappointed in our room. We were on level 32 which I feel doesn't get used very often, the stale mouldy smell when you get out of the lift was horrible, then our air con wouldn't work (they did fix this eventually) The room also was not cleaned very well, there was hairs on the phone when I went to use it to call about the air con and also in the shower. The shower leaked water all over the floor in the bathroom and there was no clothes line in the shower it was just the adapter for it and then the holes were filled with plugs where it should have been so when clothes got wet on the floor due to shower leak there was no where to hang them. The light in the bathroom flickered and the hairdryer was falling off the wall. There was a bottle top and paper on the floor in the bathroom. The carpet didn't even join the tiles into the bathroom, there was a gap where you could see the concrete floor underneath. The pool was also closed due to renovations, would have been nice to be advised of that at time of booking.

Great service if we had any issues they were quick to fix it ,great location close to everything, good food in room service and buffet breakfast. Cleaned the room everyday ,great staff. We were happy and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

satisfying: -good location; -high speed elevator; -good scenic view from high level. Not satisfying: -old fashioned room decoration, especially the wall of bathroom, it seems apparently something (devices/equipments) was once attached and then removed from the wall, leaving traces on it. Not good looking. -shower kind of out of date. No shower room, just a bath tub. The shower head is fixed on the wall, cannot be taken off. -room is small.
