Novotel Surfers Paradise is undergoing an exterior building upgrade, including painting and other improvements.
While these upgrades are underway, the pool will be closed on weekdays until 4 pm but available for guest use from 4 pm to 10 pm. On weekends, school holidays, and public holidays the pool will remain open all day. Alternative pool options are also available nearby.
Minimal noise may occur, but we're committed to keeping it as low as possible. Thank you for your understanding

We chose the Novotel due to the convenience of being in the heart of Surfers and the family room was a good price - bonus having 3 beds and the absolute stand out was the staff. Really friendly, and approachable. Nothing was too much, just really nice. Downside: a little bit of construction by the pool area, and it’s a busy pool! The bathroom area is quite small for our family of 4 but we coped, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping us supplied with fresh dry towels.

Nice hotell, beautifull scenery from Windows. My bed rolled on the floor on wheels; would be dangerous for older People. I asked to fix it; didn't happen. Breakfirst restaurant was really noisy. Should done some agustiq job to prevent it? Otherwise love the hotell. Would come back again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the property. The experience was pleasant overall, and we would happily return. The location is outstanding, situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise with excellent proximity to restaurants, shops, and all key amenities. We did note, however, that the pool hours on weekdays were limited. Additionally, while the rooms and facilities were well maintained, the interior condition and appearance of the elevators are somewhat dated and do not fully reflect the contemporary standard expected of the Novotel brand. An upgrade in this area would significantly elevate the overall impression. Despite these minor observations, we had a wonderful first stay at Novotel Surfers Paradise and appreciate the efforts of the team. Thank you for your hospitality.
