There was an issue with the stairs and the rubber grip was not on properly and my husband slipped hurting his knee. We advised reception and gave them photos and they said that they would have maintenance fix, which they did. The next day the rubber had slipped again. We had drinks & dinner at the bar & then the second night we had dinner in the restaurant & when I went to order a 2nd glass of sauvingnon blanc they said that they only had maybe half a glass left, which I said that is fine just add some ice and soda water with it. We were still charged for the full glass of wine. 2 nights later we went to have a drink at the bar & they said they still didn't have any of this wine. My thought is if someone had asked for it wouldn't you make sure that you have stock the next day?

A lovely weekend staying at Peppers. Lovely room, excellent service, and secure parking in a convenient location. The only downside was the restaurant with poor service and average food.

Room was dated, not very clean (pink mold in bath tub, brown goop under faucet handle), found cockroach and big mouth on separate occasions.
