We made a booking error on our part which left us in a pickle on the Easter long weekend. Filip was patient, helpful, and understanding and saved our holiday!

The room that we booked smelled really mouldy and had little ventilation. When we arrived there was only one bath towel (two guests on booking). We were able to move to a lower cost room (with no compensation) that didn’t smell but then never had housekeeping come despite numerous follow ups with reception. There was no apologies and no effort to make our stay better.

I’m very sorry to read about your experience — this is clearly not the standard we aim to deliver. The issues you raised, particularly the mouldy smell in the original room, the incorrect setup with only one towel for two guests, and the lack of follow-up on your housekeeping requests, are all very concerning. Having to follow up multiple times and wait such a long period for service is unacceptable, and I sincerely apologise for the frustration this caused. I also apologise that after moving to another room, there was no clear effort made to recover your experience or provide a more positive outcome. This is something we should have handled much better. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with both our front office and housekeeping teams for immediate review. My only experience is in getting survey requests for a cancelled booking which doesnt indicate a very organised management system

Dear Arn, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the confusion caused. Although your booking was cancelled, as it was a prepaid reservation, the deposit was processed as a cancellation fee in line with the booking terms. As a result, the stay remained in our system, which is why a survey was automatically triggered. I understand this may not have been expected, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will review how this is communicated more clearly to avoid similar confusion in the future.
